We feel blessed to have been able to stay in Sandra's home for one week while in Arizona for a family graduation. It was so nice to be able to have quality family time, instead of staying in a motel and eating every meal out. We were very close to shopping areas which made it easy to make those quick grocery runs. The house is stunning and the grounds are out of this world! The pool and spa are beautiful,and so relaxing! We even got to make s'mores in the outdoor fireplace! Sandra is very gracious and was available for any needs or questions we may have had while we were there. We truly had a wonderful stay! If we have the opportunity to vacation again in Arizona,this home would be our choice! Thanks Sandra, for making our vacation amazing!

outdoor wedding in Surprise

Our family felt very fortunate to have found this home to host our son's outdoor wedding. The set up was perfect and inviting. T%he location was ideal for our needs since many of the guest were from Surprise. Having a costco and frys nearby (along with every other type of retail store, including party rentals) made the arrangements from a distance simple. The owner (Sandra) was extremely kind and responsive to all of our needs.
There were a few gliches when we first arrived but that was from the aftermath of previous renters. We did have some difficulties in contacting the property manager to respond to our needs while we were there but were able to reach Sandra via emails instead.
One unfortunate situation was the previous renters had stolen the Internet system (all of it) and we were not able to Skype our daughter (who was 9 months pregnant) the wedding ceremony. We feel for Sandra in being a rental property owner because there are just some disrespectful people out there that don't care what they do to other people's property.
The pool and jacuzzi were great. We didn't use the firepit or outdoor fireplace because it was too warm out or we were just too tired. The putting green was a hit for guest during the reception.
Overall the experience was great and we are very thankful that we were able to pull off a very nice outdoor wedding.

Awesome home with lots of space for families

This home was fabulous, the pool and spa we used everyday, the gazebos(2 of them)were great. Outdoor fireplace, and BBQ and everything too much to
explain.
We usually stay center Phoenix, but surprize was a delight, the area was quiet
people were extremely friendly when we walked everyday.
It was the best!!!!. Too much to even put in words, Thank you Sandra.

Awesome Back Yard

We had a wonderful time, the back yard was excellent! We spent most of our time in the pool. We didn't want to leave! The house was equipped with the things we needed. No WIFI, which was a bit of an issue, but that was our fault, didn't read the property description properly. Also, property backs on to a somewhat busy street. Didn't really bother us, and it was quiet at night, but could be an issue with some people. All in all, we had a great time!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home for 2 weeks! The home was clean, well stocked and roomy enough for all four of us plus our dogs! The yard was the most beautiful place to spend family time in the warm Arizona sunshine! We would not hesitate to re-visit this home again.
