Exzellente Unterkunft direkt am Strand

Wir, Familie mit 1 Teenie, hatten eine wunderbare Strandurlaubswoche in diesem Appartment. Die Lage ist perfekt. Den schönen breiten Strand und das Meer so nah erreichbar und immer im Blick zu haben, ist einfach herrlich. Die perfekte Location für Baden, Sonnen, Muschelnsammeln und Strandwanderungen. Gleichzeitig ist die relevante Infrastruktur zur Versorgung und Bespaßung auf der Insel gut zu erreichen, auch mit dem Fahrrad. Die Wohnung besticht durch ein helles und sehr farbenfrohes, insgesamt sehr geschmackvolles Design. Das Mobiliar ist hochwertig. Im Schlafzimmer findet sich ein komfortables Bett, im Wohnzimmer wird auf einer passablen Schlafcouch geschlafen, die Platz für 2 bietet. Auch mit Blick auf die Ausstattung können wir nur Höchstnoten vergeben. Sei es die Bestückung mit den notwendigen (großen und kleinen) Haushaltsgeräten - vom Kühlschrank bis zu Waschmaschine samt Trockner - oder auch mit Strandutensilien (Stühle, Schirm, Radio, Cooler) , alles vorhanden und in bestem Zustand. Nicht dass wir es erwartet hätten, aber neben TV etc. ist selbst ein Notebook mit WLAN-Anbindung und Drucker in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Die zur Wohnung gehörenden 2 Fahrräder haben wir nicht genutzt, obwohl Sanibel gut geeignet ist für die Erkundung per Fahrrad. Weitere Räder können bei Bedarf im Ort hinzugemietet werden. Wir sind halt bei unserem Mietauto geblieben, für das ein eigener Parkplatz im Innenhof der Anlage reserviert ist. Die Buchung und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat reibungslos geklappt. Alles in allem war dies bislang die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Erfreulich, dass für uns dann auch der Preis gestimmt hat... aber es war halt deutscher Sommer und damit keine Hauptsaison für die USA... :-))

My husband and I have never stayed in a condo that was as well outfitted. Every single kitchen item you might need is stocked and in great shape. The furniture, linens, decor, etc are all bright, fun, and brand new looking. We used the bikes included with the unit daily on the 22 miles of bike paths on the island. If you rent this unit, you will be amazed at how thoughtfully it is put together and that you have received great value for your money! The beach in front is beautiful and great for swimming and shelling.

Fabulous Stay

I just wanted to let you know my sister and I had a fabulous stay in your condo last week in Sanibel. Great weather, great location and great unit. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hopefully, some time in the fall my husband and I can work out a stay. I know he would love it. Thank you for the wine. Nice touch.

We really enjoyed your condo! We had everything we needed for a great beach trip. Nice surprise to find a lap top & Wi-Fi. We could check on our flight yesterday. Stay Here!! Amazing Everything you want!!!

My husband and I went to sanibel for the first time for are anniversary, we live in Florida and have been just about everywhere and this by far was the best trip to date. This condo is very well maintained great location and great price. When we arrived at the condo there was a bottle of wine waiting for us, and everything you could possible need every little thing thought of. We stayed for a week and did not want to go home. They provide bikes for you which I suggest you us daily there is so much to see and best done by bike for sure. There is every kind of bird, fish, to see, along with lots of manatees, and with you want to swim with dolphins and baby sting rays after laying on the beach this is your place. It is just amazing trip nd super relaxing. And if you need anything at all Ed and Kathi will take care of it at a call or email. We will stay here again for sure.

We were so impressed with Ed and Kathi's condo on Sanibel. First, it is immaculate! Not a speck of dust!!! The location couldn't have been better. We made our coffee and walked down to water each morning. Then took a long bike ride on the bikes that are provided! The rest of the day was soaking up the sun and collecting shells. It is a very quiet condo complex - mostly families and couples. I couldn't imagine a more relaxed and comfortable destination and accommodation. Oh! The fruit basket was the crowning touch. Thank you for a marvelous week.

Excellent Condo

Spent a week here Aug 09- everything was as descibed . The condo lacked for nothing. Esp. appreciated the bikes & helmets, beach chairs, towels, cooler, beach bag, & umbrella. Condo was immaculate and the king size bed comfortable. Having a W&D in the unit was convenient. Directly on the beach- great views. Able to ride bikes all over the island. Shelling was wonderful. We recommend the kayak trip out of Tarpon Bay; we kayaked with manatees right beside us. Highly recommend this property- we hope to stay here again,

We loved this condo. It had everything we were looking for including: bikes, beach chairs,umbrella,cooler and all the little things that make a big difference. This place was on the beach and had a great view. It was beautifully decorated too.

My wife and I had our 24th Anniversary at this condo and we had one of the best vacations ever. The place has a beautiful view from the balcony and the amenities are great. Included were beach chairs, towels, bikes and my favorite, a cooler. Literally a 35 yard walk to the water. The fruit basket, when we arrived, was a sign that the owners know how to do it right. The decor was awesome and I was hesitant to write this review only because I would return in a heartbeat, so I didn't want to let the word out so I can rent it in the near future. But its too pretty to keep a secret! Thanks again!!!!

Perfect get away

We had a great time! We spent all day on the beach soaking up all the sun we could.the weather was great. Your condo was just beautiful. My husband and I sat on the balcony in the evenings sipping wine. We even got to see the dolphins play. Our vacation was just perfect.

We had a great time, spent most of the time on the beach. You have a very beautiful condo. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony over looking the beach, sipping margaritas watching the dolphins play in the surf.

This condo was fantastic, updated, very clean, all the comforts of home.The views were stunning, what a beautiful place to relax in. I will rent this one again without hesitation.Thanks for the best vacation I've ever had.

The condo was wonderful it had everything you could need very nicely decorated and clean. The condo was on the upper level so we had a stunning view of the gulf. We enjoy sitting on the porch for morning coffee, lunch and cocktails. This was truly pardise.The shelling was awsome, We had a very good time we will surly go back.
