We met the owners last year while visiting the Big Island and were so impressed with them and their condos, that we came back this year and enjoyed both of their condo's. Our daughter and new son-in-law plus the younger daughter enjoyed the amenities of the condo and made all of us a great dinner in the wonderful kitchen. They loved the view of the ocean from the lanai and the pool was great for the marco polo games. We are certainly going to come back!!
Thank you Gene and Charlie for the wine and accommodating our schedules.

My wife and I have been to the Big Island and Kona many times now and are fortunate to have stayed at Gene and Charlie's condos twice, once in the 2 bdrm. and this last time in the 1 bdrm. Fantastic everything is all I can say, from the million dollar views to the gormet kitchens and upscale furnishings, these will always be the places we will stay when returning. Normally, we now forego the normal "touristy" things, however, this time we decided to do the nighttime MantaRay snorkel cruise and should say it's a "Don't Miss" experience. And as an added bonus, drive down the coast about a half hour and stop by Mrs. Sudy"s coffee farm. It's a combination of Old McDonald's farm, a coffee plantation, and Dr. Doolittle. You will know you're there when you pass the Zebra and his pal (a donkey) on the right side of the road. Stop and chat. If you're really lucky, you will be able to watch the mating habits of a beautiful peacock and peahen.
This island at its variety of terrain, flora, and even fauna grows on you. We own a 2 week timeshare in Kauai and usually combine them with a week on this island and now have our favorite one or two bedroom condo to come back to every year. Thanks Gene and Charlie, you're more than good owners, you are good friends................... Phil and Karla

This is the second time renting from Gene and Charlie. The description of the condo and pictures provided were exactly what we experienced when we arrived. The condo was clean and very well maintained and was fully equipped with all the items we needed to move right in and begin our vacation. The one bedroom unit, which sleeps four, has an open, very nice flow. The pull out bed is extremely comfortable. Close attention was paid to every detail and it shows. . The property is beautiful and the pool and grilling area (which was recently redone), along with outdoor tables to enjoy your meals, was well kept. Being a short distance from the downtown area, you could walk there in about ten minutes. The condo is in a perfect area, close to everything but in an area away from crowds and the noise from the main road. Charlie and Gene are the perfect hosts and are always helpful with travel tips, places to go and see, etc. Our deposit was promptly refunded within a week after returning home. The Manta Ray Night Snorkeling Trip was the most awesome thing I have ever experienced. Best place to eat seafood was "The Fish Hopper". Best Breakfast sandwich place was "The Green Flash", right next to the condo! "The Coffee Shack" a quaint little place maybe 30 minutes south of the condo, has a wonderful breakfast and a beautiful view of the valley. Nice place to start your day. You should look them up! We have already recommended this condo to some co-workers and clients. I have no reservations about them enjoying their stay at Alii Villas in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Mahalo Gene & Charlie - We will be back!

The pictures do not do justice to this completely renovated one bedroom unit. We use of wood and granite and tile was unquestionably the best I've ever seen. The lanai gave us a sense of peace each morning as we had breakfast and again each evening as we relaxed before retiring. The sense of community was so welcoming with the other owners that we met. We are hoping to bring friends next year to this awesome accommodation, and possibly rent both of the units that Gene and Charlie have. We can't wait to make our next reservation at this awsome accommodation. Mahalo, Kelly & Pat

This Alii Villa Ocean view condo is absolutely beautiful, relaxing, and above what we had even expected. The remodel has many delightful and thoughtful high quality upgrades that make this a very luxurious stay fror the lighting and the art on the walls, to the marble kitchen, the walk in shower, and the clever magnets for holding the front door open for breezes throughout the condo. We enjoyed many meals on the balcony enjoying the ocean view, the sunset, the breezes, and the pool activity. We enjoyed being lulled to sleep with the sounds of the ocean. The grounds are meticulously maintained and we felt very welcomed in the complex as guests. They had nice touches for enjoying the ocean with snorkel gear, boogie board, nice pool towels and pool workout weights. The pool even has warm showers! The owners were very responsive and returned my security deposit within the week. I definitely would stay here again and have highly recommend it to others looking for a lovely home away from home and a place for R&R after daily Kona adventures!

You have the most beautiful place. You made our vacation a very pleasant stay. When any one that lived your complex asked where we were staying and we told them & they always said say no more that you had the most beautiful places in the complex. It made the three flights of stairs worth it. We have been to the islands 21 times and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would recommend to anyone and would diffently stay there on our next visit. Thanks again.

We couldn't believe our eyes when we walked into this beautiful condo! Exactly as described and as depicted in the photos. We spent alot of time on the lanai enjoying the oceanview and peace & quiet too. Exceptionally well equipped and our perfect home away from home for 4 weeks. The pool area is wonderful and we met alot of very nice people too. The only downside is that both this one bedroom condo and their two bedroom condo are mostly booked for the next 2 Februarys already. We've booked our weeks for 2014!!!

This condo may have been great before but the renovation is outstanding - comfortable elegance and design!! It is spotlessly clean and bright, quiet, with a layout that is spacious, inviting and a penthouse view of the ocean through gently waving palms that is captivating. All that one needs for staying for weeks (or months!!) is there - cooking (if you must!), washer and dryer, beautiful bath and comfortable bed!! Or, you could just sit and read in the living area, write letters facing the ocean, eat on the lanai, swim in the beautiful pool - whatever!! Don't miss your chance - these hosts will make your stay unforgettable - and it shows!! A beautiful property!! We loved it!!!!!

We have been going to the Big Island for years and found this condo the best. Not only was the location the best for all the markets and amenities but it was by far the most beautiful grounds. The caretakers take pride in their Hawaiian flowers and greenery and always take time to give advice on where to go and when. The condo before renovations was also the best we had stayed in for the last 8 yrs so we are looking forward to going back next year as to see what they did new as the owners are very dedicated to service and comfort. Enjoy !

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very well appointed and in a very quiet location with glimpses of ocean from the lanai. It was on the third floor and overlooked the excellent pool. The condo is in a beautifully landscaped area and is close to beaches and the town. We loved having a car though because it allowed us to visit other beaches and attractions in the area. The sunsets from the lanai were excellent and the extras such as beach mats, eski and snorkelling gear allowed us to picnic most days in other areas. We would highly recommend this condo.

We had a fantastic time in Kona and loved your unit. It was so well equipped and made for easy comfortable living. I was surprised it was so quiet and we didn't hear the traffic at night at all. The gardens there were wonderful and certainly looked to be the best in the surrounding area. The pool was good and we went to most of the beaches. We even did a manta ray snorkel at night which will remain in our memories forever.
we would highly recommend your unit to others and would like to say a big thankyou for letting us use it.

Booking this appartment was simple and easy and our email communications were responded to very promptly with lots of relevant information on the condo, the complex and the area. It was very good value for money. The condo was immaculately clean, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped. It was delightful to sit on the spacious and well-furnished lanai and relax after a day of sight-seeing. The complex was quiet and peaceful and the manager was most helpful. Payment (from the UK) was easy and the security deposit was refunded without fuss. Although not within walking distance of the centre of Kona, the few minutes drive was easy and the condo was ideally situated. The photos of the property reflected the beauty of the area. I can recommend this condo without hesitation.

We just got back from a wonderful week in Gene and Charlie's condo. The property was spotless and well maintained. We loved eating our meals out on the lanai while watching the ocean. We also enjoyed listening to the ocean as we drifted off to sleep. It was unusually warm the week we were there so the fans in the bedroom, living room and lanai were most helpful. They have everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely be back again.

Aloha: I think that is the only Hawaiian word I can pronounce, even after 10 days of total immersion! Everything was great at the villa. Furnishings are obviously very tasteful but probably more comforting was the completeness of all the small appointments and utensils and coolers and ironing boards etc. etc. You make it feel just like home. The place was layed our perfectly - the kitchen had every thing that was needed - roomy lani - airy comfortable bedroom and a WALK IN closet (in a 600 sq ft condo!!!!! Unheard of!!!!! ) My wife says "decorator perfect" - We would recommend to anyone staying in Kona to take a good look this condo. As the movie line says: "will be back"!!!!!

Gene and Charlie treated us royally while we were in Hawaii. The condo is very well equipped for day to day living, but also had boogie boards, snorkle gear, and beach chairs and mats and also a cooler. The condo was very clean and we especially enjoyed the Hawaiian theme. The view from the condo is great. We really enjoyed going down to the water to watch the sun go down and chat with the other residents of the complex. While in Hawaii we highly recommend the Helicopter Tour with Blue Hawaiian Tours. It was the highlight of our trip. The main office of the complex has a variety of brochures to aid you in planning activities. For all of you scrapbookers out there I highly recommend a visit to the Island Paperie store in Honoka'a.

All of the little details made the world of a difference! There was snorkel gear, laundry soap, blow dryer, coffee pot, toaster and soo much more! These things may not seem like a big deal, but it was those little things that made us feel at home! The condo is right in the center of everything! Close to the "downtown" area, close to great beaches, lots of restaurats...everything! We really appreciated everything that Gene and Charlie did in the condo that made our stay soo wonderful! Thanks again for everything!

Thanks to Gene and Charlie for a comfortable and cozy place to stay in Kona.
Everything is there to enjoy your stay - such as umbrella's for the beach and plenty of cooking utensils.
And yes, the bed was very comfortable which made it hard to get up in the morning.
It was so relaxing to see the sunset from the lanai and to stroll down to the pool for a swim.
Everyone was so nice including Jack the on-site manager to the others who stayed at the complex.
You can walk to town or to the beach.
Hope to stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay on the Big Island

Review submitted: August 26, 2009
Date of arrival: August 10, 2009
Jim's condo provided an excellent base for our week on the island. After a more hectic week on Oahu in a much smaller condo with no parking (though we loved our time there too), it was great to spread out and relax in a much bigger, brighter and cleaner space - and not to have to hunt or pay for parking like in Waikiki.
Jim provides lots of information and is very easy to deal with; communication is fast and good. Everything went very smoothly.
Breakfast on the lanai was very pleasant (we never ate inside the condo, since the lanai was so enjoyable), and the kitchen is very well equipped, a lot more than the basic stuff. Thanks to whomever left us some Tropical Island mango ice cream! (It was so good that I couldn't care less if the last person ate out of it with a spoon.) Wish we had enjoyed the lanai in the evening more, but we came back pretty late every day - a lot to do and see on the Big Island!
The condo is very clean and well maintained. It is also equipped with unexpected touches like snorkeling gear, etc. Tons of towels, everything you might need, and the laundry was very helpful to have after already being on the road for a week once we got there.
The pool is quite enjoyable, and we used it for a quick dip several times. We normally had it to ourselves. The condo complex is pretty quiet and peaceful - perfect for our family, not the place if you're looking for a young party scene. Be aware that the unit is on the 3rd floor in case you're like a couple groups we saw at the airport that looked like they were traveling for a year - you will have to lug all that stuff upstairs. (We travel light, so wasn't an issue.) We like that many places on the island are not air-conditioned (would be sad to shut yourself off in such a paradise), but it may be hot in the condo when you get home. Don't worry, ventilation is good and by morning it will be very pleasant.
We would love to come back. Note that trail runner shoes are very helpful if you're going to hike across any of the lava fields (like at Volcano NP or South Point or the beaches at Kekaha Kai, etc.). If you can swing a 4WD, it is worth it - we wished we had one (ironically we got one without asking on Oahu). The drive back from the lava viewing at night is brutal, but totally worth it. If you forget flashlights, they sell them in the gift shop in Volcano House. If you forget food, it will be a long, hungry night. (We pigged out at the buffet for lunch and brought snacks.)

We loved this condo of Jim's! It was a great price, a good deal, and very convenient for us exploring the island. We had 7 nights there, and it was very comfortable and relaxing to have our own space! The people in the complex were very friendly, and the grounds are well kept up! Much better than the resorts to get the feeling of the "Big Island!" We'd love to come again, and many we have told were astounded by our "deal!" Thanks, Jim, for your attention to details, and we followed your suggestions as to restaurants and places to see and they were right on! We'll be back!

This condominium is the ideal home base for a vacation in Kona. The condominium was pristine, the view remarkable, and the staff and neighbors extremely helpful. We loved the beaches that were located near by! The town was within walking distance and we had a fabulous time shopping for souvenirs, dining in the affordable beachfront restaurants, and even snorkeling with the turtles! In these tough economic times people are searching for more meaning and value in their lives. This vacation encompassed both as Jim’s condominium was the ultimate vacation spot at a bargain price. Thank you Jim, we enjoyed your numerous suggestions on excursions that were conveniently located in our welcome packet! Be sure to kayak to Captain Cook’s Monument and take a sunset cruise!

Wonderful location..close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. People in the complex were very warm and welcoming. The extra amenities in the condo (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler) came in handy and saved us money. Recommend the nearby Wal Mart or Kmark for souvenir shopping. Condo was near a farmer's market which was great for buying local fruits and vegetables.

We had a wonderful time at your Condo Jim. The Condo was well equipt with snorkel gear, cooler and beach chairs. Not to mention it was centrally located. We walked to town and then rented a car to explore the island. I would suggest a car rental if you want to see a lot of things. The ocean was only a few steps away where I saw a dolphin jump up out of the water. I though I was seeing things. Snorkeled with Manta Rays with Sunlight on the Water just a couple of miles North of the condo. Wonderful place. And so many wonderful beaches north and South of your Condo. And Jim was also very kind to give us a late check out for a small fee so we could spend the day at the beach, then shower and head home. Thanks so much!

My wife and I stayed at Jim's place from 5/22-5/27/09. Since there are so many things to do and see on the Big Island, we rarely spent time in the condo except to sleep and shower. However, I musy say that whenever we were there we felt right at home. Great place, great location (about 1 mile from Kona). We don't know what we would have done without the beach chairs, unbrella, cooler and BOOGIE BOARD! Thanks Again Jim, for 5 great days at your place.

This condo was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautifully kept. My favorite part was the spacious lanai which overlooks the pool and has an ocean view. We had a rental car, but this condo is located close enough to town that you can walk in and out easily. There are many good restaurants close by. Jim, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. I cannot wait to visit this place again! Highly recommend it.

First day back (boo) and we are already planning our next visit to Kona, AND THIS CONDO! Jim provided us with a clean, well equipped and thoughtfully decorated home base so all we had to worry about were our tans. The best part was that he did so for such a reasonable cost...Maholo for the hospitality!

We had a fabulous stay in Jim's condominium. It is
bright, spacious, and modern. The lanai is large and
there is a good view of the ocean.
We have stayed on Oahu twice and Maui once, but
the accomodations were nowhere near as nice as
Jim's.
We highly recommend it, enough that we plan on
returning there in a couple of years.

Big shock coming home from the totally relaxed
setting of Jim's condo--- (and thanks for the phone
call, Jim, as you know we, were so much on 'island
time' we lost track of the date). --but then, after
flight cancelations--- arrived into the snow storm
of the century in Portland Oregon---talk about a
study in contrasts---we arrived after midnight to a
scene straight out of: "The Shining"---
Here is what people need to know if considering
Jim's place: First, his photos are totally accurate---
taken in and from his condo. The one beef is that
he didn't also have a photo taken out of the
bedroom window---which also has a great view
North towards Kailua Bay. Ali'i Villas is a very well
maintained complex---and by virtue of the
concrete construction---very peaceful and quiet
(also, this isn't really the place for the 'party-hardy'
crowd---lots of older residents, so if thats your
goal---maybe Jim's place isn't the best.
BIG PLUS: great air movement and cross-circulation
in this condo---most in this price range simply
don't have that. BIGGEST REGRET: That we didn't
have more time to relax on Jim's huge covered,
tiled, lanai, under the ceiling fan watching sunsets-
--unfortunately, were were exploring the island,
and usually got back too late---ahhh.... next time!

12-03-08 Search no more. This is the place. For almost selfish reasons I'd like not to pass the word on this spot! Mahalo, Jim, for providing an extremely efficient and comfortable stay in your home. My daughter, Noel, and I spent a wonderful four days here, catching up since her move to the Big Island last year. We viewed lava from the "Lava Cat" w/ Capt. Shane, snorkelled daily and had perfect beach weather; tried a new one each day and our favorite was Hapuna. Total serenity was achieved via strolling gorgeous walks lined w/local flora, dips in pool, reading from well stocked "library", palms swishing and sipping Kona on the lanai at sunrise. I think I could become "kama aina" after this, my first visit to Paradise! I shall return. Aloha, Barbara Clifton

What a FABULOUS condo! I wish I could keep it a secret for myself...but what a gem. I walked to the beach, to town, to the Farmer's Market. It was PERFECT. I felt safe, and travelling alone, it helps to have that feeling. I would so stay here again, if given the chance. The condo was clean, and set up for every need. The only thing I would suggest...have a "welcome" basket...with a little pouch of coffee and a couple of tea bags. That way, you can have coffee in the morning, before you go to the store to stock what you need for the time you're there. Other than that, FABULOUS!!!!!

This is a very nice condo with a perfect location: close to the water but far enough not to be disturbed at night by the noice of the waves, and far enough away from the traffic at Alii Drive. We spent 3 wonderful days/nights in the condo from November 9th - 12th. The condo is well equipped, the king-size bed is very comfortable, and the rate for the condo is quite acceptable. With a rented car lots of attractions including spectacular beaches are close. When we will have the chance for another visit to Hawaii we will definitely contact you again, Jim, to see whether your condo will be available.

First and foremost, Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with while working on the lodging piece of our vacation. We were looking for a convenient, cost effective place to stay while in Kona, and Jim's condo could not have been more perfect. Beautiful ocean views, perfect location - just a 15 minute walk into town. We could not have been more pleased with this aspect of our trip. When I return (and I'm sure I will), I will certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had all the amenities we needed, was very spacious and well situated. The owner was always quick to reply and very courteous. The Big Island has so much to offer; be it a sunset viewed at 14 000 feet on Mauna Kea, swimming with sea turtles, visiting active volcanoes or simply relaxing on a black sand beach, this island has it all! Therefore, we highly recommend this condo.
Finally, Mahalo Jim for letting us stay in your condo ;)

The condo itself, was clean & tidy, modern and very
spacious, close to the main town centre. I could not
fault this place!! On our stay in Hawaii we went to
three of the main islands and stayed at four
different hotels/condos, and this was our favourite.

We stayed at this condo for the first half of our honeymoon in Hawaii in Oct-Nov 2007. It was amazing! The condo was beautiful and comfortable, and so incredibly relaxing. The pictures here don't do it justice. We really loved the lanai, where we ate all our meals and watched the sunset. There was a storm in the ocean when we were there, making the water pretty rough, so we swam in the condo's pool instead, and my husband cooked steaks on the wonderful grills in the pool area. I simply can't stress enough how much we loved this place - it is bookmarked and we will definitely be coming back! We've also recommended it to our family and friends who are planning trips to Hawaii in the future. You won't be disappointed with this condo!

We love Alii Villas because the people there are so friendly. And Jim's unit was decorated so nicely. It really felt like home for the time we spent there. The Washer-Dryer was so handy and having access to the internet out on the Lanai was helpful, too.
This condo's location is so nice. So close to the best snorkeling in the world at Kahalu'u Beach just a couple miles south of the condo.
We highly recommend this condo. And this unit is one of the best.

This condo was perfect for me and my wife during our Kona adventure. It is a nice walk to the Kona downtown strip, and it's close to great snorkeling. The third floor provides nice sundown gazing opportunities, and the residents are island friendly. It's easy to get to the north side (Waipio valley, Hapuna, Waimeia), or the South Point/Volcanoes areas, all of which are a must for a Big Island trip. The owner really cares about pleasing, and his integrity is above reproach. If my wife and I could take the trip again, I'd just make it easy and call him. Mahalo Jim.

The condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed our evenings on the lanai looking out onto the ocean. Location, location, location; Alii Villas is ideal in terms of being an oceanfront property, being far enough from town to be peaceful and being close enough to town to be able to take advantage of all that it has to offer. We were impressed from the minute we pulled into the property. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining the overall property. Once we stepped foot into #322, we knew we had made the right choice. Everything from the layout to the well equipped kitchen to the view was spectacular. Ten days later, our opinion had not changed. Make sure to walk to the end of the parking lot to enjoy the sunsets and to meet others who follow the same ritual. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

We loved staying in your condo. It was a really nice and well maintained condo. I was also very impressed with the expectations of the condo complex which made the condo area feel safe and enjoyable for our vacation. Jim was so great at communicating with us about our condo reservations and also so good to call and check to see if we had made it to Hawaii and if we liked the condo. My sister lives in Hilo and she stayed at a condo about 1 mile down the road. We saw the condo she stayed in after we checked into Jim's condo. Jim's condo isn't just an average condo in Hawaii. It is very clean, very nicely updated and cheerfull and also very refreshing and relaxing. We had our 4 yr old son with us on our vacation and he called it "the house". You know it is great if a 4 yr old thinks it feels like going home after a day of being out exploring. Thanks so much Jim. Your condo is as warm and friendly as you made yourself to us. Thanks!

Jim, We've stayed in many different condos in the Kona area and thought yours was especially nice - very spacious, beautifully decorated, and well supplied
with all the necessities. We'd highly recommend this as a convenient, reasonably priced, and very comfortable place to stay.
Thanks

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean, well equiped and well decorated the condo was. The location was very convenient to Kona's sights, shopping and restaurants. We were very comfortable staying here on our first trip to Kona. The owners thought of everything to make us feel right at home. The washer and dryer in the condo were a real plus. The ceiling fans helped to keep us comfortable during the warm evenings and nights. Our security deposit was promptly refunded within two weeks. We would definitely stay here again on any return to this beautiful paradise.

Reviewed the other comments and not much to add. Agree with them all. We just spent 2 weeks in Jim's condo and had a great time. We go to Maui often but my wife sure loves the sound of the ocean in this unit. Will rent again in the future. Great price for this unit.

Jim - We just finished a week at your condo in Kona. Great views, a comfortable "home" away from home. The sound of the ocean in the bedroom was a great way to fall asleep each night. Well equipped with everything we needed, including the umbrella for the beach! We will be back and for a longer time. Your communication before, during and after the rental made it easy for us to not have to worry about accomodations during our stay! Mahalo!

Thanks for providing such a wonderful Hawaiian retreat in Kona. Beautiful ocean view from lanai, and we enjoyed exploring the tide pools just steps away every evening. Excellent locations to downtown shops, restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay at your condo, Jim. Nice to be able to hear the ocean in the evening from both the lanai and the bedroom. Good location. Nice to be able to eat many of our evening meals at "home" and unwind. Handy to have a washer/dryer available. Very comfortable. We'll be back.

Jim, your condo was fantastic - beautifully appointed, very comfortable and so conveniently located. It was also great value for money and was perfect for a couple to stay and enjoy the glorious Big Island. Thankyou for making it so easy for me to book all the way from Australia - it really was a pleasure dealing with you and I hope to be back again very soon.

This was our first time in Kona and we felt in love with that condo. We could hear the ocean from inside, also we had a nice view from the lanai (balcony). The condo is also near to all the markets, restaurants and shops which was great to buy food and gifts. We found also that the condo was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and very well decorated. We will definately be back!!!!

My husband and I stayed for a week in November, and it was terrific! The condo is nice; it is just the right size for a couple and has a lovely view from the lanai. The sunsets from the shoreline of the complex are not to be missed! Kona was great too - the weather and scuba were perfect. This was our first rental via VRBO and were somewhat skeptical, but the owner was very easy to deal with. We can't wait to return!

Aloha!! Everything about this condo was great, except for the short 3 nights we stayed! We were very impressed with neatness of the pool area, grounds and surroundings...but the MOST favorable time was in Unit 322 itself with its bright corner spot, comfy furniture and island decor touches (even Hawaiin switchplates!), fans and artwork. The space is clean and well equipped and many pleasant hours were spent on the lanaii overlooking the ocean and watching the waves break in the sparkling sunlight..it really is a Home Away From Home and we would be back at the earliest opportunity!

My husband and I loved your condo and
especially the view from the lanai. The
whole place felt like home from the
minute we walked in. The amenities were
clean and well appointed which we
appreciated. Also we liked the pool and
Dan the manager was very nice and
helpful.Note to anyone silly like us
the lock box pulls forward NOT down
like it looks like it would do!! We
would stay there again most definitely.
Thank you as we were a little nervous
about this being bona fide but happily
it was. S Robson Pender Harbour BC

Hi Jim! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in your condo. You made it easy to just kick back and relax. The pride in ownership speaks for itself. I especially enjoyed spending time on the lanai looking out to the ocean and hearing the sound of the waves. The palm trees framed the full moon perfectly when it was out.
I return to the Big Island yearly and would love to rent your unit again.
Thank you!
