Hallo Frau Bäumler, eine traumhaft schöne Zeit liegt hinter uns, und Sie hatten vollkommen Recht mit Ihrer Empfehlung, unser Haus betreffend (Villa 116 Vero Beach). Es ist wirklich wunderschön, die Lage, die Ausstattung und die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, haben uns sehr wohlfühlen lassen. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen rundherum gut betreut gefühlt . Wonderful Vacation

Dear Angela we have arrived to the house No. 116 in Vero Beach after a small delay in the flight from Chicago. The house is in perfect shape, actually much better than the photos. We will surely enjoy our stay over here. It is fantastic. So quiet, clean and peacefull. The Indin-River Mall and the Tanger Outlet are only minutes drive by car. And we really enjoy the white beaches. THANK YOU for this wonderful vacation. Sixten

Villa 116 Vero Beach-Lakeview- Liebe Frau Baeumler! Ach, wie schrecklich schnell die Zeit hier vergeht, es kommt uns vor, als rase sie nur so dahin. Aber auch das ist ja ein Beweis dafür, dass wir uns sehr wohl hier fühlen. Und wenn ich an das Wetter in Deutschland denke... Wir verleben einen sehr schönen Urlaub und auch das Haus gefällt uns sehr. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Seeblick ist wunderbar. Auch vielen Dank an Tatjana das Haus ist absolut sauber und der Pool und die Poolarea ebenfalls. Da wir mit einem Navi ausgerüstet sind, ist es auch kein Problem, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren Umgebung kennenzulernen. Stonebridge ist eine sehr schöne Villengegend. Das schöne Wetter, gepflegte Gegend und hoher Freizeitwert - eigentlich schön, in dieser Umgebung dank dem vorhandenen Computer , Drucker und Internet auch arbeiten zu können. Ihre Petra

This house is heaven on earth and a home from home. It is extremely spacious and clean and furnished beautifully. It quite literally has everything you could possibly need whilst on holiday. Relaxing and peaceful. The lounge is amazing with the most comfortable sofa ever!

Step outside to the pool and wow, it is so stunning! The pool overlooks the most beautiful lake. The pool is not overlooked and the sun loungers and chairs are the best, so comfortable. There are plenty of beach towels too.

The neighbourhood is safe and immaculately kept. A short drive away is Vero Beach with outlet shopping, Walmart and other supermarkets, cinemas, bowling alley, and amazing beaches.

Make sure you drive up to Sebastian inlet, it is truly stunning and you WILL see dolphins.

I was already staying in Sebastian when I had to book this house very last minute as my daughter was taken ill and we were unable to fly back to the UK. The owners were extremely helpful and the whole transaction was made extremely easy for us,

I would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful home to anyone.

Not suitable to rent

This house is in poor condition. The rugs were disgusting and had not been cleaned and there were bare patches where it appeared a cat or dog had scratched through the carpeting. This applied to all rooms. The computer, printer and phone did not work. Dishwasher was broken and only at the end of our stay did they agree to fix it. The furniture and dishes may have been replaced but they were not functional.The kitchen was not well appointed, as we had to go out and buy a kettle, baking sheets and other assorted utensils. Shortage of linens was another problem.
However the location was great and easy to get anywhere. But that is a heavy price to pay for such a disfuntional property.
I wouldn't reccomend this property to anyone.
