An Excellent home and location

This was an excellent home that was close to the Beach, a Super Target, and my favorite resturant in Ft Meyers, Rib City. My kids loved the pool and would swim 3-4 times a day for a couple hours at a time.

The home was clean and well decorated. My wife and I had a concern about the pool being outside the patio door and our 2 year old daughter. Neil made sure an alarm was not just on the door out to the pool but also the bedroom window that opened out to the patio as well. This was something my wife especially appreciated and helpede her relax a little more.

The air conditioner did stop working but once we called Neil he had someone on it and had it fixed within an hour or two. The only problem we had with the home was lack of cook ware. We stayed in the same home two years ago and we don't recall having such a shortage of cook ware. This greatly limited what we could cook if we decided to eat in.

Looking ahead I would not have any problems staying or recommending to anyone this home.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, romantic getaway

A Wonderful Week!

It has been a wonderful week here in this beautiful house. Everything has worked perfectly. The area is amazingly quiet and the view is very nice. The kids loved the pool. We hope that we can come back another time.

Fantastic Two Weeks

Thank you for the fantastic 2 weeks we have spent in this home. The home is really beautiful, so quiet and comfortable with lovely views over the lake. Highlights of our stay include the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, with their beautiful gardens, and the Dolphin Cruise on the Fort Myers Princess - even though we weren't lucky enough to see more than a glimpse of a dolphin, it was still a lovely, relaxing trip. With so many excellent restaurants it is hard to choose a favorite but Nervous Nellies must get a mention; and Elvis at Parrot Key on Thursday night was very entertaining. We have had a great holiday, made all the better by such good company. Thank you again.

Home from Home

For the last 2 weeks the villa has become our home. It really does have that home from home feeling. We have stayed on Beachwalk Isles before but not in this home. This area has become a firm favorite with us as it has everything you could wish for so close to hand. For all future guests who stay here we can recommend Rum Runners in Cape Coral and also the Big Catch next door to Parrot Key, Fort Myers. We would like to wish all future guests who stay in this lovely home a very very lovely holiday.

We are very pleased

We are very pleased with our 1 week stay. Everything is close - markets, outlets, restaurants. However the weather really sucked. I was unable to swim in the pool although the children did and loved it because it was not deep. It was really cold. I would have liked to have a crib for the baby to sleep, but overall it was perfect. Thank you very much.

On a Golf Trip

From Canada on a golf trip. Really enjoyed the house. Swimming pool great after a day on the links. Almost used up the pool table! Amenities were great. A very enjoyable week.

What a treat!

The weather couldn't have been better - 80's almost every day! We were very pleased with the spacious rooms; great views of the lake and many birds entertaining us. Such a lovely neighborhood to walk - very safe & quiet! The hibiscus were all in bloom; what a treat considering it is still cold & snowy in Ohio!

We loved our visit!

The location was perfect as we spent mornings at the beach and then brought our little one back for her nap. We all then enjoyed the pool all afternoon. The weather was a perfect 90F every day but a wonderful breeze to keep things comfortable. This was our first visit to Fort Myers but hopefully not our last. We had a great time.
