We rented this condo for a long weekend for a wrestling tournament. This unit is beautifully decorated and it was immaculate. I can wait to come stay here again. Also, the owner was very prompt with the security deposit as well. It was a great experience.

Had a great time staying at this condo. Very nice rooms, lots of space, very well kept, and super close to the Convention Center, and the beach. It is an easy walking distance of 5 minutes to either. Diane, the owner was professional and very easy to work with. Would stay here again, without hesitation.
Recommended for: tourists without a car

wonderful place to stay, very quiet building and a execellent owner, I will be coming back for my years after finding this holiday retreat. Thanks again to owner for a wonderful experience and as well no teenagers to deal with.

My exeperience with owner was 100% great. She cannot police people who lie when making resevations. If you cannot follow simple rules then go stay in cheap motel were people will clean up after you. Condo was very clean on my arrival and I left it that way upon departure.
Recommended for: families with young children, pet-friendly, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Rippped off of security deposit

I checked out an hour early yet the owner kept my security deposit because the dryer and dishwasher were running when the cleaning person got there (early)!???
We followed all her very strict rules, made all beds, emptied all trash, vacuumed, and cleaned baths. We only had 3 people here (sleeps 10), me and my daughters. We made no mess. I think this is how she makes extra money, by keeping families security deposit.
The smoke detector was missing. I have photos of that and the good condition we left the place in. The grill was unsanitary and did not work. I called her and she hung up on me. So much for fairness.
Since I did not pay by credit card, I have little recourse to fight this:( Stay away!

This was the report that I received from my cleaning crew after this rental on 6/21/12:
"Don’t know who you had in here. Had no respect for your property or the rules. They must have walked out the door minutes before we got there!
Left all the beds a mess.
Left comforters on the sofa and futon. (How many people were here?)
Futon was left open and covered with sand.
Dishwasher was running so there will be clean dishes in it because it was not done. Had to make a return trip.
Washer and dryer were both full and running. I folded all the sheets and returned them to the proper places. I put a load of towels and a small blanket in the dryer. Had to make a return trip to complete the job.
Trash was left everywhere in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Recycling can was full and dirty. They did not use a bag to line the can.
Hope this isn’t a glimpse of the season. I’m going to retire!"
This was to have been a "family" rental-2 adults, 4 children. Instead, this was a large group of teenagers. I rent to families only and I would have never knowingly accepted a group rental like this.
Fortunately, nothing was damaged. The condo just required the extra cleaning and attention that you might expect after abuse from a group rental like this.
Check out procedures are simple! No bathroom cleaning is required - that is a job for the professionals. You must leave the condo in the same general "neat" condition that you found it. I provide linens and towels in the house that you must wash, dry, fold, and replace IF you choose to use them. That's it!
This renter lost $50.00 of her $200.00 security deposit. She tries to lead you believe that I kept it all.
It was on the exact day that she received her security refund check (7/2/12) that the threats began. The review is dated 7/2. She departed on 6/21. Note that she didn't have anything to report until this exact day-7/2-and this nasty review is in retaliation to the $50.00 deduction.
She called me six or seven times on 7/2 to threaten me - return her $50.00 or else. I've forwarded the threatening emails to HomeAway, as this is in violation of their policies. HomeAway customer service is NOT good. It is difficult to reach anyone on the phone, and emails sound as though they come from foreign countries.
Fortunately, renters like this are few and far between. But I blame HomeAway for allowing this review to remain online even after they have proof of her threats.

Great Condo!

This is a very clean, well-kept, and spacious condo. It is very convenient to most everything in Wildwood. I have stayed here before, but my friends who went with me for a Girls' Getaway hadn't. They loved the size, location, and attractiveness of the condo. This is my first choice of a rental property in Wildwood!

The Perfect Place in Wildwood!

We love it here! This is a quiet little building on a quiet street. We were right near the boardwalk and the rides, but it was QUIET! Finally! I found a place that makes my kids happy because they are so close to the rides, but it also makes ME happy, because I didn't have to listen to the noise and the riff-raff. The whole building is filled with families. No teenagers or party-hardy people. Everyone is so nice and polite. We will be back!
