The property was a great fit for us. We had 7 adults and 3 kids under 10. There was plenty of room to be in our own space but also to be together as a group. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, grill and game room. We were close to the parks as well as restaurants and grocery. The development offered additional amenities in walking distance. I would stay here again.

Our Great Florida Vacation

We were very pleased that the property was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and felt like a home. The pool was enjoyed by all but especially by our young grand children. The pool child protection screen was a plus since we had a 2 year old to keep an eye on. Getting to Disney World was very convenient. The owner was great to work with. We plan on returning to this area in the future and will not hesitate to rent this property again.

Perefct for large families

We stayed for a week and had 7 adults and 5 children including a baby with lots of room for everyone.
The kids used the pool daily (we choose to heat it) and we were minutes from Disney.
Great area to stay in and the house was as described, very clean all appliances worked great and it had everything you need to cook.
Andy is easy to deal with and even went out of his way to get us another house when we thought we were stranded in Orlando due to a storm.
Thank you we would recommend and would easily stay again!

Great Family Vacation!

We just returned from the house and had to comment on what a wonderful time we had. We had 5 children (ages 6-17) and 7 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us and we could have easily fit more people. During the week, everyone commented on how much space we all had and that even with 12 people in the house for a week, no one felt crowded. The house was clean and well maintained and Andy was extremely responsive to my questions before and during the stay. The house had everything that we needed to cook with and the washer and dryer came in very handy during our stay.

We loved the fact that after a long day at the parks, we could go back to house, spread out, relax with the kids playing the in pool just outside the living room. In a hotel, someone would have to leave the hotel room to go to the pool with the kids but not here! We use the grill twice during the trip while the kids swam and we just relaxed on the lanai. The game room was a huge hit with the kids!

The house is minutes away from restaurants and shopping and is in an ideal location to get to the parks. The community is beautiful and we only wished we had more time to spend at the club house and community pool. We would defiantly stay here again. Thank you Andy!

Good but not great

The house was great and big enough for all 16 of us. The only thing I would say is that the house isn't handicap accessible friendly. My father-in-law has Lou Gherig's disease and it was very difficult getting in his downstairs room with a wheelchair. The bathrooms were not accessible either. We had to buy a bar and toilet chair for him to sit and and stand up. We left it behind for the next person in case someone else needed it. Please consider installing something for a handicap person in the bathroom to make it a less stressful vacation.

Perfect with all three C's - Comfortable, Clean and Convenient

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Everything was perfect from our first communication with the owner which was clear and pleasant. Through the simple checkout process.

The house was perfect for our group of 11, with plenty of room to spare. We spent our days in Disney which was minutes away; we spent our evenings in the pool or hanging out with family while the kids played in the game room or slept.

The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need to cook. We opted to add-on the grill which was clean and fired right up. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. We have rented quite a few villas over the years, but we will return to this villa when it's available.

I strongly recommend this rental.

Just what we needed!

This is the perfect house for kids and adults. The game room and pool kept the kids occupied as well as provided entertainment for the older crowd. The house was had plenty of room, so our group of 12 didn't feel crammed at all. Location wise, it was great. Close to the Disney and and it didn't take long to get to Sea World either. We also enjoyed being so close to the grocery store. Gas, food and even the pharmacy was approx five mins away.

Loved It!!!

When we opened the door, we were in awe! Everything that the pics showed was there. Four married couples with three ladies who were expecting their first child, this home turned into a great home away from home. The pool area made a great late night meeting of the men with their drinks and the gas grill going.
Only thing that I would change is the time we stayed. It would have been much longer. Thanks Andy for answering all my questions I had. We will be back!!!

Great Trip

Our family spent a week at this house and it was fantastic. The pool area with patio is worth the money itself. We had trouble getting our grand kids out of the water. There is plenty of room as we had 11 people in our group. The location is close to all the attractions, shopping centers and restaurants. The house is well maintained and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this property and we may stay here again.

We had a fantastic vacation experience, we had three families totaling 13 people. Location was great, nice and close to all the parks. Plenty of shopping and restaurants by the subdivision. Loved the gated community. Home was perfect, exactly as described. Everything was clean and neat, comfy beds, many bathrooms. we had room to spare even with 7 kids running around. Pool was great, really enjoyed relaxing every evening by the pool after a long hot day at the parks. There were many homes we considered, but the difference maker was the owner Andy. He was so easy to work with, very attentive and answered all of my many questions. From the moment I made the inquiry about the home he responded almost immediately and seemed genuinely concerned about my vacation and rental experience. This was the 1st time I rented a property for vacation and Andy made it a very simple and pleasant experience. My security deposit was returned promptly afterwards and I will use this home again for our next Disney trip. If you want 5 star customer service and a 5 star vacation home Andy is your guy, just read all the reviews. Thank you Andy !!

This is a beautiful, roomy house. It has all the amenities necessary for a large family. We only had 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) so there was room to spare for us. We could have easily found room for 6 more people. The owner, Andy, did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. He responded to emails and phone calls promptly, usually within the hour. I would not hesitate one second to rent this house again from Andy. This was our first family vacation and it was about as good as it could be. I highly recommend this owner and this house.

Andy was wonderful to rent his home from. He answered all my questions and his home was luxurious! During my familys' stay all fourteen of us had plenty of room and enjoyed the amenities of Andy's home. The gated community was very secure and well maintained. The location was easily accessible to all the parks and restaurants my family enjoyed. I look forward to future rentals from Andy and recommend his home to anyone looking for a no hassle, convenient vacation.

Great House Close to Disney

We have rented homes yearly for the past 5 years for our trips to Disney and this house was the best we have stayed at-the layout is great and it was CLEAN! We shared this house with some friends. There were two families with a total of 9 kids. It was great to have the extra space that we could never get in a hotel. The house was clean and decorated beautifully which gave it a homey feel. With so many, it was so nice to have the space and many bathrooms. The game room was a hit among all the kids. We also enjoyed having the two living rooms....one for the kids to watch a movie and the other for the adults to sit and visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Positively Perfect Place to Stay

This house provided everything we needed. The property is a short drive to the Disney parks and at the end of a day at the parks, it is nice to have a cozy home to return to. We had 3 couples and 6 kids and there was room for everyone. The kids had plenty of running around room in the game room and pool area and the adults were able to visit and catch up. We made a point to enjoy at least one meal a day as a group, and the kitchen was more than adequate. This property made for a nice family get together. The owner has been easy to work with. He quickly refunded my deposit and noticed that I overpayed and refunded that $ too. I was hesitant to rent a home, having never done so, but this property and owner exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Great house, convenient to Disney, owner very easy to work with

My extended family stayed in this home last week. There were 12 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. There were even two bedrooms that no one slept in. The owner is very responsive, prompt with refunds and super easy to work with. We did not have any problems during our stay, so we never had a need to call during that time. The location is fabulous for closeness to Disney! We came home during the middle of the day on 3 of 4 days (for little ones to take naps) and it wasn't far at all. It isn't much further than staying in some of the on property resorts (we have stayed at the Port Orleans in the past) and you have the convenience of a full house. We had breakfast at the house each morning and Disney allows you to bring in sandwiches and water bottles (just no hard sided coolers), so that is a great way to save money. :) The kids loved the bunk beds and the game room. The house is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants too. The neighborhood is nice and safe. I would highly recommend this listing!

Amazing House - Great Experience

My family and my sister's family wanted to get together to spend time together and visit the parks. We looked through several websites for rental properties and read numerous reviews and finally decided to rent this vacation home a few miles from Disney.

This is a amazing house and has all the amenities of a luxury home. There are countless towels in the house. The house was very clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a long day at the park. The kids had a blast in the pool. We had to cancel our scheduled visit to the park for couple of days due to the weather. The kids had more fun in the house than the parks. I had recommended this house to many of our family and friends. We plan to come back in April 2012.

I would like to take this opportunity and thank the owner Andy. He was there for every step before our visit and during our visit to make sure that we had the most enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful Home!!!

We found this home to be absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, comfortable and full of lot's of "extra's". We all enjoyed the game room, and the pool So well thought out! The location was ideal, not too far from the parks and close to Wal-mart, Publix and good restaurants.
This home proved to be better than our expectations! Andy (owner) you are awesome and you made this all possible with such eaze. I appreciated this so much. Booking a place for a large family is not always easy and you made it painless. Plus my entire family enjoyed the house and would definately stay there again!

My Best Vacations On My Dream House

When we decided to go Disney World, I never thought we were going to stay in a beautiful house.
This house was very clean and loaded with everything we needed. I loved how I asked for a crib for my baby and they gave me a crib. It had its own private pool surrounded with mesh for the mosquitoes, and at night we turned the pool light on it looked so romantic. They also provided us with a gas grill. The house had central air conditioner, washer, dryer, dishwasher, game room, so everyone was having fun inside the house. The rooms were beautiful, the beds were very cozy, and the master room had a jacuzzi. My whole family had a lot of fun. I really recommend that if you have a chance to rent this house you will never regret it. The money that you will pay is 100% worth it. Thank you Andy, because you took care of everything, you helped us a lot. I Loved how you always answered your phone, for us it was very professional. I really hope that were ever I decide to go on my next vacation I find a house like this one.

Beautiful Home! Wonderful Stay!

Our extended family of 14 members had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. This was our third trip to Disney in last 5 years and it was definitely the best one.
The house was very well maintained and eloquently decorated. It was very clean and spacious.The air conditioning systems worked perfectly during our stay in the hot summer. The kids had a lot of fun in the swimming pool and spa in the late afternoons while we sat under the lanai watching them play. We took advantage of the well stocked kitchen extensively. We also liked the all ceramic flooring and marble countertops in the bathrooms.
Andy was a wonderful owner to work with. He was very patient and prompt to answer all my questions. By the time he sent me the check in details I found we had exchanged emails 26 times!
I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who demands nothing less than a beautiful, comfortable, and clean home for vacation.

While the house itself was very nice, it was very dirty on our arrival. The pool was very nice as we were there in July and it was very hot, however, the hot tub did not work. The property manager was not helpful at all and she did not deal with any of our requests/concerns. We had to purchase everything from salt and pepper to garbage bagsduring our stay. The resort area itself was very nice including the clubhouse staff who were very helpful with information and it was close to all amenities, including theme parks and shopping. I would definitely NOT recommend this specific villa as we had a very bad experience during our stay.

I just wanted to thank the new owner, Andy, for all of his help in getting the house ready for our stay. He was prompt in replying to all my questions before we arrived and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable! Your home is lovely and we all had a great time! The location is a short drive away from all attractions and we were there, this visit, specifically for Disney so it was even more perfect. It was also about 3 miles from a super Walmart, where we did our food shopping and the Publix was close for the items we forgot. The house was also a perfect distance for the drive to the attractions in that it allowed the little ones to fall asleep on the way home and for carrying them into bed after a long day out! Thank you again Andy! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely family rental home in Orlando

Very nice spacious home suitable for large families. The location is great as it is close to all attractions. Living areas were comfortable and spacious. Games room is great for older kids but is in the garage, without air conditioning, so was not usable in the extreme July heat. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc, but we had to buy our own laundry detergent, charcoal for BBQ, dish soap etc. Plenty of bedrooms and beds but bedding was a little worn and pillows especially needed replacing. Great for family vacations if you want lots of space and a pool.

Beautiful Home

The house was BEAUTIFUL, well maintained, and provided a large amount of living space. Every room in the house was decorated beautifully. The pool was clean and the entire area well maintained. The resort is very close to all of the Disney attractions. The owner was great to work with and was easy to reach with any questions or concerns. Our 1st Family Vacation

What a wonderful time we had staying at this beautiful house in Emerald Island. Everything about this spacious house is great -- it was very clean and well appointed. The location to area parks, shopping etc. was a plus. This was our first time planning a family vacation and a first time renting a home for a vacation -- our son, daughter, spouses, and grandchildren - eleven of us all together enjoyed this lovely house. The pool and the game room was quite a hit with the grandchildren. From my first to last e-mails to the owner, Mike, he always responded quickly and was most helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting him on the day of our arrival. We could tell he takes great pride in offering a great house for rental. If we decide to do another "Disney" vacation in the future we will certainly look into this particular house for another rental. Staying here certainly made "all our dreams" of a great vacation with our family come true!!!

We enjoyed our time at this property and as a frequent traveler I would say the home was about the quality of a 3 star hotel. The pictures are a good depiction of what the property looks like in the inside, and the property was well maintained- so you pretty much get what you expect.The property is very close to Disney, a grocery store right at the entrance of the neighborhood and many other restaurants. The pool was invaluable as the kids really enjoyed it. And the house was well stocked with many cooking appliances and dishes. However, there are a few cons- the bed comforters and pillows could stand to be replaced-they are quite worn, no small bath (face) towels are available, and the leather living room furniture is worn. Also the house has a somewhat musty smell upon entering probably due to the fact that there is constant traffic from the pool to inside the house. We also were promised pool heat and daily maid service- we received neither. I would recommend this property to my friends who have large families and who are looking for a great deal, not to those who are looking for luxury.

Overall though we didn't sweat the very minor things and really enjoyed ourselves - spending quality time with our family and that's what really mattered. We had a great time and the owner- Mike- was quite informative.

Great House in the Best Resort in Kissimmee!

This home in Emerald Island Resort was a perfect spot for my extended family. The home was beautifully decorated, and there was plenty of room for my own family of 6, plus grandparents, 2 aunts and an uncle. Everything was as described on this site, and I can't imagine a more beautiful and secure resort in Kissimmee. This was our second trip to Disney with our family, and we stayed in a gated community during our last trip. The extra security provided by having a Guard at the gate, gave us the confidence to let our children do some exploring around the resort, and make use of the many amenities offered. The resort is truly stunning, and the security is fabulous.

The house was very clean, and is located close to everything in Kissimmee, including the parks. We made great use of the pool and hot tub, and the temperature was perfect - even though the week we went was unseasonably cold for Florida. My only suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a propane grill for the lanai. Although charcoal was provided, we often found ourselves returning home late, and the added convenience of gas grilling would have been a huge bonus. The Property Management company has the number of a company that rents these units by the week, but we discovered this too late to take advantage of it. Other than this, the home was everything we were expecting, and a perfect vacation spot for large/ multiple families.

The service provided by way of contact/ information/ ease of rental was very good, and I have no hesitation fully recommending this home. I would definitely rent this home again!

If you want a clean, centrally located, great pool, fun times, family experience then go no further than here and call Mike to rent his home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and look forward to returning and having a great time.

Disney Birthday Trip

We have adult children and have taken a family trip once or twice a year for several years now. Fort Myers Beach, Gatlinburg, Maine, Nashville, lake vacations, and now Orlando. I have rented a house, villa or chalet for these trips to accommodate our family. It's so much nicer than hotel rooms! Mike's house was so roomy, and clean. We enjoyed the big screen TV to watch the Super Bowl,and the open kitchen/family room area where we spent a lot of time. Our two king Master suites were great! The pictures he has on the website are very accurate. Too cold to use the pool or game room, but they both looked very nice. The gated community and the security code system to get into the house was a plus. Location was perfect for our trips to the Disney Parks. Some good restaurants close by. Our best grocery shopping was done at a WalMart not too far away. Expected higher prices for groceries in a resort area, but was pleasantly surprised to find great prices! Our grand daughter was turning 3, and we had planned this birthday trip to Disney for quite some time. Even though she didn't sleep in the "Mickey" beds, she loved that bedroom and watched some DVD's in there. All the rooms were decorated nice. The house had more bedrooms than we needed for our family, but the price was very reasonable and the reviews were good. I think I made a very wise choice! A very enjoyable stay.

Spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Wish we could have used the pool more. Who knew it got into the 40s in Fla? Anyway, I would recommend this house to anyone. We had a houseful and still had room to move. We look forward to future stays.

This is the second time my family has enjoyed this home in 6 months. We rented in July and then again in December. It was fantastic both times. Mike is a great owner and puts a lot of care in his home. The location is perfect and we look forward to spending time in this home again next summer. This was our 8th trip to Disney in the past 10 years and the first time staying off property. What a fabulous experience! We will rent this home for all future trips to Central Florida. Mike, the owner, is awesome to deal with. The home is spacious, well appointed, well decorated and only a few minutes to all major attractions, restaurants and shopping. We had such an enjoyable time we extended our stay. We strongly recommend this property and we look forward to our next visit.

Great Experience!!

My extended family of 6 adults and 4 children stayed at this property for 5 days in August. We usually do a big trip every year or so and stay in a hotel...this was so much nicer, the home is exactly like the photos. It has plenty of room.. The kids swam every night. It was great to have a kitchen, we ordered take out pizza one night and Chinese another, we cut down on expenses by eating some of our meals at home. The house is VERY clean and well maintained. I liked that we dealt with the owner directly and he was very helpful. It is short drive to the parks but in a secure gated community. There are a lot of restaurants close by (Outback & Dunkin Donuts for coffee on the way to Disney in the morning) You can save money and buy you souvineers at the huge gift shops just down the street from the house. Bottom line is my sister-in-law spent a lot time researching homes chose this one!! It was perfect for our family...Big screen TV in family room, TVs in all of the other bedrooms, swimming pool, hot tub, game room...I can't say enough good thing about this house. We will be back.

Great Experience!

This was our 10th trip to Disney World, and the 8th time we rented a house. However, it was our first experience renting this beautiful home and dealing with the owner, Mike. This trip was by far the easiest and most enjoyable we've ever had. Mike was wonderful to deal with, and we actually had the opportunity to meet him in person during our stay. He takes pride in his home and wants to make sure that your group has a fantastic vacation.

We had 5 teenagers in our group and they all raved about how this was the best house they ever stayed in. They loved the bedrooms, and spent most of their time in the pool and hot tub. There were also many late night games of pool in the garage.

The pictures you see online are exactly what you will see when you get to this home. The location is perfect, close enough to the parks, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet.

.....Awesome Emerald Island Villa Vacation Home!
I am a frugal bargin shopper. I am always looking for the best for less, but scared of.." you get what you pay for"
Not this home. It was amazing with all the amenities!!!
With this villa, I got way more than the best!!!
I looked the internet over twice and came up with a few homes. Mikes home won out in the end. Best Home for an amazing deal!!!!
~I was worried about getting into a bad internet deal, but working with the homeowner directly, put my mind at ease. Mike was very friendly and easy to work with. He takes pride in his home and it shows.
~The home/villa is located in the Emerald Island Resort. It is a closed gate communitiy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe, and our teenage children walked freely between the homes of the other members of our group.
~The location is perfect. Not far from anything, but you feel out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Disney less than 5 miles to the gate. Downtown Convention Center and Universal Studios about 15mins. Food~Dinning~and all kinds of entertainment, within a few blocks. Walmart less than 2 miles.
~The villa itself was very beautiful! Our favorite things were:
*the covered deck for eating outside.
*The master bedroom downstairs away from the other rooms(this was Mom & Dads favorite).
*The private pool and hot tub were well kept and worked wonderfully! And it did not close at ten!!
*The large, creatively decorated bedrooms upstairs.
*All the rooms have their own TV and DVD player. (Kids liked this) *SPACE, SPACE and more SPACE... everyone had plenty of it and we were not running into each other.
~Oh.. almost forgot to mention the resort has a wonderful nature walking path for that morning walk or jog.
~For the price of two very small cramped hotel rooms(with little or no amenities) you can stay here and feel at home. With your own private pool. Not one shared with the rest of the hotel.
~We will be back in a year or two and this is where we will stay.
~I have and will keep recommending this home to our family and friends.
~Me and My family are Very Satisfied Vacationer!!!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and once again it was as good as the last time. We have visitors coming in from Australia over the 3 weeks that we are here and they all say that they are coming back and making their own bookings. The villa is very well kept and clean - all the amenities work well.It is very close to all the amusement parks which makes it very easy for young and old to cope with. Mike the owner was always approachable in any concern that we had. We will be back in 2010

A perfect place for the best vacations

This was our first time renting a vacation home out of our country, and it was a very good experience. The home was very comfortable , we were 13 people, it was large enough to enjoy each other. It was very close to the Disney attractions. We all enjoyed the pool. The kids had fun in the game room. The home is very nice and we had enjoyed it so much. We recomend this home for large families with kids or teenagers, is the best option to relax and share good moments in family. The house has all you need for the best vacations.

This was our first time renting a vacation home, and we could not have had a better experience. The home was comfortable, and with our whole family being there, it was large enough to enjoy each other. It was within minutes of Disney, and Sea World, which we went to. We drove to Cocoa Beach one day, for a day on the Atlantic Ocean. We all enjoyed the lanai, and the pool. The kids had fun in the game room. Our bedrooms were very comfortable, and had tv's in them, if you wanted to relax by yourself. Very nice! I have alrealdy sent this property on to good friends of ours, because we had enjoyed it so much.

We stayed here with part of our Girl Scout Troop and everything was awesome. Everything shown in the pictures is true. The property was very well maintained and it was easy to find. The daily commute to Disney and Universal Studios did not take long and the resort area itself was very well maintained. The girls enjoyed the pool and stayed in every evening. Fantastic Property

We spent a week at this fabulous home back in May to celebrate my daughter and son-in-laws wedding. We had a large party including children, 65 and overs.. young adults and young at heart adults. The house slept 14 very comfortably and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped for that whole crowd too. The house was spotlessly clean. There are so many areas to entertain and relax no one felt like they were crowded. Every room has a TV with DVD so everyone can get away if they need a place of their own. The location is great, very near attractions, groceries and restaurants. Very close and easy especially to get to Disney properties. I would recomend this property over any hotel.. The ease of getting in and out of the house is great.No parking in lots and taking elevators to get to your room. Much more relaxing if you have spent a tiring day at the theme parks or outlet shopping. If there are members of your party that don't want to shop, go to theme parks.. the house is a great place to relax with the pool, big screen TV and game room, just really nice for just taking it easy. The only complaint we had was that we were not able to heat the spa to a hot temperature although the pool was heated the spa was never hot enough. I would recommend this home to anyone that want to spend time at a beautiful, extremely comfortable clean home. If that's not what you're looking for there's plenty of below par accomodations in the area :) I hope to rent this property again, we had a great time there.

This house was GREAT!!!! Here are some things that are AWESOME.

1) The pool was awesome
2) The House was huge and very well decorated
3) The closet space in the bedroom was great
4) Nice upstairs sitting area.
5) Emerald Island Resort was terrific!!!! The gated community, sidewalks, play areas.

I have stayed in houses in orlando 8 times in the past 10 years, and this was the best stay I ever had. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with other houses. This house and community are a GREAT combination.

Mike, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this house to anyone.

The house worked out grreat for my extended family meeting in Orlando to take the grandkids to Disney. The house was well maintained and very comfortable. The location was exceptioanlly convenient for shopping, restaurants and visiting the various parks The pool was a great break in the day for everyone to relax before doing something iin the evening. I would love to go back.

Perfect for Disney World Vacation

This was the perfect home and location for our family of 10...6 adults and 4 children (ages 7-10), for our week long Disney Vacation. The location was so important for going back and forth to the parks. We made good use of being able to go home to swim/rest/meals and then back to Disney for more fun and enjoyment. Only problem is the kids would have lived in the pool if we did not pull them out!

The home met all our needs with plenty of comfortable space to spread out if needed. We did a fair bit of meal preparation and everything we needed was there for our use. Everyone slept in the bedroom of their choosing! The kids enjoyed having their own TVs, and the games room was a nice area to use if one tired of the pool. We mainly used the kitchen and pool area for all our meals, snacks and happy hours as it was great to all be together and visit.

The location is also excellent for restaurants, if needed, and the Marketplace grocery at the corner on #192 was very handy for most of our shopping.

We all agreed that this was the perfect place for a family to enjoy Disney World and all that it offers. We highly recommend you choosing this property if you are planning your vacation near Disney! We have already told others about it and given them information for when they plan their family gatherings.Thanks again,

This is a perfect location for the family. Disney, shopping and an endless string of restaurants are all within minutes.

The house is very much as you can imagine from the pictures. The rooms are large and well-equipped so the family can all be together or pick a quiet spot to relax.

The house is very well maintained and has all the comforts of home, plus a few extra.

The kids spent most of their non-Disney time in the pool, while we cooled our heels poolside.

We had the best family gathering...4 generations, 9 adults and 3 toddlers coming from California, Georgia and south Florida. The home was perfect! Lots of space, good size bedrooms and baths. Great kitchen with lots of dishes and large table for the family dinners. Pool was delightful and the safety fence made it much more enjoyable, with no worries. The proximity to Disney was also a big plus!
We will be back .... Mike (owner) was terrific to work with! Thanks, Mike for helping to make this a memorable family gathering!

This was a lovely home with everything we needed for our group of 10. We used the kitchen and pool area every day and loved that there was lots of room for everyone to spread out. The best place to stay while at Disney & Sea World

From the moment we pulled in the driveway, we knew we had chosen the correct place. Our daughters were so excited to see the house, they forgot about Sea World. Everything was exactly the way Mike the owner said it would be. My wife & I were so impressed we have already passed on this property many times. I will be back here. The location to all of the theme parks is amazing. After leaving the parks, minutes later, there is the 192 and wham...restaurants, stores, groceries etc.

Then the very short drive to Emerald Island Estates where you are Kings and Queens returning to your castle. Again, we were beyond impressed and we are a Canadian family that vacations allot and is always leary when something looks to good to be true, however, this place is real and rewarding.

Thanks Mike, we will be back so take care of the home until we return.

BEST HOLIDAY EVER

After my husband and I retired, we decided to take our daughter and husband plus 3 grandchildren to Emerald Island. What a magic holiday we had.
From the beginning, when we walked in the front door, it was all there - even the diningroom table was set for us! There was not one thing missing - everything was on hand. The house was as clean as our own home. The enormous amount of linen supplied was more than enough for our month-long stay. A cleaner came into the house on a weekly basis and cleaned for us at no cost.
The pool was in pristine condition with a very good childproof safety fence, which meant that we did not have to worry about them. Also, there were many water toys for the kids.
The proximity to all of the amusement parks was great - we could come home, have a rest, and then go again!
The shops that are close by had everything that we needed for our supplies, plus plenty of very family-friendly restaurants. The staff in the Emerald Island complex were very helpful, especially when we had problems with our computer. They could not have done more for us.
I am looking forward to going back to Emerald Island and staying in this house again early next year.

My wife, 2 sons with their wives and new grandchildren as well as my older granddaughter had a great time at this fabulous home. The master bedrooms with ensuites made it easier for the new parents to take care of our grandchildren. The pool and hot tub was fantastic and is the focal point of the home. The house is located in a gated community which takes away any safety concerns. It is very close to Disneyland and any ammenities you wish. The owner (Mike) made sure our stay not only met our expectations, they were expected. It was a great way to have some family time together. You will be very happy if you use Mike's home. Our stay at this property was amazing. It's beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The Pool and Jacuzzi is well kept and has a very spacious pool side. The property is 10 minutes from Disney Land and also very close to Resurants, Shops and night life. The property is ideal for adults and families alike.
We would recommend this property to anyone for a happy holiday. We will be returning soon with our family

What a house!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous house packed with amenities and personal touches. The extra square footage is a real bonus and the pool was fantastic for the kids (big and small!).

Disneyworld is only about 10 minutes away and the house is very close to several restaurants, shops, and medical clinics.

We will definitely recommend you to all our friends staying in the Orlando area.
