Great Home - our second time staying here!

This is our second visit to this home. We would gladly return again! It is in a location that meets our needs. It is close to Pasadena and other LA areas. The home is neat and clean and just as described by the owner. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms with room for our whole family.

The home was as good as advertised. Everything we needed was there, and there were some nice extras like a bottle of wine and snacks.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, sight seeing

Great House

The property was spacious and gorgeous. Everyone fit comfortably in the house. The kitchen and living room made it easy to entertain. They answered all my questions and were always willing to help. Both the service and house were top notch!

Not in Pasadena

I will start with the Pros:
The condo is beautiful with brand new everything. Bedding is comfortable. Garage is a plus (and needed based on neighborhood). Having a washer and dryer is great as well as a stocked kitchen. Plenty of room. Convenient to Pasadena. The management company was prompt on returning emails and good at giving some useful information (would have been nice to kow that the condo was not in Pasadena but rather LA though)
Cons
The noise is horrendous. There is street noise in the front of condo and many dogs in the back. I beleive the dogs are kept outside and bark almost incessantly early in am (before 7 on some mornings) I bought a sound machine app and ear plugs by the third night and it did help to some extent.
The neighborhood was concerning. I likely would not walk outside in the dark alone. It is not walking distance from any coffee shops or resturants.
The last and most important and thing is that this place is not located in Pasadena but rather Los Angeles. It is close thoug (max 15 minutes)

Great experience

Our family stayed for 10 days in July and had a wonderful time there. The location is very convenient for dining and shopping. The condo is decorated beautifully. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 7 of us with young kids to run around. Easy parking and clear instruction for checking in and out. Manager wrote a personal letter to me and welcome us with wine, cheese, and crackers. It was a very relaxing and fun stay. Kids were sad to leave. We highly recommend this place and will come back again whenever in town. Thanks a lot!

Very nice condo for family vacation

My family from NY, NJ and SF stayed here for 9 days in July 2012 for a family celebration. Anju and Tittoo were very friendly and accomodating. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need. It is close to everything – LA, Alhambra, Pasadena. The welcome basket of wine, cheese and chocolate was a nice surprise.

Just a few cons –
The deposit was send via Paypal and therefore I don't get 100% of the money back (Paypal charges 3% fee). Suggestion- accept check send or credit card hold.

The balance due requires cash or certified check even though the website states credit cards are accepted. It was a bit stressful since I do like to carry large sum of cash when traveling.

Beware of dog – there is a dog next door whose barking disturb sleep. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

Overall, I would rent this condo again and would recommend it.

Great Location and Value.

My family and I rented this place and couldn't be happier. Everything is advertised, the property owner/managers are easily accessible, and couldn't be happier, to answer your question or hear your request. Will definitely be renting it again, if we are back in Southern California. It is close to Old Town Pasadena, San Marino, Arcadia, Alhambra, and Los Angeles. The freeway access to 110, 210, 2, 10 are all within minutes away. Lots of places to eat, or shop for food - Ralphs, Costco, old town pasadena, south pasadena, alhambra, etc. Great Value and Location !

Great place to stay

My family and I stayed at this home while in LA for our daughter's wedding. It easily accommodated the 7 of us. The house was well maintained and clean. It was close to shopping, the Huntington, and the freeways for access to other locations. I would highly recommend this property!

Family Graduation Weekend

The townhome was teriffic for our family over graduation weekend. We had between four and seven guests as family members arrived and departed. The townhome was great! Very nicely layed out. Great kitchen, well supplied. Very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a large space to accommodate multi-generations. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended.

Great LA rental

We (myself and some coworkers) recently stayed in this home while we were in LA for business for about 6 weeks. The location is great, close to both downtown LA and Pasadena. The house has a garage, and the whole property is fenced. The property manager is very friendly and was responsive to the one or two small issues that we had during our stay. Overall this was a great place for our business trip!

Highly Recommended Pasadena/ Los Angles Rental

This place was clean, modern, spacious, tastefully decorated, and great value. We had 4 adults and 4 children and we all slept comfortably. Even with the aerobeds the owners set up in the family room for us there was still plenty of room for us to hang out and watch football on the big screen tv. There is secure two car parking in a garage with access to the home plus a gated driveway, plenty of parking on the street too. It's in a great location 10 minutes from old town Pasadena and close to the freeways and downtown LA. As an added bonus, the owners of the property couldn't be nicer, professional honest people. All of our interactions were so helpful and positive, and they treated us so well. While we were finalizing the contract we needed to change our arrival date and cut two days off our stay and at the same time another party had inquired about the property for the same dates and wanted to rent for several days longer than we did. Still, they rented to us even though nothing was signed yet and no money had changed hands and also were super accomodating when my sister-in-law and her family decided to travel with us and stay at the townhome too - that is integrity! They also left us a bottle of wine and some goodies and a sweet welcoming note upon our arrival - a very nice touch. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The house is big, clean, and well kept. The owners are very sweet and flexible with the check in and out hours. I most definitely plan on renting this house again in the future. you will not regret your stay here.

Amazing Couples Getaway

The home was beautiful and very modern....Shower in the master bedroom is delightful....Everything we needed was right there...every detail was well thought out.The kitchen was well equiped. We were so relaxed in the home it was hard to get out and sight see. The next time we come down it must be for a week and now that I have stayed there I refuse to stay any other place in Cali.

An added bonus upon arrival is wine and crackers...Delicious and the best welcome package!
