Very nice and modern appartement. Just next to Chinatown, and 10mn away from Union Square or Fisherman's wharf...

A wonderful condo in a great location!

This condo is located in a prime location with shops, eateries and markets within reach. Not to mention, the cable car stop is only a couple of steps away. The condo is very tastefully decorated and came with all of the necessities. We were thrilled at how clean this place was!

The owner, Melissa, was an absolute joy to deal with and was very responsive to emails and phone calls. She was also nice enough to send us restaurant recommendations and things to do in the city. If we're ever in SF again, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this place. Thanks again Melissa for your wonderful hospitality! We had an amazing time!

Amazing location

This condo is the perfect place to see the whole city. A great location loved being able to hop on the trolley at any time with the kids. The kitchen was perfect for our family to cook in some meals and just relax at the end of a long sight seeing day.

I would recommend this for anyone visiting the city with or without kids. Working Both of the owners was a fantastic experience.

Great place to stay

What can I say about this place? It was really awesome to stay here. The kitchen was modern and had all the amenities. The TV has over 700 channels even though I didn't take the time to watch any of them. The bed was comfortable and the apartment itself is centrally located so you're close to everything.

The only thing that this apartment didn't have was a vegetable peeler. That's the only thing.

I didn't meet with Mellisa personally, I met Nick and he was really friendly. The lady that cleans the apartments is great too.

Amazing!

Wow!!! This condo is really everything described - and more!!! Melissa was such a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to my (sometimes silly) questions. A week or so prior to arrival she sent me all the information for arrival. Everything worked perfectly!! We has no issues or snags at all.

The condo itself has everything that you could need - and it is great quality. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing!!!!

Location was so important for us during our stay as we wanted to feel like we were staying in a neighborhood - and this location delivered!!! It was everything we were hoping for. One of the street cars lines runs right outside the front door and the buses are easy to get to as well. There are plenty of hills to climb in this part of the city - but everything is very beautiful!

We enjoyed our visit to San Francisco so much and one of the main reasons was because of this condo. Everything was great and I am certain we will stay here again if we ever find ourselves traveling back to San Fran!

Great experience

I spent four days in this beautiful apartment. It is very comfortable, modern, done with taste. I can't say enough about Melissa. She was great! She communicated with me and was ready and available to help with any questions, restaurant suggestions, etc.
Payment was easy and the location was amazing!! cable car stop is literally steps away from front door. You walk to many places, including Chinatown.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who travels to San Francisco for a few days or weeks. I traveled with my husband and my parents. The apartment sleeps 4 very comfortably. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
The futton by the livingroom was good too!
I will stay in this place in my future trips to San Francisco.

Beautiful modern apartment with great location

We stayed at this property on a recent trip to San Francisco. It is everything and more that is described with the pictures here. The location is perfect as there are many small grocery stores and restaurants all within a few short blocks.
There is a cable car stop literally steps from the front door to easily take you down to the Warf or Union Square or dozens of places in between. A car is not needed nor recommended but parking is available by reservation if you should choose to drive.
Melissa and her husband were great to work with and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The apartment was comfortable and beautifully decorated from the luxurious bed to the modern fully stocked state of the art kitchen.
We will definately come back here on our next visit to the city and I highly recommend this amazingly beautiful little gem to all. Thank you!

Exactly what I wanted!

This property was just perfect for our stay. The flat is modern, everything quite new, very clean and the access secure. The owners were available for explanation and advice and quick to answer phone calls and emails.

Wonderful restaurants within a 3-block radius, including larger hotels for late-night drinks and accessibility to cabs and buses. It is also on the cable car line and right around the corner from the cable car museum. Great location!

We are looking forward to staying here again on our next trip. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the San Francisco area!

Great place to stay, awesome location

We stayed here for 3 nights during a short excursion to San Francisco. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the cable car museum and easy to get around with public transit nearby. Inside, the apartment is very secure and super clean. It seems that the property has recently been updated because it is very modern and all of the appliances are very nice and brand new (I only wish we stayed in one night to use them!).

The property owners are very nice and accommodating as well and were happy to answer my many many questions about our stay and made recommendations about good places to eat nearby. We were completely satisfied and if we come to San Fran again we would hope to stay there.
