We just returned from staying at this lovely property with friends. The two couples were very comfortable in this beautifully decorated and well maintained condo. Steps from the beach and boardwalk. All the amenities of home. Would return in a minutes.

Awesome Vacation

We spent spring break with our son and his family. The 2 and 4 year old spent many hours at the beach which was only a minutes walk away. The house was clean, very well equipped and maintained. There was even beach toys for the kids to play with. The location was close to parks and restaurants. We would recommend this home and plan to return next year.

Great weather, nice beach and area---we enjoyed breakfast nearby, barbecued in the evening. The house was roomy and yet cozy and well kept. All the amenities of home. We saw a Chargers game, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, visited Hotel del Coronado, took a half day trip to Tijuana and a tour on the "Seal" amphibious vehicle--awesome!!! We enjoyed Old Town very much too---good shopping and good food---try the bistro restaurant there.
The Pacific Sands Vacation team was great and very responsive to our questions

Family Getaway

My husband, daughter, son-in law, grand daughter and I spent a week at this rental after I found it on line. It was exactly as shown in the advertisement. The amenities were great and the location, of course, was perfect for easy access to the main attractions - the beach and the bay. The condo was well maintaiined and Nichole was very responsive when I had questions. We especially enjoyed the front patio/barbecue area and made great use of it in the evenings after a day in the sun. SeaWorld is really close by as well as easy freeway access to get around town.

Personally, I thought the master suite set up was great - AWESOME master bath area/shower. The kitchen was also wonderful with everything we needed to prepare food there if we wanted.

So, I would definitely recommend this location for people who want to enjoy easy beach access without the disturbance that can come with being right on the boardwalk. We could still walk up to Belmont Park or the Pacific Pier area if we wanted more activity, but could also enjoy the more quiet atmosphere at the condo.

Perfect place!

Review submitted: April 11, 2012   Date of arrival: December 24, 2011

730 Brighton Ct was the center of our family reunion and oh how perfect it was! Our youngest son moved to San Diego 4 years ago and has settled here with his lovely girlfriend. Our oldest son and his lovely girlfriend, my husband and I came to San Diego so we could all be together on Christmas! Brighton Court was the perfect place to congregate, cook together, eat together, play cards and just enjoy each others company. Thank you! We leave with VERY fond memories and will be back!

Thank you so much for the use of your condo on Mission Beach. My family (3 teenagers, my husband and myself) had a wonderful time:) We could walk everywhere and especially loved running on the beach in the morning and seeing the dolphins, walking to Belmont park to shop and ride the awesome roller coaster, and just being able to walk to the beach and hang out day and night! It was so nice being so close to Sea World and the Zoo too! The condo was beautiful, had a fabulous kitchen, and we especially loved the master bathroom with endless hot water and amazing tub and shower:) Loved it so much we hope to come back again!

Perfektes Haus für Strandurlaub und San Diego Touren

Wolfgang (Germany)
Review submitted: March 25, 2012   Date of arrival: March 13, 2012

My husband, daughter and son-in-law spent the week of 12/12 here. We had everything we needed at the house for a wonderful pre-Christmas getaway. Since the weather was less than cooperative we loved having the gas fireplace to take the chill away! Everything was in perfect condition and we enjoyed cooking a couple of meals in the well -stocked kitchen. We didn't use the beautiful grill or sit out on the patio much so we would love to go back to San Diego for a "do over". I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful place close to the beach and close to great San Diego attractions.

Nice getaway with small kids

Review submitted: November 9, 2011   Date of arrival: October 15, 2011

This place is really great if you are looking for something close to the beach! My husband and I stayed with our 2 year old and 9 month old and it was perfect for our needs. The baby slept in the provided pack n play in the large walk in master closet and our 2 year old slept just fine in the guest bedroom with lots of pillows to keep him in. Although our mid October stay was a chilly and foggy one the kids still loved being able to play in the sand each day. We went to Legoland and Sea World while visiting San Diego and enjoyed both. The only comments I would have about the house is this...it's actually more of a condo, rather than a house, which is no big deal, but the pictures made it look like a house. We had never been to San Diego so we weren't sure what to expect, but all the rentals are very close together with narrow alley ways between. This was fine except for Saturday night the outside noise level from people partying was quite loud and didn't end till about 2 am. Mission Beach is also right in line of the airport flight path so you hear planes taking off until 10 or so at night and then starts up at 6 in the morning. There were some restaurants nearby, but no chains to speak of. Seems like you would need to drive a while to get a variety of places to eat. All of this being said we enjoyed our visit and would stay here again when the weather is warmer. I have very high expectations when is comes to vacation lodging and looked for the perfect placed for months and this place pleased me. It was very clean too, which is extra important when you have toddlers and babies on the floor. Oh, and another important factor. Parking is a bear, but they do have a nice long, but narrow single car garage. It's only a few inches wider than the door opening, but we were able to fit our Yukon XL rental car by all getting out first and assisting the driver back in. It may sound silly, but it worked, it fit, and it kept our car and belongings close by for safety and ease. Go ahead and give it a try; I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Nice vacation place!

My family (husband and two small kids) loved this home - we stayed for a week and we loved how close it was to the beach. Just a short walk away...my two and three year olds could walk it...that is how close it was! Home was very well-appointed - very comfortable. And clean! We loved the kitchen - it had just about everything we needed to cook which was such a convenience.
The only thing that was a bit of a challenge was the parking - we had a couple guests over and they had a little trouble finding parking, but we managed. It is just a little congested in the area, but is certainly understandable. It is nothing that would make me not want to stay here again!

We were very pleased with this home. It was exactly as advertised with many luxurious amenities. Comfortable and well equipped. Very close to the ocean side and bay beaches, it was a perfect spot for relaxing. Far enough away from the Belmont Park area in order to avoid the crowds. Super convenient location for exploring San Diego and surroundings.

WONDERFUL FAMILY SPOT

Review submitted: July 11, 2011   Date of arrival: June 25, 2011

Our family of six adults and 2 toddlers had a wonderful week here. The location was great--the bay was the perfect sand and water play spot for the two and under. So close to Sea World and the zoo and Old Town. The house was more than I could have hoped for. Everything was top notch and roomy enough for us. The pull out couch in the living room was very comfortable. Pacific Sands handled all details and their tips on the area were great. I would check their properties when coming back to San Diego.

Mission Beach Vacation

Review submitted: April 27, 2011   Date of arrival: April 17, 2011

We rented this house while visiting our son who is stationed in San Diego. We could not have asked for a better house or location. Mission Beach is a beautiful, active area with great parks and beaches. The house was amazing and well outfitted for a families needs. Belmont Park with its shops and activities was an easy walk from the house for our teenagers and kept them busy. San Diego's downtown area, the San Diego Zoo and the aquarium in La Jolla were all within a 10 minute drive and were great places to see. Our family would happily stay here again and Nicole was great to work with.

Note out of our guestbook: Thank you for the beautiful vacation
accomodation. We enjoyed every minute of it. The Tommy Bahama decor added to
our beach get away feeling. The comfort of being at home but just a short
walk to the beach made our stay enjoyable and convenient. We hope to make
this place our annual vacation destination.

Just wanted to take a moment to let you know about our great Spring break week we had. Besides leaving our rainy city and heading to Mission Beach where we enjoyed sunshine all week, we stayed in style. My husband and I with our 3 young teens and two of their friends enjoyed the comforts and accommodations of this beautiful brand new condo. It was a home away from home. Except our home isn't steps away from the beach. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn't have to pack too much and we could bring clean clothes home. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing, with the jacuzzi tub and multiple head shower. The upgraded kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. It had all the amenities of home. We rented bikes and the kids enjoyed a short ride to the amusement park and just plain riding up and down the beach. If we had any complaint, it would be that our stay wasn't long enough! P.S. It was so nice having a garage to park the car and keep the bikes inside!
