Great condo in a great location

Just returned from Branson and was very happy with the condo. It is beautiful and very well maintained. Condo is convenient to everything, especially Silver Dollar City, but far enough away to be relaxing. It really helped to have so many brochures available in the condo to help make plans on what to do each day. Need to point out that, unlike other condos in the complex this one was easy to get to as it has only 2 steps and the rest is a ramp; makes it really easy to just roll your bags to and from the car. Almost all of the other condos at the complex have a lot of stairs. I have to warn you about the couch - it is so comfortable (I'm talking folded up, not even made up as a bed) you might tend to fall asleep, which could make you late for something, which could get you yelled at! Not that this happed to me, of course.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers

This was by far the best location to stay. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful location. very close to theme park. Condo had everything you needed, well stocked on kitchen needs. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Branson.

We had a wonderful stay at our condo in Eagles Nest Resort. Our only real problem was that the water faucet handle in the master bath was stripped which maintenance fixed while we were out and about. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Beautiful CLEAN condo!

The condo was everything we expected and more! We loved our stay and cannot wait to book something for next year!

The condos are less than 2 minutes away from Silver Dollar City and we got to see the Christmas Lights from our back porch! The home already had coffee, all the spices you need, cooking untensils, plates and A CROCKPOT! I was more excited to see that than anything! I loved the atmosphere and how welcoming the inside of our condo was when we arrived! We couldn't have made a better decision on where to stay!

Thank you guys for everything! We really did enjoy every minute of our stay! I also want to thank Vanessa for taking time to speak with me when I arrived to the condo! I hope to continue coming back to the condos and maybe even the home in the future!

Thank you so much for the wonderful condo. We had a fantastic time visiting Branson, and were so blessed by such a beautiful place to stay at a great price.

The family loved the Wii, and the provisions of high chair, pack and play, foam mattress topper were an added bonus. The condo was excellently equipped with far and above just the staple items, but had all kinds of extras that we did not expect. The beautiful Christmas tree was the icing on the cake. Our son loved sleeping in the light of the tree on the sofa bed.

We look forward to renting from you guys again.

Excellent choice for small family!

This is the second time we have stayed in this building but the first with these owners. The condition and cleanliness of the condo is second to none! The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are as well stocked as your own home so no need to bring things such as hair dryers or cooking items. When they say they are next to SDC it is completely accurate. The street to the condo is literally the first right after SDC and is only about a three minute drive. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at SDC and affords the ability to go in the morning, bring the kids back for lunch or a nap and then make a return trip without feeling like you are wasting the day.
If the lake is your passion, Indian Point Marina is is straight down the road and has the best rental rates I have found in Branson. The condo a/c works perfectly to have a nice cool place for you to relax after your hot day of activities.
We would not hesitate to stay at this condo again in the future and give it our highes recommendations.

Great location and very convenient to Silver Dollar City! Nice pool, quiet area and well-kept condo. Everything was provided for cooking and a very fun and comfortable stay. Our family LOVED it!

We did enjoy our stay at your condo and it was a perfect location for us. The washer and dryer was especially nice with the fully stocked kitchen!! It is a very quiet complex too and the pool was never overly crowded. This was perfect for our small family and my husband's parents.

We all thought it was a very nice arrangement and a good deal.

I just wanted to say that we all LOVED the condo! It had absolutely everything we needed and we felt like home there! It is the perfect space and was convenient for us to get to SDC as well as the strip where everything is located.

We had only reserved it for 4 days/nights and I tried to get for one more night, but it was booked. I will know better next time to make sure we reserve for the appropriate amount of time. Long story short - we stayed in Branson another night (elsewhere) since the condo was booked and we ALL missed the condo! We will definitely be coming back and will be staying with you again!

The condo far exceeded our expectations. We had never been to Branson before and we almost enjoyed staying at the condo more than experiencing Branson.

The condo was meticulous.....very clean, very well equipped, beautiful furnishings with all the luxuries of home. The many extras were appreciated....the Wii, the kitchen utensils, etc.

We want to thank you for the very nice experience of staying in your vacation home that we rented during Christmas!

We live in Texas and have children in MO so when we found out they would not be able to come to Texas for Christmas we went there. There was more than enough electronics.. w/ Wii games and video games, wireless internet service, 3 TV's, movies. Of course this made them happy. I was concerned about not having a Christmas tree and there was one all set up for us! I loved the two huge jet tubs and the very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Since we are not from that area we had some questions, so I made a few calls and they were always kind and helpful to any question we had. Over all we had a wonderful experience with your property.

Also it was beautifully decorated and well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware...and even spices! We cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed except the food...(including a crock pot!) Also had a stack able washer and dryer that we used a couple times. To top off everything, we left some things in a drawer and Bryan was nice enough to send them to us at our home in Texas!

We LOVED it! It was absolutely perfect for our needs, adequately stocked, and in a great location. We managed to sleep in everyday and many evenings just brought food back, flipped on the fireplace, and watched a movie together (which, with 2 little ones in our home, rarely happens--a movie watched from start to finish! ;0). We will definitely be coming back. And thank you for all the info you left for things to do in Branson. Although we've been to Branson dozens of times, it was nice to peruse a few brochures for possible alternatives to our staple "must see" agenda.

Thanks for allowing us to stay in your condos. We couldn't have been more comfortable & were very pleased with the accommodations. The beds were extremely comfortable and we couldn't wait to come home just to get to sleep in them-HA! The kitchens were fully stocked with supplies and we just added the food for quick breakfasts. Our visit was too short to take advantage of the games, movies, Wii, but hopefully we'll get the chance when we visit again in the future.

Once again, Bryan, it was a pleasure to stay in your condo located right next to Silver Dollar City.

Our "girls' weekend out" is made even more special by the fully equipped kitchen where we're able to try new and make favorite recipes together. The location is great--easy to find and easy to get to all the other places we like to go in Branson. The wireless internet was fast and convenient. A couple of us had some work items that needed to be finished online Friday evening. It was quite a sight, too, to see us with our 5 laptops in the living room while we practiced "skyping" together Saturday night so we could get it figured out for when we're at our respective homes!

We hope to do this again next year...you'll be hearing from one of us (probably me) as soon as we get our calendars for the next school year set and know how to plan.

We rented this condo for a little getaway with some friends of ours that were on leave from Japan. What an amazing place. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to be comfortable.

I think my favorite part was the kitchen. It was so well stocked with every utensil and appliance needed. Everything was very high quality. The kids appreciated the games and movies. Thanks for sending all the information on the surrounding area.

We had stayed in Branson several times before and had never visited the marina. We rented wave runners and had a blast.

You thought of everything to make it seem like home. We will definitely stay at your place again.

This condo is gorgeous, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 5...we had plenty of space with the benefit of our two teenage girls sharing a bathroom and bedroom of their own.

This is the place to stay for anyone wanting to have close access to Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake. We made daily stops at the ice cream shop just a few blocks away :)

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Branson. The location was perfect, central to all the activities we planned on doing. The condo was accurately described, well maintained, clean and the kitchen was well appointed. We had home cooked breakfast every morning which saved us time and money. We also loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. We had almost all our clothes washed on our last day. That's one less thing to do coming home from a long vacation. Mr. Bryan was so nice, helpful, organized and so easy to work with. It was our first visit in Branson but definitely not the last. We are already planning on our next trip and will definitely stay again in one of their vacation rentals. Branson is the place to go if you are looking for a family oriented vacation. There is something for the whole family to do.

We spent a week in one of the two bedroom-two bath condos in July, 2011, and enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of space for everyone and the full kitchen and washer-dryer came in handy.

Our grandchildren enjoyed the wii games and swimming pool a lot. And being close to Silver Dollar City was a plus. A very enjoyable stay. Hope to do it again next year.

My family and I wanted to thank you for our wonderful stay at your beautiful condo!!
The girls enjoyed their own room & bath, and my husband & I enjoyed our master bedroom as well.

We were amazed of its proximity to Silver Dollar City and thoroughly were impressed with the views of the hills and the Wildfire ride! Most of all, we appreciated the cleanliness and sophistication of the condo (kudos to whoever was in charge of decorating/furnishing the place!) Thank you also for the additional amenities of games, magazines and even the Wii - you truly have thought of everything and we made sure to put all game pieces back in order (I had a couple of extra ziploc baggies so I went ahead & organized the various game pieces in separate baggies according to their respective game).

Again, thank you so much for helping to make our first time in Branson such and enjoyable & memorable one!

Thanks for letting us use the condo this past weekend while in Branson for our family reunion. Dollar for Dollar, your condo is the best value in Branson, MO. It is an absolutely gorgeous unit, and is great for a family of 5. The little things like having board games, a Wii, everyday spices, and coffee already there just made the trip so much easier. Check-in/Check-out, well, there is none. Beautiful, easy, and a great place to stay. When I come back to Branson, I already know where I will stay.

My husband and I just spent ten days visiting Branson and the surrounding area. We had a wonderful time due in large part to our accomodations. It was a pleasure dealing with Bryan from start to finish. The condo was even better than the pictures, beginning with the keyless entry, stylish furnishings, and well stocked kitchen. It was so great having a washer and dryer. We packed less clothes because of the washer and dryer. No expense has been spared. We liked our place so much that we considered purchasing a unit in this resort and looked at six or seven other units. Bryan's unit was by far the best thing to be had. This place is a five star, no doubt. I highly recommend Bryan's Branson get away. If we go back, this is where we will be staying!! We were 100% satisfied.

Wow the condo exceeded our expections!!! The pictures you have posted do not do it justice. It was so close to Silver Dollar City, but we were amazed that it wasn't noisy. It was great not have to sit in the car for hours waiting in line. We had the pleasure of visiting with another couple and our 2 daughters. Everyone had privacy, it was imaculate, everything you would need or ever want. The kitchen was so well supplied that we made a game of "I bet they have it". The lake was great and loved finding a hammock to enjoy the beautiful nature. Thanks again for being so helpful with my apprehension about doing rentals over the internet. Please feel free to give our name as a reference.My only problem is that I'm afraid that you will not have availability when we come back!

We spent the week in this 2 bedroom condo....home away from home. It was heavenly! Both bedrooms are like master suites with very comfy beds. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked for nearly any cooking adventure. Nice collection of board games and a Wii...what more can you ask for on vacation. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Branson!

Our condo stay was wonderful! The condo was everything we expected and more. The kitchen equipment was a cook's dream. I wish we would have had a few more days to spend. The fireplace was such a nice added touch, especially on the rainy, cool days. It was far enough from Branson to get away from the crowds, but only minutes away from the action. It was truly a wonderful vacation. I would definitely stay there again when I get back to Branson.

We had a great "girls' weekend out" in Branson and staying at your 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for us. Everything was beautiful--the furnishings, the kitchen appliances--everything! Loved it that there was already a Wii hooked up with a variety of remotes to use and games to play. I brought my own to use, but didn't even have to unpack it. The location was super easy to find and made going to Silver Dollar City Friday evening a breeze. We could see the tops of SDC's roller coasters from our deck and could hear the train whistle!

Our summer excursion to Branson was absolutely wonderful and very much due to the property in which we stayed. The condo was all that was described and more! When we walked in for the first time it was like our own haven to retreat to. The layout was perfect with one bedroom toward the front and the other at the back which gave extra privacy, and each with their own bath!! The kitchen had everything necessary for quick or even more elaborate meals. The decor was current and everything clean and in order. Bryan was very hospitable as this was our first rental and he was very prompt in returning my phone calls and gave answers to all my questions. We enjoyed this trip to the fullest and have already reccommended this property to friends.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Perfect Fall Get-Away Condo!

The condo was perfect in every way. It has everything we could have possibly needed - and more. I was really impressed with the quality of furnishings, appliances, and decor. The listing and photos are extremely accurate. The condo was also very clean and well-maintained. The fall scenery was gorgeous and I definitely plan to return! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Great Family Condo

I was absolutely delighted with the condo. Not only was it beautiful but very family friendly. The views were gorgeous and even though you felt like you were away from the crowds everything was easily accessible as far as attractions and shows. We plan on coming back next Summer and staying here. It made our weekend perfect!!!!

I thought, 'sure, close to SDC is relative'... but it took us maybe 2 minutes to get there!

We had a great experience! When I first pulled up I thought it was going to be a small condo, but boy was I wrong. We had 4 adults and two kids and had plenty of space! It was beautiful and had everything we needed or could want. I loved how it had games, videos and the Wii too, incase we needed more entertainment. And it was so nice to be right next to Silver Dollar City! When I read that, I thought, 'sure, close to SDC is relative'... but it took us maybe 2 minutes to get there. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Hi Bryan,
I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my stay in your condo. It is beautiful. Loved the furnishings, the well-stocked kitchen, (there was everything I needed as I cooked at least two meals every day) and the jetted tub. The beds were luxurious. The location is perfect as well. The hammock down by the lake is a great touch. My daughter and I played Scrabble, so having the games was fun. We didn’t get around to the Wii, but how fun to have it there. I left a couple of magazines and a novel that I was finished with.

Thanks again. I feel rejuvenated and ready to start teaching again.

Bryan,
Thanks again for allowing us to rent the condos. Having the condos worked out great. We were able to split up if we wanted, but they were also big enough for when we all wanted to be together. We loved the tall ceilings and doors. The granite counter tops and the bathrooms were very nice.
Look forward to doing it again next year.

Think you can’t “afford” to stay at a condo?

We had a great time at the condo on Bluebird Way . The furnishings and bedding were lovely and comfortable. For our family of four, this was an excellent lodging option. Think you can’t “afford” to stay at a condo? Try preparing a couple of meals at “your” vacation home and you’ll quickly discover that this is the affordable option. We ate healthier, better food overall while eating out only a few times. Plus, we didn’t have to hassle with bored, tired kids at a restaurant. We appreciated the fact that on 3+day stays, there was no cleaning fee at this condo. The pool and playground area provided some options for relaxation and entertainment for our 3-year old and 9-year old daughters. The proximity to Silver Dollar City was very convenient. If we wanted to subject ourselves to the traffic of “the strip” it wasn’t too far away, but it was far enough way to allow us to imagine we were more secluded. We have stayed in a number of vacation rentals over the years, and this was a positive experience for all of us. The key-code entry system was convenient, and we didn’t have to worry about “checking in” one place to pick up a key and then driving to the condo.

This is not your run of the mill condo!

My family’s stay was from June 13 to June 18, 2010. From the moment we opened the door, it was as if we were walking right through the threshold of our own home as it so welcoming. This is not your run of the mill condo!. Everything was very tastefully and luxuriously decorated. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. I loved the way the kitchen was fully equipped with up-scale appliances as well as quality dishes and silverware. No corners were cut here. I would not hesitate to stay again and again. Love the way the contracts for rental were presented and the key code for the door made things so easy.

Branson Condo

We have stayed in Branson many times but not in anything this nice! The condo was perfect for our family. Kitchen was very well stocked. King size beds were great. The location is the close to everything. Can't wait to stay again!
