Wondeful place to stay

We had a fantastic time at your condo. We will always have fond memories of our stay. It is such a comfy, welcoming place to be. You did a great job of decorating. We will be back next year!

Perfect for our family

The description was accurate. The property is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property to a friend.
This is the second year we have stayed in this condo, and plan on returning next year. We enjoy the community pool and how close it is to the beach. WE have several other family members that rent condos in the same complex, and our rental is by far the "best". There is plenty of room and our children can't wait to return!

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car

Florida getaway

Very comfortable 2 bedroom condo with many amenities. You only have to arrive and all the things needed are there! Quiet neighborhood and close to beach and stores. Unit as discribed, clean and well maintained.

Recommended for: age 55+, sight seeing

A week at the beach

The photo of the unit does not do it justice. This is a lovely place to spend a week, or even two. The townhouse was well furnished with both furniture, dishes, pots and pans and games and bikes. It was the first time I've ever had enough pans to fix a meal adequately. We used the wifi, and the kids loved the bikes. The entire place was comfortable and roomy. We would definitely return, and have plans to go back. The pool was very nice and the location was close to the beach. We loved it.

New Smyrna Beach Condo

The property description was accurate, the property was clean and maintained. The master bath has just been refurbished and part of the main bathroom. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. They also provided us with bicycles which was very appreciated.

There was shopping and restaurants to keep us busy. There was also a farmers market on Saturday where we were able to buy fresh produce. The restaurants we particularily liked were seafood restaurants, Norwoods made a great clam chowder and JB's Fishing Camp farmed their own oysters and had a great deck on the river. We were able to watch a rocket being lauched from Cape Canavaral from JB's.

We had a great time, the only concerns were that although there was a small deck on the second story and a small area in front of the condo, we would have liked to have more room to sit outside and a place to eat outside. We also very much would have liked to have a barbecue to cook outside.

A Great Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation at this beach condo. The condo is a
spacious 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse in the Bahamian Club in
New Smyrna beach. The condo was cute, clean and very well stocked with
supplies. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner all 3
nights that we stayed there. There is a Publix right down the road for
groceries. We really enjoyed the thoughtful details and extra
amenities of the condo, including 3 beach cruiser bikes, games, movies
and beach toys. The Bahamian club is very nice and quiet. There is a
large pool, tennis courts and shuffle board courts. We spent most of
our time at the pool or across the street at the beach. The beach is
about a five minute walk from the condo, just across the street. The
beach was beautiful! The owner of the condo, Betsy, was very helpful
in providing information about the area and local attractions. We plan
to go back to New Smyrna for another visit in the future and would
love to stay at the condo again!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
