We've stayed in a home in Windsor Hills before and whoaa, this house was head and shoulders above our last experience. We vacationed with two families so the four bedrooms/four baths were just perfect for us; everyone had their own space and private bathroom. House is beautifully furnished and spotless with attention to detail. Everything was in perfect working order as well. Reserving the home was a cinch. William was so pleasant and the process was automated. In my confirmation was the home address, driving directions and my key code for entry. We had everything we needed, there was no additional follow up necessary. With the last company we booked through, we had to drive to a facility out of the way to fill out paperwork and get keys. It was a hassle and time consuming. With this owner, its all automated and they use a keyless entry code which we came to love as sometimes some of came and went at different times and it was so convenient to not have to keep track of who had the keys like we've had to in the past. The manager is local incase you need anything but we didn't have any issues or needs during our stay.

Highly recommend! Home is lovely, community has terrific amenities, owner is great, easy to reach, and the process is seamless!

Loved This Beautiful Windsor Hills Home

Windsor Hills is a great place to stay; it is very close to Disney, restaurants and grocery stores. It is also close to the Interstate, which makes getting to other areas such as Sea World or Spring Training Baseball very easy. Windsor Hills has a terrific pool with a waterslide…it must be one of the best off of the grounds of Disney.

The owners have taken care to insure that this is a home you will enjoy and feel comfortable in. It was clean, nicely furnished and very tastefully decorated. There were ten of us and we were very comfortable and had plenty of space.

Communicating with the Manager, William, was simple and straight forward; he was very responsive to e-mail and phone. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Terrific Rental Home

This home offers so much. It’s like a self-contained resort with your own pool/spa, game room – the list goes on! And you can’t beat the rate either. It’s a terrific value. The manager is very professional and provided great service. The home is very well kept and maintained so we had no issues upon arrival and no problems during our stay. We’ve already recommended this very home to our friends and neighbors, under the condition they don’t book our week. Looking forward to enjoying it again this summer.

Highly Recommend, Hands Down!

We loved this home. It’s large and roomy and has all the conveniences of home and the luxuries of a resort. The community pool and amenities here are superb. They cover the gamut and offer something for everyone. With kids ages 5-14 this is key. The location is SO close to Disney. Really, like a 5-minute drive. And the price couldn’t have been better for all you receive with this vacation rental home.

Also, the owner’s were very prompt in responding. We were booked within minutes and had all my arrival info in one email. We didn’t have to stop anywhere to “check-in” either. It was seamless and very convenient. More time to enjoy some QT at the pool!

Relaxing Vacation

We found this home and booked after talking with William. Everything was top notch – we had tons of room for a fraction of what we would pay elsewhere. The house was very spacious and had many added features. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa. A couple days into our stay, we opted to heat the pool wouldn’t be so frigid in he evenings and to make the spa nice and toasty after a long day at the parks – this really added to the enjoyment of the home. Everyone looked forward to relaxing in the pool and spa in the evenings. We made it a nightly ritual.

Having a luxury home like this was a terrific way to vacation. We appreciate the great service too.

Beautiful Home & Community, Excellent Location

We were very pleased with this home and with in the Windsor Hills community. We felt very safe here and the location was ideal for quick access to the parks. The home itself was spotless and very well cared for and well equipped. The community facilities were just great too. There was something here for the whole group to enjoy. And the location to the parks was fantastic!

Accessing the home was very easy too with their door code system. Upon our arrival, we didn’t have to fuss with driving to an office by a certain time to check-in as we’ve had to do in the past. This was a real plus for us because we inevitably run late getting out of town and traffic can be unpredictable. Being able to go straight to the house took that stress of rushing away.

William was very nice to work with too. He was always friendly and prompt in replying to my questions and provided great service. We’ll definitely book with him again.

Great Villa!

This was a wonderful family vacation! This villa was gorgeous and a perfect size for our three families vacationing together (9 people total). The rooms were large and they all had TVs. We cooked daily and used the washer and dryer all throughout our stay. We loved the house and never encountered any issues. The pool and game room were great to have. We also had access to the clubhouse with a large pool, playground and a nice gym. It’s also very close to the Disney parks and the interstate. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend!

Lovely Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed your home for our week in Florida. Everything was great. The villa was absolutely lovely; very spacious and comfortable. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very nice, and while large, it was still very quiet. The clubhouse and pool area were a lot of fun. The kids loved the water slide! The location to Disney was perfect too. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!
