Loved this condo! It was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect (short walk to beach, shops, & cafes) & it was great having a garage. Can’t wait to go back next year! I would definitely recommend this unit!
Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Charming condo very near the beach

Very nice and comfortable condo. Clean, neat and all the conveniences that you could ask for. Great having a garage. Enjoyed our whole experience at the condo, beach and AMI in general.
Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

The Condo was was wonderful and had everything that we needed and more. The location was perfect...much closer to the beach than we thought...and the best section of the beach. We could actually see the ocean in the distance from one of the bedroom balconies. The pool and courtyard area were beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed them daily. We walked to Publix and the adjoining shopping centers often. Couldn't have picked a better rental unit.
Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Every detail was perfect. The owners have done a magnificent job updating this unit. I would recommend it to everyone. I wish they had a guest book where we could sign & leave comments. They deserve to know what an excellent job they have done.
The kitchen was well equipped, but I would suggest a covered skillet; all other pans are fine. We donated a set of dry measuing cups & measuring spoons - not a problem - we just thought they would be helpful. Everything was realy quite lovely.
