Magnificent, 5 Star Luxuries all around

We had a fantastic vacation at this truly 5 Star Villa. The decor is fabulous and gracefully done. It was very clean, and the kids loved the pool and gameroom. The owner, sonny, is very responsive and was only a phone call away. The Villa was better than pictures and description.  We were conveniently located close to all the parks and shopping. The Resort and club area was beautiful. We will definitely be back. Thank you Sonny! We all really enjoyed your beautiful home.

Great Vacation

Me and my family (9 adults and 2 babies) spent two weeks in this wonderful house.
It´s very confortable and beautifully furnished. Everything was clean when we arrived. The pool and Spa are very good and the owner is quick to answer our e-mails.
The comunity is quiet and beautiful. A great place to go hiking in the morning.
The clubhouse had all we need.
The location is prime, very close to Disney World.
We´ll return for sure and indicate to our friends.

Wonderful place for a Vacation

The home was a wonderful place for our 10-member extended family to stay during our Disney vacation ! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home! The location is perfect and minutes to everything. There were many things that we loved about the property...the pool, great location, spacious, clean, decorated very nicely...I could go on and on. House was perfect and we loved it.

Great family vacation home in Orlando

My family (7 adults and 2 kids) stayed at this lovely home with tons of rooms and amenities for a week in April. The experience was fantastic. The place was as advertised; it was very clean, spacious, close to attractions and well equipped to accommodate the needs of all my family members. Most of all, I really appreciated the courteous and prompt responses by the owner, Sonny, whenever minor problems arose during our vacation. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation in Orlando.

We had a wonderful time at your home when we were in Kissimmee to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. The house is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated and was extremely comfortable. A group of 9 moms decided to rent this beautiful home in Kissimmee, Florida. The entire experience was great from the start. Working with the owner made it so easy. He was friendly and easy to communicate with. He responded quickly to our questions and was very accommodating, The house was very comfortable and beautiful. The furnishings and decor were above in quality. The house had everything we needed for our cooking and time spent around the home. We were so pleased with the entire experience. The pool was even warm and had ample outdoor furniture for all of us to enjoy! We all highly recommend this quality to home to anyone that is looking for a comfortable and warm environment to stay. We will be back next year!

Good Times with Family

Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable beds. Lots of things for the Kids to do in the game room and at the club house. Kids loved the free movie theater at the club house. Very close to Disney parks and shopping. Loved the private pool/spa. More than what we expected. Will definitely return to the Villa. Lee, the property manager, was a delight.

We had the most amazing time staying at this villa. Our stay was relaxing, peaceful and most enjoyable. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the Master suite was spectacular! The open floor plan was awesome. The villa provided more than we could imagine. The grill was one of a kind and not your basic run of the mill grill, the private pool and spa were nice, and we couldn't ask for a better location only minutes away from everything. loved it! thanks for everything.

"Finally ....A REAL VACATION!!!

"finally...a real vacation..."

from the minute we arrived to the moment we left, I can sincerely and truly say that we had a real 5 STAR vacation without paying the 5 STAR price. The layout of this home was perfect it really felt like we were in a villa in Tuscany. Very clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, this villa was better than we expected with more amenities than a hotel, we were able to make the best use of our time during our stay. The kids were well entertained and we were able to relax after a long day. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you Sonny (owner) for the warm hospitality and care!

Great Vacation Home

My family loved this home and the stay was very comfortable. The home was well decorated and had lots of amenities. We all loved the Hot tub and the Pool. The home was very close to restaurants and the attractions. The owner and Property Manager were very nice and helpful.

It was better than staying in a Hotel!

Beatiful house and quality service. The price, quality and location is very good.

The house was amazing, clean, safe, very near to parks, and services. Good bedrooms, the kitchen full equipped. We are very pleased to have chosen this option.

This holiday was much better than we expected, we hope to travel again and see what we missed.

WOW!!! Perfect Vacation Home

Sonny,

Your house was not only beautiful, but also had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, while on a vacation! Our vacation was truly enhanced by having such a wonderful home to stay in. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the perfect set-up for our group of eight - 3 adults and 5 children (ages 8 - 17). Your property manager (Lee) was welcoming, informative and prompt to answer any and all questions.

We would come home from the theme parks (easily accessible from your home) and the kids were right in the pool. The screened in patio area was perfect for relaxing, while they played and splashed for hours. The set-up outside was very convenient for eating bug-free dinners. The children were also impressed by the friendly armadillo who wandered by (outside the screened in area!) each day. They wanted to bring it home!

Although, the best part of the trip was the lasting family memories we created, I am also thankful for not hearing the words, "I'm bored" for 7 days!!! That has to be a record! Your perfect set-up for families made this all possible. Thanks again! I will definitely email again, if we are staying in the Orlando area. Everything was FANTASTIC!!

Still Dreamin...

Ok let me begin by saying that my extended family and I (about 8-10 people) have traveled to various vacation spots around the US over the last 7 years.   Our first 2 trips we all stayed in hotels which were expensive considering we had to book 2 to 3 rooms.  On our trips thereafter we decided to try out these places called vacation home rentals after hearing a lot about them from several friends and coworkers.  I'm sure you've heard the saying "a pictures speaks a thousand words", right? Wrong!


Well let me tell you, the last 4 years staying in vacation rental homes were just disappointing, 2 of them at Windsor Palms and Windsor Hills in Orlando.  The pictures of the homes we chose were not even close to what we saw when we got there.  Stuff was old, worn and outdated, bare minimums as far as kitchen & bath essentials, and forget the mattresses; it was like falling into a pit every night. Unbelieveable! 


However, our luck changed magnificently on our last trip when we stayed at Windsor Palms again.  I don't even know where to begin.  This vacation home made up tremendously for the last 6 years of disappointments.  True, the price of this home was slightly higher than the rest but since we had tried out homes with cheaper rates only to be left miserable, we decided to spend a few extra bucks and hope for the best.  Let me tell you it was beyond our expectations based on our past experiences.  After entering the Villa we double checked to make sure this was the right house thinking we got a more expensive house for what we paid.  Not the case.  This was it.  My whole family and I had the time of our life from the moment we got there until we had to say a sad good-bye.  Words cannot describe the amount of fun and enjoyment we got staying at this home.  It definitely beat staying at hotels and cheaper, lower priced vacation homes.  I strongly believe the extra money spent for staying here was priceless!  Oh, and the owner? He was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for everything! 
Well we're back home now but still dreaming of our wonderful getaway.   ; )

The Best Place to Stay

We had the best time on our vacation. It is so close to all of the Disney Parks and staying in the villa gave us the "home away from home" feel. It was very clean, nicely decorated and really comfortable. The beds were great and the showers were rejuvenating after a long day at the parks. I slept so well there I didn't want to come home! The pool and hot tub were fantastic as well. We all felt very safe there with the gated security and the closeness to the parks was so nice. The owner was very friendly and courteous. It was so much better than a hotel! We will definitely stay here again and recommend this to family and friends.

Look no further...This is IT!

Anybody looking to rent a home I highly recommend that you look no further save yourself some time this is IT...a beauty.  My family loved this home & had the pleasure of staying in this spectacular home. The home was tastefully furnished and had more amenities than a hotel.  We came home every night tired and exhausted but everyone had their own space in which to kick back and relax, either in the pool/hot tub or watching TV in their own room (yes there were TVs in every room, including the games room!) For our convenience, the home was very close to restaurants and attractions. There were many eateries to choose from and a grocery store in such close proximity. The owner was very approachable and gracious to our needs.  All in all, this was a perfect vacation and we couldn't have been happier.  It was like having cake AND eating it too!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in late March. Close to Disney, it was convenient to return during the hot afternoon hours for a dip in the beautiful pool in between days at Disney. We traveled with a toddler who found the rooms spacious to play in and was happy to find the same amenities as if we were at home. Kitchen was great layout for preparing many meals. TV's in every bedroom! We had two very rainy days while we were in Florida and found many things to do in the house - games room was full of things to do!! Property was very clean, well-maintained. Loved the wood floors. Owner was extremely helpful and courteous. Would recommend this vacation home to anyone!

Hidden Gem of DisneyWorld!

We just finished a 10 day stay at this amazing home! It is exactly how the pictures describe it! It ia a luxurious home with all the amenities of home and more! It is very close to all the Disney attractions and universal,seaworld and gatorland! It is very close to great restaurants and grocery stores. The beds are very comfortable and the leather coaches are amazing. There is a tv in each room so there is no need for fights at the end of a long day or early morning risers have something to do. We stayed with another family so there was 4 adults and 4 kids in the house and it there was room for more! The kitchen is amazing and there are 4 bathrooms which is superb in the morning rush. The swimming pool and hot tub were amazing and the privacy hedging around the whole pool was fabulous! It was one of the only homes in the area that had this type of privacy to swim in. The owner Sonny is very accomadating and is very easy to deal with and made for a very easy transition into renting our very first home. The gated community made you feel very secure and the club house was terrific. We could have easily stayed for a month and filled our time. The manager lives right in the complex and if he is ready to help with anything right away! It was so great to be able to use a code and walk right into our home and relax after a long night of travelling. The games room has lots to offer for the kids and the washer and dryer are terrific to have for longer stays. There is so much to do right in the gated community that you don't even have to leave your house. We had an amazing time staying in this home and highly recommend it to any families that are travelling together and want a beautiful place to stay. The kids can go to bed and the adults can relax and watch a movie or go for a dip in the pool or hot tub. I would never stay in a hotel again after renting a home! I also loved having the two levels it made the home feel so spacious! 6 bedrooms with all brand new furniture, linens and towels. This home is even more amazing than the pictures show.

A MEMORABLE TIME WITH THE FAMILY

This was our first trip to Florida and Disney. This was also our first
time renting a vacation home. As expected, we were hesitant at first
and addressed our concerns to Sonny, the homeowner. Not only was Sonny able to put us at ease he was always available to answer all our
questions. The quoted price was a little bit out of our range but after
calling and personally speaking to Sonny, he made it possible for us to stay at his lovely home. The home was impeccable with attention to
detail. We were greeted every night by a warm and welcoming home.
Thank you for making our trip to Disney wonderful. Already looking
forward to staying in this amazing home on our next trip to Orlando.
TIP: Highly recommend personally calling the owner for the best deal!

Awesome! Loved our stay…will definitely be back. We frequently travel to Disney and stay at vacation rental homes as they provide by far the best bang for the buck when compared to hotels. This home is probably one of the best homes in that area this close to Disney World. The home is a little pricey but you get what you pay for…worth every penny. Owner was very responsive and a delight. Everything in the home seemed brand new...loved the wood floors...no stinky carpets. Thanks again for making our family vacation a memorable one.

I would absolutely recommend this home to anybody who is visiting and wants to stay close to Disney World.
