Larry & Carol, Just wanted to let you know we enjoyed the Sunset House condo very much. The location was awesome, with a great beach & several nice resturants nearby (Salt Water Grill and the Conch Republic) The views from the 3 balconys were incrediable & interior was spacious, well laid out & tastefull decorated. The best part was the hot tub! Everyone throughly enjoyed it. Thank you very much & we plan to make this a Thanksgiving Family tradition! Jim & Michelle

Great Townhome/ Condo directly on the beach. The management company was a pleasure to deal with. No problems and very responsive to telephone calls and e-mails. I would definately stay here again as well as trying other properties owned by them.

This is the second property of Larry and Carol's that we have stayed in and we couldn't have been more satisified! I would really recommend that you check out all their properties! Larry and Carol were more than accomadating and a pleasure to work with as usual! This unit has everything you would want. It is very well maintained, interior is beautiful along with views from every balcony, and the hot tub is a wonderful place to relax in the evening and enjoy the view. I am looking forward to seeing them again this year!

Great Place! Hot tub was a big hit!!

Large, clean, great view and nicely decorated. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, and we were not cramped. It was nice having 3 decks, the hot tub was great and a big hit, everyone enjoyed it! I would definitely stay there again!

Dolphins!

I just wanted to tell you how beautiful your condo is. My family and I enjoyed it so very much. We saw dolphins everyday,(very close to the beach). We also saw a shark out a little ways, (Scary but cool) Your condo is comfortable and unique and felt like home. My next trip down to Florida, I will call you first.
