To say that this Penthouse is therapeutic is not a stretch. I couldn't help but feel good the entire time I was there. I had read the glowing reviews. I wondered what could be so different about it from the other luxury suites on the beach. The suite is spacious. Its a triumphant balance of classic lines and modern design. The Penthouse sits in the nicest and most peaceful area of South Beach. It was a really nice feeling to rejuvenate in the tranquility and elegance of the suite and be in the midst of South Beach at the same time. You have to go there to see and enjoy it firsthand. It is spectacularly beautiful. When we entered to room, we were greeted with the scents of fragrant roses from the fresh bouquets provided. If your agent tells you there is something similar they can get you or something just as good, don't listen. Mine tried and I am glad I didn't listen. The incorporated ocean view begs for a painting and the luxurious suite appointments are duly well thoughtout and masterfully placed. The color matches in the room were perfectly harmonious, soothing and relaxing. Noting was amiss in the offer of services, toiletries and the like. The wifi was fast and reliable – a must for me. The bed was super comfortable. The shower had ocean view. We spent a bit of our time on the beautiful rooftop. We had breakfast with the sunrise and dinner with the sunset. Sometimes we simply sat upstairs and listened to jazz in tranquility and watched the moon. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub mostly at night. My husband lit the aromatic candles provided and placed them around the tub. Everything was beyond our expectations. We had the best and most memorable vacation. It was hard to leave. David and his staff have created something here which is exhilarating. This Penthouse is something special. I would recommend it 1000 times over for all ages.

Lured to sleep by the sound of the ocean waves

We wanted to celebrate our 11th year anniversary with bells and whistles and when we came across the Christian Francis website we knew that we finally found the perfect place. What we did not expect was to find such a luxurious penthouse. WOW it was fantastic!! The view was breathtaking. This Penthouse fulfilled all of our needs and indulged all our wants. Upon arrival, we were giving a tour of the room and amenities. The room was beyond incredible! Never have I ever slept in such a lush bed. The next morning we woke up early and climb into the personal rooftop Jacuzzi and watched the sunrise. Then we were lured to sleep again by the sounds of the ocean waves while we laid on our personal chaise while listing to music on the state of the art Bose system on the rooftop. All of this before breakfast… Simply Amazing!! David is a rare find. He was on point every step of the way. He guaranteed we would enjoy our stay and he came through for us.. Thank you sooo much David, for all the time and effort you put it in, (the wine, cheese and fruit basket was exquisite)… We will definitely be coming back.

There are no comparables. No words could suffice. I hear music. No one has the clientele list of celebrities, CEOs, and dignitaries like Penthouse 09. Privacy is a must for Christian Francis, so I won't mention names. I told myself there must be a reason why they keep on coming back. I wondered why. So I expected something special, especially since I was referred by the CEO of a travel company. The Penthouse fits the bill. Don’t be sold on the idea that there is anything comparable. Not possible. There are too many improbable intangibles coming together – pitched at the south-east corner, the angle gives the suite the view of a unique amazing section of the ocean – the surrounding upscale scenery not to be duplicated – in a rare area of tranquility in the South Beach waterfront area – Penthouse 09 stepped to the plate and has hit home run after home run with the bases loaded full of customer's satisfaction. Imagine that! Christian Francis has raised the bar. Thank you for making our anniversary so delightful.

Best Rental I Have Stayed In

I travel quite a bit. Just when I thought I had seen the best. It is beautiful and that is not saying enough. The minute I stepped into this Penthouse, my exhausting trip didn't matter. It is superb. It is new. The marble work is impressive. Everything is seamless. My wife who likes everything to be lab clean, would not stop saying how clean and neat it was. The flower arrangements were a work of art. The view from the rooftop is amazing. It felt like a 24 hour luxury private spa. Very relaxing. The Jacuzzi is encircled with lavender flowers and roses. The Jacuzzi was cleaned daily. We enjoyed drinking tea on the oceanview balcony and at night we had candle light dinner on the rooftop with the glow of the moon shining on the water. We had 24 hour assistance and daily cleaning handled in the most professional manner. This is really the best rental I have stayed in. I was referred by a colleague for my wife's birthday. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a piece of paradise. It is great for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or corporate travel. Penthouse 09 is the place to be. It is close to everything. We hope to come again. It is indeed one of a kind.

Two Wonderful Weeks at the Sapphire Penthouse

Most Relaxing Vacation at Sapphire Penthouse

My wife and I stayed at the Sapphire Penthouse
from August 24-30. We had the most relaxing
vacation in a while. With the beach a few minutes
walking distance we were there every day enjoying
the fabulous warm water. We enjoyed eating all our
meals on the balcony while we were kept cool by
the ocean breeze. The most amazing thing about
the penthouse was the roof top jacuzzi which we
spent all of our nights in listening to music instead
of watching t.v. or going out. Nothing could be
more relaxing than beach by day and jacuzzi by
night.

July 4th Fireworks from Balcony were Spectacular!

We were referred to the Sapphire Suite by a
friend for our 15 year anniversary. David and his
staff were very helpful from the first moment I
contacted them. David even helped us with
information regarding the rest of our trip that took
us to Bimini after South Beach. Upon arrival we
were very pleased to find an immaculate suite
with a roof deck that's view took our breath away!
The suite has every amenity that you can
imagine! The room and deck is very spacious

This roof deck exceeds all expectations. The
room is so comfortable. Great linens and great
mattress. Having the upstairs and downstairs

room service you never really had to leave. We

I wanted to surprise my husband for our 30th anniversary. When he walked into the suite he was ecstatic. "Where did you find this place? You will never be able to top this one! This is the best." The suite is absolutely beautiful. Great service and top notch amenities, some of which you don't expect to get. It is picture perfect, postcard beautiful -- best balcony and rooftop in South beach and everything else. The set up and atmosphere is relaxing. I read, ordered food ensuite, sunbathed on the private rooftop terrace, listened to music, drank the provided Nespresso and wine courtesy of David. I would alternate between lounging on the rooftop or balcony or simply enjoying inside, which is quite nicely furnished. I had room to roam. Our busy schedule felt like a planet away. I would recommend this suite to everyone for all occasions...a family vacation, an anniversary or honeymoon, a romantic getaway, or just pure relaxation. I hope it stays the same. I am planning to come back year after year.

This Penthouse is all that it is advertised to be.

What a great place to spend a week of indulgent down time!! This Penthouse experience is all that it is advertised to be. The view from the terrace is probably the best in Sobe and the atmosphere and privacy are quite unique among the other penthouses (we stayed one night in one of the other suites, and while still nice, did not compare with this one). The suite and its amenities are first class. The service is attentive without being intrusive. The rooftop dining ... a nice touch. We even managed to get some work done, when not distracted by the waves and palms. We hope to be back. Thanks to David and his staff.

You have to go more than once

This suite is astonishing....this is our third visit...you almost have to go more than once to take it all in....it's platonic...an ideal. Ok...I can't stand it...Great playlist. The music is so good!!...and the '09 Sterling complimentary on the house...I am buying a case when I get home....loved it!...It's that '80s style chard with huge oak. This has been a dream, my guess is that David and staff enjoy knowing that guests are having fun.

A memorable experience

We just came back from our second stay in this suite,
and, as for the first time, we tremendously enjoyed
our visit. The location is unsurpassed, on the corner
of Lummus park yet away from the noise. Countless
restaurants are within minutes walking. The beach
is simply exceptional. The suite itself, with its
balcony and rooftop terrace are simply beautiful:
top quality amenities, Nespresso machine, wine
chiller... all of what you need with simple elegance.
There is nothing like enjoying a jacuzzi on the
terrace while sipping a glass of wine and watching
the ocean. This is a fantastic place in which to stay
in South Beach. David's attention to detail and to
your wishes will make it a memorable experience.

A friend called and referred me to this Penthouse. He said there was this really nice place. He had spent his honeymoon there. For us it started with the high walls facing the ocean which are of glass. The warm sunlight glowed off the super clean marble floor, bath, counters, and the fine furnishings. Everything in the suite was luxurious including the exotic flowers which was nice to have courtesy of the suite. The interior was immaculately set up, quiet and relaxing. I spent much of my limited time drinking espresso on the large balcony which has ocean view and listening to the wide and large array of music David has compiled. I would highly recommend enjoying dinner or breakfast on the roof top which has a flower garden and a wet bar to prepare your drinks. In the evening the placement of the lights in the suite created a most romantic atmosphere. There is nothing better. This is pure magic.

It's hard to add to the numerous reviews, all I can say is that our stay at this suite was wonderful and one of our favorite vacations ever. We even extended a night half-way through our stay.

We both love coffee and were excited to find out that David includes complementary Nespresso coffee (about 10 different varieties, refilled daily). Sipping espresso on the roof terrace or near the jacuzzi was one of our favorite things to do. The location of the penthouse is also fantastic, not too noisy but still close to everything you need.

Can't wait to come back.

The suite is full of luxurious amenities

We had the pleasure to again visit South Beach and stay this time at this luxurious five star suite. The room is absolutely gorgeous, light and spacey with enormous wall windows that allow you to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. The suite is full of luxurious amenities. Everything in there is of top notch quality down to the bedding linens. We enjoyed the spacious shower with massage shower heads and found the kitchen bar very convenient. The greatest asset in our opinion is the rooftop terrace which offers uninterrupted view of the ocean where you can enjoyed afternoons soaking in the Jacuzzi with a bottle of chilled wine or a moijoto (from the rooftop refrigerator) and delivered sushi... There is a convenient bar/restaurant downstairs which we whole heartedly recommend. The location could not be any better, with close proximity to Lincoln Road and Espanola Way, two of the main streets in SOBE, everything is walking distance away. Daily room cleaning service ensures that the room and terrace stays pristine. David has a solution to any issue that may come up; we had initially some issues connecting to the internet to keep in touch with our professional life (unfortunately unavoidable in today's world... ) but David made sure that we were taken care of. it is a great piece of mind to know that you have support 24/7, just in case.
David, thank you for a great stay. This is truly the only place in SOBE you need, to have a great vacation or getaway weekend.

What an experience! We hardly ever left the room. The views, the terrace, the jacuzzi, the bed, the chilled bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.... everything was perfect. We were celebrating our first year anniversary and wanted to stay somewhere local but special, we research different options in Naples, Sanibel, Key West and South Beach and decided to stay at Penthouse 09, best decision - the location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and the great nightlife and restaurants on Espanola Way, and walking distance to pretty much everything there is to do in South Beach. But as I said, the Penthouse 09 is so great you might not even want to leave the room. We had plenty of delivery and room service options, the minibar in the room and wet bar on the terrace was fully stocked, the jacuzzi can be filled with cold or hot water (which is a big plus in Florida), you have beds on the shade and lounge beds you can move around to get sun, and the list of luxury amenities goes on. We are definitely coming back and recommending it to all our friends.

This is a really nice suite. The feel in this suite is hard to describe. It feels good and uplifting. When I walked into the room, the warmth, the colors almost immediately lifted me up. The interior is picture perfect. The view of the ocean is as beautiful as it can be. Everyday the suite was kept super clean with an on-time and courteous caretaker. Everything was of the highest quality from the complimentary wine, which they had ready for us when we arrived to the soft towels and Jonathan Adler bedside lamp. I was renewed. There was much refinement and caring reflected in the daily services we got. Whatever the pictures show you of penthouse 09 it is not enough. I was happy. It was the sun, the way it shines into this suite and the ocean, the way it comes in. It is all of the above and more. This is a really nice penthouse. The most beautiful I have ever stayed. Bless

The Best Romantic Getaway in South Beach!!!

Absolutely my favorite vacation spot in South Beach. We've stayed in nice hotels, posh boutiques, but I think this spot wins hands down. This is the only place we will be staying when we come to visit South Beach. Not only was the room beautiful, the ocean view spectacular, but the personal touches and concierge service gave it the unique flair that other rooms and hotels within this price range and area completely lack. Everything was wonderfully done and it made our little weekend getaway wonderfully romantic. We are telling all of our friends that this is where they should stay in Miami. Don't even look anywhere else. If you're going to do it, do it right, and do it here. Additionally, the location was perfect for walking to great food, bars and shopping. But, unlike some of the other posh spots on South Beach, you don't have to be right in the middle of all the hustle, bustle and noise. The location is wonderful. Within steps you have your local Starbucks (who can resist that) and Haagen-Dazs (yumm-o), the beach, Lincoln Avenue shopping and all the trendy spots that make up the life of the shores. Our trip was so peaceful yet full of life and love and happiness. David does an excellent job of making sure you have everything you need (and even some delectable indulgences that you don't, like hand-dipped chocolate covered strawberries during bikini season) :) WONDERFUL!!!! :) Just relax in the rooftop jacuzzi and soak it all off! The service goes above and beyond and this is definitely why we will return again and again when we come to Miami. Quality is quality and this exceeds all!!!

The Suite without any equal. This Penthouse is it.

Listening to Andrea Bocelli's Caruso 30,000 feet high going back home, I felt a tinge of sadness that I had to leave. In each building there are the usual suspects, the basic suites and the ones which are a little bit better, then there is The Suite without any equal. Penthouse 09 is it. No suite in this building has it any better, perched at the south east corner spot, the ocean views are spectacularly uncommon and unhindered, the privacy priceless. I found the combination of warm colors unique to this penthouse uplifting "and please don't make me feel so good". The pictures don't do it justice. If anyone tells you suites are equal, they have not seen this suite. This Penthouse purposely sets itself apart in more ways than one with an ocean view to die for. All suites are not created equal. Not to forget the service, I was welcomed to the kindest and most professional hospitality. It was our 25th anniversary, it was worth every penny. I know it is hard to get a booking, but keep on trying. I had the best time. I could not have envisioned a better place.

Thank you David, Amber, and Victor. The expansive view of Ocean Drive is breathtaking. The unit was immaculate.

The staff has such attention to detail and we felt pampered. The Penthouse felt luxurious and had a comfortable feeling at the same time. The upper deck was partly shaded all day and it was pure joy to sit there and read magazines and have a drink.

With three people, it was great to have two bathroom sinks. There is a full length mirror behind one of the doors. The coffee machine was wonderful and we were able to start our day with an espresso without leaving the room.

The pull-out couch was extremely comfortable. As three women travelling, we felt safe with the security features. We don’t know of a better location or a better view. It is the best of the best.

The bath products were luxurious and plentiful. It was amazing to be able to use our iPod or the room’s iPod on the roof with the creative and well planned music system. The shower was incredible!! The linens were top of the line.

The Penthouse created a South Beach vacation that exceeded our expectations!!

A luxury experience that will take your breath away in South Beach

You can read the reviews and take a glimpse at the pictures, but the only way to truly understand how special the Sapphire Suite is would be to experience it yourself. We knew after speaking with David, that this rental would be unique. Upon arrival though, our expectations were exceeded immediately. The views from the private rooftop balcony are gorgeous. We found ourselves enjoying the rooftop more than the actual beach itself! The location is perfect as well, in the heart of SoBE on Ocean Ave. The best part is that this area of Ocean Ave. is a little more quiet, so there is no disturbance of your peace and serenity. There is so much more I could say about the Sapphire, but the best recommendation I can give is that if you have to experience if for yourself. From the attitude of the owners, to the views, amenities and location- everything involved with the Sapphire Suite is first class. We will cherish our memories there, and we can not wait to return to create more!

My stay at this penthouse was awesome. The staff was friendly and the rooms was immaculate. Your walking distance to everything. Views from the top deck over looking ocean drive was the topper to this room. From sunrise to sunset the views are beautiful. i will not stay anywhere in south beach but this penthouse!!!

Another fantastic stay in the Sapphire Suite Penthouse. This is the place to stay in Miami ... fabulous views of the Ocean and walking distance to all the action. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to relax and unwind and soak up the sun. The apartment is well sound proofed and together with the sumptuous bed and bed linen will give you the best nights sleep ever. Everything is on the doorstep, restaurants, bars, shopping etc. This is a must for experiencing a bit of South Beach Luxury. Thank you David for all your attention to detail. We will be back again

The condo is beautiful. What immediately struck us was the beauty and the details. David thought of everything. My mother wasn't feeling well. David and the caretaker made sure they were available at all times and attended to our needs including having her medicine delivered to us from the pharmacy. The ocean view from the roof is relaxing gorgeous and enchanting. I did not want to leave. I stayed up there for hours on end listening music and reading. I would have my lunch there. I even had a massage on the terrace. Wonderful. I could literally feel all my stress dissipating. I would recommend this place for all ages. David thank you for taking care of us.

Great apartment, great location, appalling treatment from owner...

This penthouse is very nice indeed & I can't fault it. A great location, lovely rooftop with great views, top quality of everything right down to the smallest detail. The service provided by Paul, the concierge, was also top notch & I must compliment him highly on this.

What has gone wrong is the rude treatment from the owner, David upon our departure, and money that was taken that still hasn't been refunded even after one month.

I had a friend stay with my wife and I for three days. I had signed the agreement that stated that an extra amount would be charged per night for this. No problem there. But I did have a problem with being charged that extra per night of our ENTIRE stay (11 nights) When I called the owner I was told that "once the duration of your friends stay has been verified we will refund your money" I'm still wondering how he intended to verify this when we no-one was there when we checked out? On top of that, no-one was there to check the apartment & its inventory when we left, there was no way of knowing how or when we would get my money back for the overcharge on my friends stay, or the deposit.

I called David upon our return from vacation to find out what was going on. When I finally got a hold of him I was told very arrogantly that "no-one cares about your money, no-one wants your money!" and when I tried to ask him why no-one was there when we checked out he hung up on me!

Finally last week I received a refund, but have only received half. I have called, and emailed to try and get an explanation but I get no reply whatsoever. We know that the apartment was in order when we left- we had the Miami beach police up in the apartment to verify this (we also have this on video - check YouTube)

It was a pity that this had to happen as otherwise the apartment is really great- I would recommend it but be careful in dealing with David & watch what you sign. I feel like have been ripped off & this leaves me with a very bitter aftertaste.

I am considering taking legal action towards David & Christian Francis Inc. in order to get the remainder of what I am owed. This is not the way to treat people.

We had a wonderful vacation coming off the Queen Mary with my family I was prepared somewhat for a let down. The Sapphire Suite under promises and over delivers. Quite rare. There are 10 things I look for when vacationing: friendly and professional service, a great comfortable bed, central and safe location, beach view and access, good restaurants, large walk in bathroom, soft nice towels, good in suite coffee, and a must is cleanliness and wireless internet access. I would recommend Penthouse 09 to anybody that I know. Thank you David and staff for your genuine hospitality.

We were lucky. It was our first visit to South Beach. Art Deco district is a place not to miss. I was skeptical about all the accolades I have heard about this penthouse. Penthouse 09 was splendid indeed. We ended up spending most of our time relaxing on the rooftop terrace. What a view! The hosts were impeccably professional and polite. If you are looking for refinement and beauty. Look no further. I know of no place which left us with a better feeling. I would return not a moment too soon.

VERY NICE PLACE, BUT BEWARE OF UNDISCLOSED CHARGES UPON ARRIVAL

Upon arrival the customer representative took us to the penthouse, showed us around and then informed us there was a "check-out" fee and a security/damage deposit. I refused to pay the check-out fee as this was never disclosed to me in any correspondence with David or in the Conditions of the Reservation I had to sign. When my security/damage deposit was refunded over a week later the refund was less the check-out fee. The place is very nice with great views and in a great location, it is just a shame they add undisclosed charges and do not honor their own Conditions of the Reservation.

We arrived in Miami for the start of our USA tour which included visits to New Orleans, Hawaii and New York. The Saphire Suite was by far the most glamorous and luxurious accommodation we stayed in. We booked the penthouse as a suprise for one of the group and it did not disappoint. We probably spent more time in the hot tub than in the bars and clubs that we intended to visit. Along with fantastic recommendations from David, our stay at the Sapphire Suite was a truly memorable experience.

Wonderful Penthouse !!We have stayed in Miami many times and this is truly the best accommodation ever. Right in the heart of the South Beach action, on Ocean Drive, yet quiet and relaxing.The private rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi is stunning with fabulous views out to the Ocean. The bed is so comfortable, I had the best sleep in ages. Nothing has been overlooked, everything is there to make your stay a memorable one.We would highly recommend and will certainly be returning very soon

I have been coming to South Beach for the last 10 years, I have witnessed a lot of upscaling--but here comes this guy David, who delivers finest of porcelain and turns the others into Tupperware. Penthouse 09's beauty is jaw dropping unreal. When I say it is at the top of the high end, I don't say it lightly. The Sapphire Suite 09 has the markings of a king's lair. We rarely left the rooftop. We got the best place in South Beach. Service etiquette at it's best. I was mesmerized. Penthouse 09 will provide plenty of nostalgia for a select few.

I agree with all the other posters that
this was an extraordinary experience.
You're right out on the beach, and you
can even see the beach when you're in
the Jacuzzi! It's a perfect location,
close to both Lincoln Road and the
Sobe/Sofi area and near both buses and
cabs. The shower is great, the bed is
great, the amenities are great --
really, it's worth the money, and I now
can't imagine staying anywhere else. In
fact, I didn't want to leave!

If Christian Francis' aim was to mesmerize its clients and leave them with nostalgia, it achieves that and more. Penthouse 09 provides acumen to a market searching for direction. What do high-end clients want and how do they want it presented. What really constitutes luxury. What do clients truly want and are willing to pay for and why?

Christian Francis approach in the Sapphire Suite Penthouse 09 conveys the true sense and sensibility of what constitutes superfluous ultra luxury in an eclectic market.

David Francis clearly seemed to understand that it is non negotiable that refined service must be consistently top notch, prompt and timely and its purpose must be to make the vacation as effortlessly enjoyable as possible. Penthouse 09 provides of this steadfastly and undoubtedly the best.

In Penthouse 09, Christian Francis presents the best ultra luxury value proposition in South Beach, for that matter anywhere else I have been. There is only one christian francis sapphire suite. Understandably it is rather hard to get a booking. The bar has been raised. Who is left breathing?

My wife and i had a wonderful stay at the PH09. I have stayed at many 5 Star hotels in my life but this one beats them all!! Everything was supergreat!! the Location, the ultra luxury interior, the balcony and the rooftop terrace, all the amenities, the service, the housekeeping... i can go on and on!

We had steps to the beach and all the shops, restaurants and the nightlife but it was nice and quiet at night.

The attention Ch Francis have paid to all those small details is just amazing! the design of the interior, all the equipment, the flowers, the service etc.

We stayed for 9 days but we wanted to stay forever at this place!

We had a wonderful stay in the Penthouse! It was spacious, clean and had great amenities. Plus we were located only a couple of blocks from all the action, but weren't in the middle of all the noise. I loved the rooftop area, were you could lay out, sit in the hottub or just watch the sunset. And the ocean view was breathtaking! We really enjoyed our visit to South Beach and it was in part, to the lovely accommodations we had!

PH09 IS THE BEST. I was a little hesitant about going to southbeach alone after my friend had to cancel at the last min.She doesn't know what she missed. The penthouse 09 is truly the best, the views from the terrace was remarkable you could see the ships come and go while enjoying the moment(didn't end up alone). The marble six head shower was relaxing after a long day on Ocean. I will be back real soon ,hope PH 09 is available.I won't hesitate to come alone this time. THANKS DAVID your the best host.

Beautiful Romantic Suite

My husband and I visited Penthouse 09 for our anniversary. It far exceeded my expectations. David and Amber were especially helpful in providing excellant information regarding restaurants and amenities. We stood around for the first hour after arrival in disbelief that we were in such a beautiful romantic suite. We enjoyed the deck and patio with hottub. We enjoyed expresso every morning and wine and cheese before dinner every night. It doesn't get any better than this. The view and the location of Penthouse 9 has to be one of the best in South Beach. I pray I get to return someday. A truely wonderful experince.

There is nothing that I could write which would do justice to Penthouse 09. I have heard among some of my travel connoisseur friends about Christian Francis' Sapphire Suite, so we wanted to find out for ourselves about Penthouse 09. There nothing superficial about this place. Either I have been secluded or this is the best suite that I have ever seen. We have been to South Beach several times but this is as good as it gets. The ocean view through the glass walls is just simply beautiful, the interior colors and flowers abound are arresting. Jimmy Buffet would sing a song about this hidden place. From the moment my wife and I walked into Penthouse 09 we felt good and it never stopped. Everything we needed was there and when we wanted something it was delivered promptly. The host has spared nothing in offering the best of amenities...from the brown jordan set pieces, pratesi linens, riedel glasses, multiple floral bouquets, against the background of a hypoallergenic environment...the details are enormous. Gentleman David, thank you for your great service and attention. Thank you for accommodating my family in the manner that you did.

If you want to go to South Beach and if you can get a booking, which is often difficult since there is only one...stay at Christian Francis Sapphire Suite Penthouse 09 and you will be pleased. We are planning to come back for many years to come.

Well, the wait was worth it. Been trying for quite a while to book a weekend getaway--always booked--magnificent oceanview and detailed service. Christian Francis Penthouse 09 Is Breathtaking

I just want to comment on how wonderful my stay
was at the Christian Francis Penthouse 09. This
was one of the best hotel stays of my life. My
husband was gracious enough to treat me here for
a relaxing Birthday Getaway. With three kids and
one on the way, this trip was definitely needed. I
first want to mention that the pictures on this
website did hit the mark on what the place looks
like, however it does not do justice on the view you
get in person. Breathtaking! This is the only word
that sums up how I felt when I first stepped onto
the rooftop. The room was impeccably clean and beautiful and the bed was so fluffy and comfy, I felt
like I was sleeping on air!! We were greeted by
David and his associate to explain how everything
worked in the Penthouse, nothing was left
unexplained, from how to work the jacuzzi, the
rooftop and indoor ipod surround system, and my
husbands favorite, the Nespresso Espresso maker. I
just want to mention how comfortable David makes
you feel upon arrival. We stayed for six days and
after the first hour of meeting him, we felt as if he
was more of a friend. He gave us great
recommendations from restaurants, nightlife, and
day activities. He made sure to check up on us daily
by phone to see if we needed anything, and not
once did I feel as if I was intruded on. This really
helped because on some nights we had no idea
what to do. Please, anyone interested in this
property, don't hesitate to book it, and make sure
you take advantage of their recommendations,
especially the spa! Nothings says relaxation more
than soaking in the Jacuzzi or getting a massage on
the rooftop! Thank you so much Christian Francis
Penthouse 09, for my wonderful and relaxing

An Experience Like No Other In South Beach

Upon reserving Penthouse 09 I knew we were in for something special...upon arrival my thoughts were confirmed. I knew it was going to be an amazing week!

This was the most comfortable accomodations I have ever encountered. I always wonder why sometimes we travel and sacrifice the luxuries we have at home? When I travel, I like to be wowed, and pehthouse 09 had a big wow factor. Everything was top of the line. One of the most incredible aspects was that this is right on Ocean Drive, yet I slept like a baby every night. I could not hear any of the activity going on. (even though it is in a quiet area)I did not even wake from a thunder storm one night! David and his staff have thought of everything and anything one could possibly need while in South Beach. This is prime location with prime views. I spent most of my time on the roof just staring into the turquise water....I could not wait to return from dinner so we could hang out on the roof terrace. This was the highlight of my trip.

This was an experience like no other. I will not consider staying anywhere else in South Beach. Penthouse 09 is the place to stay. I am already working on getting back there a soon as possible.

Absolute Luxury With Best View In South Beach

Wow! We were impressed with what we saw online
but were awed by the views and the privacy of the
luxuriousness of Penthouse 09 once we were
inside! David and his staff were attentive to our
needs and made us feel truly pampered during our
two week stay.
We enjoyed the privacy and stunning views from
the rooftop space, having our daily espresso there.
The luxurious details of the Penthouse included
silky soft sheets and wonderfully comfortable
bedding. Victor made sure that we were pampered
by taking care of all of our laundry needs and
leaving our temporary home sparkling clean and
smelling amazingly fresh.
We enjoyed the list of suggested nearby restaurants
and also the many places that would deliver directly
to us for the times we just wanted to stay in and
enjoy our Penthouse Suite.
From top to bottom, David has considered every
modern amenity, full body spray shower with
beautiful stone surrounds and his and her vanities.
The temperature controlled wine chiller and bar
stocked with Riedel glasses allowed us to have a
cocktail on our top patio while enjoying one of the
best views in all of South Beach.
We look forward to a future stay with you and thank
you for showing us that you care about the quality
of our experience while staying with you. True
attention to detail and concern for the quality of
your guests experience was evident in the way we
were taken care of.

My fiancee and I stayed at the Sapphire Penthouse as an engagement celebration for ourselves and to say that we were pleased would be an understatement. David and his partner provided a wonderfully informative, and yet unintrusive walk through and explanation of all of the amenities. There was NOTHING that they hadn't thought of. The jacuzzi was wonderful and the view of the sunrise was impeccable. Location was perfect, close enough to everything, but intimate as it could be at the Penthouse. We had a great time in the Penthouse; there surely could not be a more ideal place to stay in South Beach. It was without doubt one of the highlights of our trip to South Florida. The location was convenient to the restaurants and Art Deco of Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, Espanola Way and the beach. Most Sexy Hotel Suite I Have Seen in 2 YRS

The attention to detail, flawless maintenance and lavish provisioning of this privately owned penthouse far exceed any commercial necessity and make it clear that the owner sincerely wants his customers to have a memorable stay. This is simply the most sexy hotel suite my wife and I have seen in 20 years of five star travel. Grab a bottle of wine from the store across the street, put it in the peltier wine chiller and watch the cruise ships go off in the sunset from your rooftop Jaccuzzi. What’s better than that? Everything is done in a fresh, modern style but with the best materials and restrained good taste. The corkscrew, for example, is not just a corkscrew but must be two pounds of silver and inlaid wood in a presentation box. The private rooftop terrace is all honed limestone and has its own refrigerator, anemometer controlled retractable awing, and an embedded sound system – your own or the owner’s eclectic playlists of classics, jazz and world beat. The Jacuzzi maintains your selected temperature your whole stay. Let’s see….. there are three refrigerators, a small Bose home theater sound system , his and hers granite vanity areas separated by sliding frosted glass panels, two LG flat screen TVs with free movie channels, a separate bedside Bose Ipod dock, spa robes, a Nespresso machine with 10 or 12 different flavors replenished each day, Bose noise reduction headphones, a microwave, cordless phone, free wireless and ethernet , the wine chiller, a separate ice maker , full china and stemware service for four, top flight bed linens with a huge duvet, fresh flowers upon arrival, and black granite or limestone every where possible …will there be anything else, sir? Oh ….you can have the restaurant downstairs bring up any of three meals a day. They will enter your rooftop using a hidden door and discretely set it all up, including candles and later take it away. Speaking of sexy--a fashion model asked our permission …uh …OK, sure! ..and did a shoot on our rooftop while we were there! The photographer preferred shooting the NE view. The eastern and southern views are of the ocean, beach and palms of the ocean front park, the western view looks out over the sunset and low rise art deco district, looking down you get the whole Ocean Drive “show your Bentley” scene. It’s a unique spot- you feel as though you are staying with rich friends rather than in another slot on a high rise resort shelf. We look forward to going back later in the year. Enjoy!

As you know I have stayed in South Beach 3 times and without a doubt PH 09 is spectacular. The views are beautiful. Overlooking the beach, great views of the ocean, fantastic glass floor to ceiling all with a great location. I have stayed on 10th street that was also a great location---but it was very very noisy all night and than at 6 am it was time to empty the trash so that was noisy. At your Penthouse 09 their was no noise. Your place was quiet, very private, with awesome views. The rooftop balcony was just as you said - beautiful. If anyone is looking for location, privacy, and a fantastic room then this is the place to rent. The shower is awesome. The hot tub and the remote cover when it rained was perfect. You should tell everyone to bring their Ipod as we loved that as well. Rooftop Ipod in the hottub overlooking the ocean and stars at night----very ROMANTIC. Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you in 6 months.

Best Location in South Beach

Aside from all of the amenities and the BEST location...it was immaculately clean...a hidden amenity not to be under valued! And another item that is near impossible to tell without visiting is the quality of the bed and the bedding. My problematic back slept beautifully and awoke ready to go be an active participant in all that SoBe had to offer. We only used our car once as there was no end to the fun and great food just steps away. I wish I could have stayed much longer...so I guess I'll just have to come back! Thank you David for all your attention. Thanks also to your lovely wife and the gentleman that visited daily to keep the space as pristine as the moment we arrived. Bravo!

Best Romantic Penthouse in SOBE

My husband and I spend a lot of time in SOBE. We have stayed at some of the best hotels, but this penthouse is by far the best! The owners are extremely professional, courteous, accomedating and provide the best personnal assistance you can ask for. We went down for my birthday and planned on going to a nice restaurant, then out. However, after seeing the place, I decided I wanted to order out from the restaurant in the hotel (...FABULOUS) and eat on the rooftop terrace. Afterwards, we listened to GREAT music provided by an IPOD station that they had, while we soaked in the hot tub...VERY ROMANTIC! We hardly left the condo and I cannot wait to go back!

Breathtaking view and Location is ideal

We came from Russia and because of the time difference ( 8 hours), we ussialy woke up very early, about 4 a.m. and had our first breakfast on the terrace on the rooftop, then we went back to sleep right there on the rooftop,it was great! The view is breathtaking and location is ideal! Thanks to David!

Let's face it, the best thing about PH09 is it's location. It's in the middle of, or up the street from anything you could want. On the top floor, on the corner overlooking the ocean. That's also it's biggest problem. We never wanted to leave the rooftop! When we did venture out, it was all right there. Thanks to David for the spot on food recommendations. We had an amazing time.

What strikes you first is just how beautiful and clean penthouse 09 is. We needed quiet. We needed refinement. We needed to be pampered and we needed good food. We got all four. Thank you for the best vacation we have ever had.

Many thanks for a great stay in Penthouse 09. Great room and certainly the best views in the hotel and possibly on Ocean Drive. Make sure that you take an ipod to take advantage of the indoor and outdoor sound systems.

Penthouse 409 is spectacular! Without a doubt the finest unit in the building. Perfect location for the beach and Lincoln Rd. Every amenity is top shelf. the rooftop terrace is comparable to $2000 a night units. Whether you are looking for a luxurious get away or a place to have a meeting or small get together, this penthouse is the ticket.
