Beautiful Location; Comfy Condo!

Hiking in the Appalachians? This condo is the perfect location to start your adventure in this outdoor paradise! Situated in a private resort and overlooking a secluded lake with a sandy beach and a backdrop of spectacular mountain scenery, you will not want to stray far from this very clean; comfortable and well equipped condo, but there are many attractions nearby that will keep you active and interested for your entire stay! Hiking, biking, shopping, (outlet mall not far away), many ski resorts nearby for your return vacation in the winter, and so many other outdoor activities make this condo a perfect jumping off point for your adventure! At the end of each day of shopping or giving your body a hard workout on the trails, you can return to your comfy condo and take advantage of the hot tub, large indoor pool, workout room, tennis and racket ball courts, sauna, or relax by the lake on one of the many lounge chairs provided for guests/residents of the resort. If you wish to 'veg out' and watch a movie, there are dvds available for rent in the community center/club house beside the condo complex. Three televisions within this condo - one in each of the two bedrooms and a large flat screen in the living room, means there is no fighting if you have brought the kids along. But, if you want to just sit and have a drink, you can relax on one of two balconies and take in the beauty of the lake and surrounding mountains.
I would highly recommend staying at this particular condo. It is perfectly located in the resort and this area of the state; very well appointed and Paula, the owner, was always available via e-mail to provide us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. She also provided us with restaurant suggestions and links to additional sites that would be of interest to travelers to this area.

Great Vacations!

We had overall a great vacation at Paula & Robert place. The communication with Paula was great. She gave me all the informations we needed- That was very impressive!
The condo is lovely, clean, beautiful and well equiped with utensils, moovies and toys. All activites are nearby.
My son and my husband had a blast watching the movies. That was a nice treat! :)I enjoyed seating on the porch every morning looking at the beautiful views. Another hit was the exercise rooms. We got to stay fit while being on vacation- How cool is that!
Thank you Paula and Robert for giving us the opportunity to share your place. We'll definitely come bak and recommend your place to family and firends.

This place is amazing... It is so nice and comfortable that we didn't want to come back home ;-)
Our 10 month son enjoyed the great collection of toys they had. The club house is great and the lake right behind the condo is very beautiful. I woke up at 4 in the morning to take pictures of the lake. The payment process was very comfortable even though we booked the place 2 days before reaching NH. I am definitely going to recommend this condo to all my friends.

Your condo is nothing short of amazing! The location is perfect... Close to town and tons of nearby activities. I have been visiting the area for over 35 years and it just gets better and better. The toys and games were a BIG hit! Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again soon!

What a wonderful place to stay for a family. We had such a great time and your condo was lovely. We greatly appreciated all of the information you shared in your email and all of the ammenities in the condo itself. Our family tried everything at the resort: the lake, the river, the waterfall, the pool, jacuzzi, weight room, game room, and best of all the your condos wonderful private balconies with the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Thank you again for being so efficient and making the rental procedure so care free.

Great Winter Vacation Resort!

We were very pleased to stay at this condo at Deer Park Resort. The condo was very clean and nicely furrnished. The beautiful views of Loon Mountain from the condo were nice since I spent time working while my children enjoyed the slopes at nearby Loon mountain and the pool at the resort. I was able to run on the treadmill and use the weight room. We also hiked a mountain in Franconia Notch which was beautiful after a fresh snow. The condo is conveniently located; a short drive to downtown shops and restaurants and Loon Mountain. The owners were very organized, informative and helpful making the stay just what we wanted. We will definately keep this spot on our favorite list and recommend to our friends and family.

Perfect family vacation

This is the perfect vacation spot for a family with children of any age. The condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our 5 & 1 yo loved the toys & movies available in the condo. Although small, the lake is crystal clear and lounging around on rafts was so relaxing. Almost everything we did was within a few miles- stores, Loon Mt, Lost River Gorge, Flume, Clark’s Trading Post and Whales Tale Water Park. The only attraction we had to travel to was Santa’s Village, and it was the most gorgeous ride through the mountains it was worth every minute. If you did not feel like going anywhere there was plenty to do right at the condo- swimming, basketball, horse shoes, exploring the river, "cocktails on the deck" and more. The weather was cool for July so having the club house with the heated pool was a bonus. My daughter's favorite part of the entire week was the rainbow over the lake and mountains after a quick rain storm. It was beautiful. Robert and Paula were very attentive and could not have been nicer. The condo complex is very large and the noise level outside from the club house, and traffic on I-93, was a little loud but this was not an issue for us. My family has been going to the White Mountains for several years and we have been looking for the perfect spot. This is it! We will be returning.

Beautiful Deer Park Retreat

My family of three young boys spent a fantastic week in this beautiful condo. With water views from every window and each of two decks, this immaculate, comfortable condo provided all that we needed and more. Stocked with everything you "don't" need to bring, i.e - coffee maker, linens, towels, full kitchen with dishwasher, etc. The resort is well-maintained and the kids were "on the go" swimming, biking, hiking, fishing, etc. All of this on the park's grounds. For teenagers, the Rec House and indoor pool were perfect! The communication with condo owners, Robert and Paula, was professional and friendly. We look forward to our next stay! Thank you!

Best weekend, best condo!

Paula and Robert's condo is FANTASTIC! It is clean, cozy, has beautiful views, and it had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Our kids thought it was way cool-we have a 15, 12, and 8 year old and they were all happy. My husband and I loved having our own deck off the bedroom for quiet reading and chatting. Paula was very quick responding to our needs and questions. Thanks again! We hope to make it back!

Hi Paula/Robert,

We really enjoyed our time at your condo this past weekend 5/27-5/29. The weather was very nice, although overcast it was the best for us since it was warm without the hot sun beating down. We enjoyed bike riding (which I haven't down for years) and site seeing, but most of all we enjoyed our morning coffee on both of the porches overlooking the lake. We really want to get up there again soon, maybe closer to the fall since your condo is mostly booked up for the summer.

Lincoln Condo with a view of the South Peek Loon

This is a great condo, very clean and furnished exceptionally well, located in the heart of Deer Park, best view in the property. The owners are neat and are very pleasant to work with. Absolutely recommended all year around with a recreational facility walking distance on the property.

Hi, I just wanted to say we stayed at this unit for three nights recently and the property was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. The area that it's in is great! Close to everything you could possibly want to do while staying in the mountains. The pool and recreation center is also clean and well kept. With very friendly staff working there. We are looking forward to renting it again in the future.

Great Condo Resort

Exceptional mountain views, great location, very clean and extremely comfortable. The owners were so helpful and pleasant, which made the rental process quick and easy. We did the Alpine Zipline and had a blast, hiked the Flume (easy 2mi), we also took in the Highland Games at Loon Mtn. We had two awsome meals at Gypsy Cafe. (It's a must do) We had such a great time we are looking forward to a return visit. I would highly recommend this property to couples, families, even solo. This is truely a remarkable property.

This condo/resort was everything you could ask for in a nice, quiet, yet active family vacation. The listing description and photos are right on. It was scenic, clean, and well-appointed. The staff was courteous, cheerful, and helpful. The facilities were bountyful and well-maintained.
There are plenty of outdoor activities and attractions (Six Gun City and Whales Tales were big hits) all within reasonable driving distance as well as excellent restaurants (The Common Man, Pegs, and The Woodstock inn to name a couple).
The owners were professional, nice, and quick to respond.
We recommend this place and these fine people highly.

Great for children and their parents

The condo is very clean and well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the lake as we ate dinner every night. Our son, 7, loved swimming in the pool and playing with the games and jigsaw puzzles provided in the condo. The location of the condo is perfect - a short walk to the pool and close enough to the attractions and hiking trails, yet far enough inside the resort so that we were shielded from any highway noise.

Having found this rental on the Internet, we stayed from August 7 to the 14th, 2010. Robert and Paula went to great lengths to make our experience the best possible. Telephone contact and e-mails made for a friendly relationship and payments were made easy. The pictures give a good idea of what to expect, However the area is even more beautiful than pictures can convey. The condo is very clean and enviting, the resort is peaceful yet close enough to civilization that we lacked for nothing. There are many atractions to keep young and old alike busy, and the beach is great for just siting back. Our daughter had a great time both in the condo (kids toys and videos available) and out where she played with other kids. Even our dog (for which an exception was made...Many thanks!!!) felt very much at home. We take this occasion to thank Paula and Robert so much and look forward to a return stay!

Perfect vacation

We rent this condo for a week in July 2010 and we had a great time.
The condo is in perfect condition and well stocked with all you may need for a week getaway vacation. All linens are provided (there were plenty of towels). Kitchen is also well stocked with all the cooking utensils and has all the usual appliance in perfect condition. We also were very happy with the location of the unit inside the resort - it just few yards from the small privet lake and faces the lake - so the view is amazing.
I also want to praise the owners. All communication was prompt, accurate and overall very pleasant.
I definitly will like to stay again in this condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners we extremely helpful and accomodating. They even mailed our kids thermos cups back to us as we fogot them in the dishwasher. Great location and nice clean condo. When we go back to the area we will definitely see if they have a spot for us.

Even better than the pictures! It was our first stay at the the resort but boy it is was an awesome place!
