Words are hard to come by to describe the week of awe and wonder of the Smokies;plus the beauty,thoughtfulness and care taken at Riversong by Allen and Sara.I have already recommended it to a co-worker and would to anybody that will listen.Pam and I are already anxious to get back and chase more waterfalls and gem mine!!We haven't been this relaxed in yearsThank you so much for the opportunity to experience your slice of heaven!! Wow What a Surprise

“We have rented several places in the Franklin area, and this lovely little cottage has definitely been the most pleasant! The house is very clean, spacious, wonderfully supplied with almost any & everything that you might need. And the back yard view down to the river is absolutely beautiful! Thank you for seeing to all our needs.”

Very clean and spacious

My best friend and I spent the weekend of July 30 at Riversong and were so very pleased. This is probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. The view from the back to the river is beautiful, with lots of room for kids to play. There is plenty of room, the kitchen has everything you need and the linens were awesome. Sara left us wonderful goodies. Another TV in the master bedroom would be nice but since we left our hubbies at home we didn't need another. The only negative I have is the shower head in the bathroom,
everything else is terrific.........you won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

I love coming to RiverSong! What a wonderful, serene place to unwind! And sooo clean! I come to whitewater raft, hike and just take in the beautiful scenery. And of course, you can't beat the mountain antiques, crafts and homemade preserves found in little shops throughout the area. We'll be back soon!” - Janet

The locals say that the best fishing hole in the area is at River Song. Great hiking trails are only a short drive away, and local musicians play at the town square in the summer. My favorite thing to do is sit on the back porch in the morning and evening enjoying the view as the land slopes down to the Little Tennessee River. Long after I return to hot and humid Florida, I fondly recall the cool Carolina breezes at River Song.
