We stayed in this apt in April, a great location in Mission Bay, overlooking the bay was calm and picturesque, and a 5 min walk across the road to the beach. Breakfast on the patio each morning watching the boats and people enjoy the sunshine. Try Joes crabshack for great seafood ( 5 min drive 20 min walk) and you must try the deli sandwiches from Rubicon deli ( 5 min walk) the bakery as you walk across the road to the beach had fresh buns straight from the oven. A lovely apartment, very comfortable and in a great locations

The rental was great, very clean and exactly as posted. Had to call the owner for some minor questions and was answered in a very timely fashion. The rental was only ten minutes away from everything. Would go back again or try another listing that they have. Was not disappointed at all. Had family and friends stay with me for the three week period and they were very happy. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Bayside Relaxing

Very well kept property. Great patio for watching the sunrise with your first cup of coffee. The unit was nicely furnished and freshly decorated. Everything as described in the listing,. Cafe Mono is a must for breakfast and world famous waffles (easy 2-3 block walk).

Fun family vacation

My family and I recently rented this property for a long weekend family trip. The location of the property was excellent - lots of places to eat and grab a drink, access to the ocean and running/walking path all within walking distance. The property was very clean and had all the necessities we could want. The property management team was very easy and nice to deal with helping to make the experience all the more pleasant. We would definitely recommend this property and would also stay again!

We loved staying at this apartment. Two nice bedrooms with good sized bathrooms. Great TV"s in all three rooms. Perfect location because you are in walking distance to everything you need. Great bay view and only a 3 minute walk to the ocean beach side. The full time neighbor is wonderful and Nicole, the rental agent is also very kind and helpful. Can't wait to return.

GREAT get away

We had a BLAST at this LOVELY home....The location is the BEST around with grass in front then the beautiful sand & bay. Once you arrive, you can park your car and walk everywhere you need (if you desire). The place has all you need to spend a lovely relaxing time in Mission Beach. We WILL go again next year......We're from Orange County (not far) and it was a nice & pleasant change that was far enough away to feel like a "real vacation".

Great Beach Condo!

We would highly recommend this Condo for a small family. The home was neat, clean and well maintained. The location was perfect! Minutes away from resturants, attractions and all kinds of activites. We especially enjoyed the fireworks over the Bay everynight from Sea World, that was a treat! Nicole was very helpful and accurate in regards to describing the location, layout and amenites. We were more than pleased. The long term tenant was such a sweetie and we hope to continue our new friendship!
