We couldn't have been more pleased with the rental, everything written about it was correct. The house was very clean and well maintained, it was so comfortable that we have booked it again for a month this Christmas.
The location is also perfect as it's near the beach but also a short drive to shopping mall and many other shops and good restaurants.
The owners are very helpful, only a phone call away but they never intrude on your privacy.
I highly recommend this vacation rental.

The perfect vacation

This rental is exceptionally clean, well decorated, well maintained and very comfortable.
The house is in an ideal location for Casey Key where you can see Dolphins and Manatees. The fishing is excellent, at the weekend there are lots of fishermen and its quite funny to see the birds trying to steal their catch.
Lots of retail therapy which is less half an hour drive in Sarasota.
Wal-Mart's is about ten minutes drive and Publix is even nearer.
We saw about forty Manatees wintering in the warm waters at Manatee Park Fort Myers this is just across the street from The Florida Power and Light, power plant. The park is free, you just pay a small fee to park. This is a non captive park.
The owners are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive.
We enjoyed it so much that we have booked a month for this Christmas 2012

Stayed for two months in 2012. Great people to rent from along with a teriffic location. Fishing was fair, wife loved the beach, lots of wonderful places to eat and things to do.
Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, sight seeing, tourists without a car

This house was a perfect place to getaway from the cold winters. Being able to walk to the beach was our favorite thing to do. From the beautiful sunsets, drum circles and shelling,we enjoyed the area.. The property was clean, well maintained and the owners were very friendly and helpful. This location is quiet, peaceful and near all activities.. I highly recommend this property to any age group. Thank you!!!

We stayed at the house with our daughter and family and had a wonderful time. We walked to the beach, rode the bikes, enjoyed the pool tremendously and had an overall great time. The house was clean and very comfortable. The owners were very accomadating and friendly. I would recommend this property and hope to go back with my entire family and rent the whole place.

My family and I spent the week of Spring Break here and it was perfect. The property is very spacious and clean and well maintained and the owners take very good care of the place.Having the back lanai with pool is an awesome bonus. We plan to stay here whenever we can get down to Nokomis and would recommend it to all of our friends.
Our daughter and her friend walked to the beach daily, we used the bikes, Nokomis Beach is the best kept secret going, the drum circle on Saturday and Wednesday nights is a blast.

My family and I spent a little over a week at Bayshore and it was perfect. The description of this property is very accurate. The property is very clean and well maintained and the owners are extremely friendly and accomodating. I have already recommended this property to two of my friends in Louisville and my family and I do want to return.
We walked to the beach daily (sometimes twice a day). Nokomis Beach is beautiful. If you are willing to take the short walk to the beach, you can save considerable money staying at this property versus staying on Casey Key.

We loved our mini-vacation in Nokomis. Our hosts were so gracious and they truly thought of EVERYTHING. The home was beautiful, well-stocked, with all the conveniences and a terrific, spotless pool too. We were so very comfortable...it was a home away from home. We especially like the walk to the beach option and the proximity to our favorite eating spot, POPS. We'll certainly return again and thank you to our hosts for making our stay so enjoyable.

We have been coming here for four years. If we had not seen it before we rented we would not have believed that the pictures were so accurate. Both the residence and the pool are kept immaculately clean (and I am fussy). You need to bring only personal items since the duplex comes well stocked with linens, beach towels,chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large garage. Last but not least there are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. My husband and I would not stay anywhere else.

This was a very enjoyable trip. The owners were always available to answer any questions and were extremly accomodating. We are scheduled to return again this May. The house is very spacious and clean. I highly recommend staying here. The pool is very nice too. The rental fee is very reasonable and well worth the cost.
