The condo was homey and had a welcoming feel. It was the perfect size for our group with 3 couples and two other individuals. The view was beautiful. It was also clean and seemed well kept. The privacy was nice as well, much better than a hotel stay. The whole process was easy and painless. I would definitely consider renting a condo again when staying with a large group.

Awesome place!

We stayed here so we could be close to our company's conference at the Chateau. It was just minutes away and allowed us to decompress after a day of meetings. The property is beautiful with plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean and modern. It sits right on the lake's edge so you can walk down to it and see the clear water. Sitting on the deck, you can hear the gentle lapping of the waves against the shore- so relaxing and what a view! Bill and Linda are excellent! They were so enthusiastic and helpful during the rental process and everything was just as they described it. We look forward to returning again!

Great serene location. Very quiet. I think we were the only ones in the entire building. Very clean and well appointed. Owners were fabulous. LOVED LOVED LOVED! We will be back.

Excellent vacation rental!!!

We totally enjoyed our stay at this Emerald Pointe condo. It was everything it was advertised as and probably more. The view was spectacular from the balcony. Branson and all it's spectacular shows are about the right distance away. We brought our wakeboard boat to thoroughly enjoy the lake and did just that! Only downfall of the entire trip is the lack of rentable dock space. The local dry dock marina hours didn't work out with our desirable boating schedule. Overall we loved it!!!

Great Stay

This was my first use of the site, and my first condo rental. The ease of completing the transaction and the arrival were very simple. We arrived to find a beautiful 3rd floor condo overlooking Table Rock Lake. Everything we needed was there and the furnishings were very tasteful and modern. The unit itself is modern, clean and spacious. The deck overlooking the lake made for some beautiful evenings with the cool breeze and the gorgeous sunsets. I would stay here again in a minute. The owners were very communicative and helpful every step of the way as well. I would tell anyone don't be afraid to give this a try. Make your trip more enjoyable and relax a little.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The mattresses were so comfortable and the linens were the best. The view from the balcony was fabulous! I loved the bathrooms too and towels were quality. Loved the granite counter tops in the kitchen. Wish the trash can in the kitchen was bigger ~ We stayed in the condo most of the time and didn't get out much. We really enjoyed our time and would love to return to this very condo! I liked how the entry door had a security code to enter and didn't have to worry about a key or "card key".

Wow! We were so impressed. It was perfect. I just wish we could have stayed longer. The mattresses on the beds were incredibly comfortable - the sheets were the best. The view was incredible. Lots of detail in decor. The furniture was very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony and we did that a lot! - the view was amazing. VERY nice bathrooms. We want to go back!

Location was perfect for us. We love to visit the Landing, Old Branson and we have family at the College of the Ozark. The Condo was clean and beautiful. The view was the best. Looking forward to the next visit.

Clean and updated with great view of the lake

Nice, clean and updated with nice view. It is located only 10-15 minutes from the landing.Wonderful view! The other condos on each side had (loud)air conditioner units right in front of the balcony and this one doesn not, just the lake. Had nice large laundry room, master suite. 2nd bedroom was nice for our 2 girls and the 3rd bedroom queen was comfortable.
We stayed in the off season, so it was very quiet. It seems this building is one of the original ones built, so it is older compared to all the other ones. But very clean - which is important.

Everything was wonderful! Condo was clean, nicely furnished and the view was even better than advertised. We have rented many places over the years and this was the best. The owners were extra nice and very accommodating. I hope we will be able to return soon. Thank you, Bill and Linda!

Lakeview Lovely, quiet condo close to Branson

Condo is very nice, well maintained with great amenities and everything provided. Great view of Table Rock Lake from the balcony. Upscale area for quiet walks. Away from hustle and bustle and traffic of Branson, but close for convenience. Owners extremely customer friendly. Would recommend this to friends and family and a return visit. Had excellent meal at Texas Land & Cattle at Branson Landing --- a very nice place to visit and shop.

Girlfriend Get-a-way...

This was a chance for me and my 4 close friends to get out of town and unwind for a few days. We couldn't have been happier with this beautiful condo! We sounded like little girls at Disney World when we first entered the front door...squeels of delight! It is lovely in the photos but we were pleasantly surprised at how much lovlier it was in person...the view is spectacular...worth the trip alone. The bedrooms were spacious and we had plenty of room for everyone. Our only problem was not taking a longer time to stay!! We were already talking about renting again next year before we had even unpacked...thank you Linda and Bill for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us...we loved it!!

Great Family Getaway

We just got back from our vacation last week and it was our first official family vacation with our boys, 3 yrs. old and almost 18 mos. old. The boys had a blast!! My 3 yr. old had a grin on his face from ear to ear almost the entire time. The condo was in a great location, just a little ways off from the strip. It was quaint, peaceful and nice. Bill and Linda were more than accomodating and helped us out with what we needed before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Bill and Linda for a great time!

Thank you Linda & Bill for a beautiful place to stay in Branson. The condo was very nice & very clean. The condo supplied us with everything we needed and it was a perfect location, very close to the shows & shopping but very peaceful as well. The view of the lake was absolutely gorgeous! A Return to Condo

I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of condos. This is one of the nicest. It was very clean and very well maintained with all the necessary amenities. The location was wonderful-right on the lake and very easy to get to all the attractions in Branson. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend and will definitely return. Bill & Linda were so nice to work with and provided very good service.

This place will surprise you!!! Great place to relax!! The wind and air were intoxicating along with the view!!! Great set up from the second you walk through the front door!!! Far enough from the Branson craziness!!

Relaxing Beautiful Condo

I would highly recommend this condo to fellow travelers to the Branson area. The balcony view of Table Rock Lake is beautiful and the pool is close to the condo which was great for children. The condo was very clean and well-equiped for our stay. The owners were very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

HIGHLY recommend

We just returned from our vacation yesterday - we had an amazing time. The condo was perfect for us (our group included my husband and myself, our adult daughter and her boyfriend, and our two teenage sons). The condo was clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful! The view from the balcony is amazing! Bill and Linda were wonderful to work with - the directions took us straight there! We enjoyed the Branson area - highly recommend renting a boat for some tubing and cliff jumping (you can see the cliffs just across the lake). We wondered why all the boats were gathering in that area - after we went on the boat we soon found out why! We wished we would have remembered our binoculars! While there we did EVERYTHING - Rode the Ducks, Titanic, Ripleys, Dixie Stampede, Eagles Tribute concert (AWESOME!), Wax Museum, Chaos, Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of the Hills, Inspiration Tower, Zip line (hubby & the kids...not me!), shopping at Branson Landing. Loved the light show at Branson Landing - also there is a FREE concert every Saturday night at 8 PM - EXCELLENT! While at the Landing we ate at the SanFrancisco Pizza Oven - cheap (about $50 for 6 of us) and VERY GOOD! Enjoyed Shorty Smalls BBQ - a little pricier but it is hard to keep it cheap with 6 of us! Ate all breakfasts at the condo and a few suppers there as well. The pool was a wonderful relaxing place after a long day of sight seeing and activities. Stone Hill Winery tour was great - you can bring children - they let them sample the wonderful juices they also sell....tour is free and the wine is affordable - wines we bought were between $7.99 and $12.99 a bottle. If you go to the Landing area, don't miss Dick's Five and Dime...even the kids loved it! Thank you so much to the Simpsons for sharing your condo - we will cherish the many memories we have of the trip! I highly recommend staying here to anyone considering a trip - it is quiet, about 10 minutes from the activities in Branson, great pool (nice and warm!), well supplied kitchen, comfy beds....and the best part - I did all my laundry before leaving....NO DIRTY CLOTHES when I returned home!

This is a very nice condo with a great view of the lake. It is close to Branson and the landing. We will use this condo again when we return to this area. Everything that we needed was available and in good working condition.

We loved the condo and the great view! It was comfortable and we had easy access to the lake. The condo had nice mattresses to sleep comfortably on. And it came equipped with everything you'd need. My only suggestion would be a TV and dvd player in the third bedroom with the twin beds to keep kids entertained if they are staying in that room. Otherwise, we definitely recommend it for cleanliness, comfort, great location, and close to the water.

Million Dollar View

This condo was just what our family needed for our summer get away. It was roomy, and totally upgraded. We especially loved the 2 leather recliners for rocking our two little ones to sleep. The best part was the deck overlooking the lake. It was so lovely sitting on it in the morning with a cup of coffee and taking it all in. Bill and Linda were GREAT to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a 3 bedroom condo on the peaceful side of Table Rock Lake. Fantastic!

A wonderful Christmas in Branson

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room! Our twin girls loved the twin beds and our son was glad to have his own room and not have to sleep on a sleeper sofa. All the beds were super comfortable. This is a very classy condo and worth every penny! We plan on coming back!

Thanksgiving on the Lake

Linda, we really enjoyed the week and the condo was GREAT!! We were the only ones in the building until Friday. We took in Andy Williams and “The Miracle of Christmas” in addition to Silver Dollar City.
We had forgotten to bring a couple of things (like sugar) and the pantry bailed us out J!! We also added some additional things to it. Kitchen supplies were also very handy and appliances were top of the line. Really liked the pizza pan with the holes in it so much that we bought one like it at the kitchen Store in the Outlet mall.
I’m sure we will be contacting you in the future if we need 3 bedrooms again.

Some of my good girl friend had a weekend away and stayed in this lovely condo. It was very clean and well-maintained. Excellent customer service and I have already recommended this condo to other friends. It was out of town, but not too far.

What an awesome condo!!! The owners were very easy and prompt to deal with. The condo was very clean and well kept. The view from the balcony and master bedroom was awesome! The beds slept well and kitchen was stocked to cook in. The condo is far enough from the strip of Branson that you feel like you are in your own "middle of nowhere" yet it is close enough that you can shop, eat, or go to the shows within minutes.

Everything was perfect. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, neat and all items listed were available. Plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, new appliances, a big hit was the shampoo,conditioner, body wash dispensers in the showers. (Teenage girls loved that feature!) We had 5 teenagers and they were thrilled with the condo. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious for them to "hang out" in. The lake access behind the condo and the pool in the front were perfect. The boat marina was a short walk away, everything near by.The marina provided a small shop with food and beverages and even had fishing, swimming items for sale.A short drive to Branson for some great fun in the town. The only disappointment was the broken blender. We had all the ingredients for a strawberry smoothie and could not get the blender to run. All in all -- a perfect place that we hope to rent again and again. Thanks for helping to make out vacation so much fun.

Wonderful Place

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a beautiful and quiet view of the lake. It it close enough to Branson to enjoy all of the sites there, yet it is far enough from the crowds and traffic to enjoy the beauty of the lake and hills. We plan to use it again if we are in the Branson area and it is available.

2009 Getaway

The Condo on the Lake was an excellent choice for or summer vacation. Our grown children went with us and we had a wonderful time just relaxing. You couldnt ask for a better view. If you enjoy the water make sure to rent a boat and go across the lake to the bluffs great place for diving into beautiful Table Rock Lake. We found everything we would need for cooking if you chose to stay in. The Owners have been very helpful from start to finish they even emailed right before we left for vacation to wish us a relaxing vacation. I would recommend this Condo to anyone wanting a quite place close enough to Branson to get into town if you want to fight the traffic
