Wonderful place - super clean - modern furnishings

Perhaps it was while sitting on the shade side of the private patio, as I watched a fluttering hummingbird busily traveling from purple to white. Or it may have been during our laughter filled meals that had been created in the clean, up to date, cook friendly kitchen. Yet it might also have occured to me while the cool private waters of Moody Beach lapped my toes,as nearby my seven year old Grand Daughter exchanged giggles with her Dad for the sheer joy of it.
Although others were there as I walked one evening it felt like I was one with water and starlit darkness... I could have walked forever. Later I learned sleep comes easily while ocean breezes enter the large raised windows and mix with one of the three slow moving ceiling fans.
Perhaps I felt it as Ivana shyly showed her pride at the sparkling clean, well furnished rooms after we had arrived. Quietly she expressing unnessary concerns for our comfort. Yet from that time forward she and her family, were quiet and respected our privacy.
I am not sure just when I realized we were blessed with a very special week at this comfortable home away from home. We have had multitudes of vacations in our 43 years of marriage, this was without doubt, one of our best! A do again for sure!

Another Great Stay!!!!

Just stayed at this location for my second straight year. My family and I could not have been more impressed will the upgrades that were done, etc. When we stay here we feel like we are at home. The place is very clean and well kept. We are already counting down the days until we are there same week next year!!! Thank you to the Tollis family!!

"Charming Condo"

This is truly a charming condo. It has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. It is conveniently located near shops, restaurants and yes, (for the kids and grandchildren) ice cream shops! The condo is clean and very well taken care of. The owbers are very welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have. We just loved the condo and relaxed every night on the outside patio. This is a great place for anyone to enjoy. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect Getaway

This condo could not have been better for my family and I. It was very clean and had prefectly maintained grounds. The condo had everyhthing we could possibly need.Its minutes to the beach,shopping,ect. It was out first time renting this unit and i can't wait to rent it again next year and many years after.

Could Not Have Been Better!

This condo could not have been better for my family and I. It had everthing we could possibly need. There was plenty of room for me,my wife and 2 kids. Very clean,perfectly maintaing grounds. The condo is close to everything. Minutes to the beach,shops,ect. This was our first time renting this unit and i can't wait to rent it again next year and many years after.

Great place to stay! Minutes walk to the beach. Great shops and excellent restaurants! Peaceful and relaxing. Updated accomodations, very clean and has all the amenities you need. My family and I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so- highly recommended!!
