We had a wonderful time on Marco Island. You have a beautiful home...perfect for my family. We have been to Marco now 4 times, rented three homes, yours was by far our favorite. Your home had everything of convenience we could have hoped for, from beach equipment, to pool toys/floats for the kids. Hopefully, we will be making a return trip next spring and if so, we hope your home will be available for rental again.

Wonderful Vacation

Thank you so much for the use of your home - it was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and the layout of the home suited our needs exactly. My mother was with us so she occupied the beachy blue room and it was quiet for her. The kids loved the pool and we used it every single day. The weather we had was amazing. It was so great to be at your home - it had more than anything we could have hoped for in terms of beach gear, pool toys, and kitchen supplies. There were tons of towels, linens and the games and movies you have there helped us to make lasting family memories. It was in a word - PERFECT. We got to meet your pool maintenance person - what a nice guy. We had a great time hearing his stories and getting to chat with him. He was professional and friendly and fun. We spent a lot of time at the beach and at Mackle Park - the kids have made friends there that they already miss.

Thank you again - your home is one we will not forget and can't wait to contact you in the future to see if it is available for our return.

Great Vacation.

I wanted to let you know that our family had a great vacation staying at your property on Marco Island. The weather was near perfect and we really liked the location, a quiet neighborhood that was very close to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping areas. We also had the opportunity to experience a lot of the local flavors at various restaurants with great views on the water. Our kids thought your pool was the best!
In the future if we decided to vacation again on Marco Island we would definitely consider staying at your property.

An excellent place to relax.

Once again your home proved to be an excellent place to relax. This was my second vacation to Marco Island staying in your beautiful home. The people who accompanied on this trip were amazed with the property and all the amenities provided. Some family members joined us and stayed an extra night, another couple had plans to visit Ft. Myers Beach for a few days yet returned to Marco a day early because your home was much more comfortable than the hotel they were staying at. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach, shops, spas and a short drive for groceries. Never once did anyone suggest dining out since the kitchen was so well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals in a very relaxing atmosphere.

We had a wonderful enjoyable and very relaxing vacation. Your home is by far the best experience I have had with VR. I will definitely book with you again should I return to Marco which is very likely and will definitely have no reservations recommending it to anyone I know travelling to southern Florida.

We had a marvellous time.

About our stay, we had a marvellous time!! Your home was exceptionally nice – CLEAN, the best stocked kitchen we’ve EVER had, wonderful pool/lanai area, great layout, and absolutely perfect for our two families. The kids loved riding the bikes and the beach items were extremely helpful. All in all, your home exceeded our expectations and we thank you for sharing it with us!
We also had a great time exploring the island – we particularly loved ‘Olde Marco’ and made several trips there. We rented a boat for ½ day and really enjoyed tooling around with the dolphins in the inter-coastal waters. The weather was great and we spent time at both the South Beach and Tigertail Beach. We all loved shelling and ended up bringing home bags of shells?. The island is also immaculate and very beautiful – we couldn’t have asked for more (except another week or two).
Thanks again for your help – you’ve been nothing but helpful and we will not hesitate to stay with you again should our travels bring us back to Marco.

What a beautiful home you have on Marco Island. It was perfect. You certainly thought of everything when equipping the house for tourists. From the book of "things to do" to the bikes, beach chairs, towels etc. I could go on and on. I have used VRBO rentals before but I must say yours was the best so far. We really enjoyed our time on Marco Island. It was the perfect getaway. We would come back and we will be recommending your house to all our friends. Thank you so much for everything

We had a really good time on Marco, it is the second time we have been. We loved the position of your property, especially being able to walk to the beach. The house itself was lovely and was ideal for our family. The girls in particular enjoyed the pool.
We are originally from England and we always planned to retire there, however, my wife is now wanting to retire to Marco!!!!
We will certainly be returning either next year or the year after and will be in touch.

We truly had a wonderful time on our vacation. Your home was perfect for our family. Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to stay there. We absolutely loved the pool area. The hot tub was easy to operate and the pool temperature was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed in all areas. The location is fabulous, we walked to the beach everyday. The beaches on Marco are beautiful and perfect for little ones. We have been to many places in Florida and Marco Island is our new favorite.

We are in heaven

We just got into your lovely home! We are in heaven! What a beautiful place with so many great amenities.


Our families had a wonderful stay at your lovely home. We enjoyed the pool and the screen-in outdoor area the most! Your house comes with so many extras... the bikes, the beach chairs, umbrella (we needed it!), the cooler with wheels, and the boogie boards. The bedrooms layout was perfect for two families. We drove to the beach the first day but ended up walking the rest of the week (just a short walk from the house). It was a short walk to the restaurants and local shops. Snook Inn and Nacho Mamas were wonderful places to dine. We love the market and the Mango BBQ sauce from a local vendor was just scrumptious. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the house. We will definitely rent again! Your promptness with all our questions and your willingness to help in any way were appreciated.

Thank you for helping us make another Spring Break memory with my children.

Great time on Marco Island

We had a great time on Marco Island. We did the Capt Ron's Wave runner tour and that was a hit!! We had great weather. Your house worked out very well for us, it was very clean and had all the things you would need to make a comfortable vacation. Just a quick message to thank you for our stay at 701 Wren. We were pleased with your house, and found many of the comforts and conveniences to make our family trip enjoyable. The pool area was especially spacious, so we were able to catch many rays! The proximity to restaurants and beaches worked out nicely for our family, as well. This saved us from packing the kids in the car many times!
All in all, we had a very nice trip and very nice weather. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. Your place worked out very nicely. We found it very comfortable with all the little extras as advertised.

Marco Island was very nice, we liked being close to the beach and the restaurants/shops, and the weather was wonderful all week. We found it easy to get around and only a short, pleasant drive to the airport.

Our Great Stay

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home in the sun. As you can tell we had a marvellous time at this house. The location was great, short drive (literally 1 minute) to the beach, short walk to shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlour for the kids (including me) even a movie theatre and Spa’s!! (Whatever food you like you’ll find it) The house was only a 10 minute drive to the Marina on the Island, to rent any kind of boat for fishing, shelling or just exploring. We rented a boat and went to Tin City in Naples & had lunch. There are various restaurants to stop at (just pull up alongside the jetty provided and tie up) on the way back we went shelling at a small island, saw dolphins and turtles (but didn’t see any manatees, but hopefully next time!!!)
As well as being lovely inside the house, it also had a large outside area too (under lani) with a large BBQ for cookouts which we enjoyed on a regular basis with a large eating area. We had plenty of sun loungers enough for all of us, along with loads of room still left over to walk about freely. I also enjoyed the pool which was larger than I expected and the hot tub was defiantly a winner with everyone! Wherever we sat or lazed we had sun all day.
I can’t praise this house enough and if anybody out there wants to stay on Marco Island give this home a try (but not next November please) as we will be returning.

"Perfect location, lovely home"

"What a wonderful 21 days we have just spent at Wren Street. The house is located ideally for beach, bars, restaurants, shops and even the post office. The street is quiet and the neighbours are very friendly. Leslie and Graham have provided everything you could need for a perfect holiday.
The pool is a good size, the hot tub is just lovely. We used the barbecue and ate outdoors on many evenings. The two bikes were put to good use to pop to the beach and shops and explore some of the island. The day usually started with fresh grapefruit picked off the tree in the garden and an early morning dip in the pool. There is plenty to see and do on Marco including kayaking, sailing, deep sea fishing and off course shelling. We also went further afield to Germaine Arena to watch the ice hockey on three occasions and popped over to Naples to visit the theatre and do a bit of shopping.
Marco is an easy drive from Miami airport and the house provided an excellent base for our family.
Leslie and Graham have been helpful and friendly at every point of contact. We highly recommend their lovely home."

Just wanted to say BIG THANKS for giving us this opportunity to spend our vacation in this wonderful home!!!
We have enjoyed every minute of our 40 night stay here.
Must say it is a perfect location for vacation. It is so quiet and beautiful neighborhood and great distance from everything, walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, spas, movies, shops!!!! Loved IT!!!!
It is great that the house a such a huge pool! I think we were in it with kids about 3-4 times a day :) Not only for fun , but can even work out there, because of the size of it :)
House was so clean and beautiful, and great size too , so it was just awesome with a big family!
Thank You for having bikes here too for the guests, thanks to those we saw lot of island, which we otherwise wouldn't have.
Home is nicely decorated, beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped (It literally has everything ) and it was especially thoughtful having all spices, sugar, coffee in the cabinets.
We also enjoyed our grill outs by the pool with this huge gas grill and hot tub.

The stay was just marvelous, will want to visit again!
