A Wonderful Time!

Hi Soley, after several attempts to make and password and rate your property I found myself frustrated with the website.

Here was my review that didn’t get submitted

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and the hot tub was awesome after a hike in the Smokies. The cabin was very well maintained and closely located to the area attractions and restaurants. The wrap around porch was awesome for enjoying a book in a rocking chair. The property is on a long driveway so we were unable to let the kids go to the pool or play the mini golf without driving them. Overall excellent experience and would go back.
Personally……Thank you for the use of your home. It was awesome.

Great Smoky Mountain Getaway!

The cabin and the property was beautiful as described. The pool was a great respite from the summer heat. We enjoyed the location with proximity to the Smokey Mountains National Park and spent several days hiking, swimming and touring Cades Cove. We were impressed with other nearby attractions, especially the aquarium in Gatlinburg. A short (1-1/2 hour) drive away brought us to wonderful white water rafting. We discovered a very nice grocery (Wheatley's) with a bakery and butcher shop nearby that had some unique souvenirs.

The cabin was relatively clean, but there was some mildew on the shower curtain. The grill was in poor condition with only half of the burner operable. This was especially disappointing since we looked forward to spending time at the cabin instead of braving the heavy dinnertime traffic. Also, the loft was hot, even with the ceiling fan on. The kids played in the loft during the morning and early afternoon, but it was too hot for sleeping. I suggest that portable fans be available during the summer.

We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings and the hot tub was nice.

The property owner was very communicative and responsive. No surprises; booking was smooth and she provided all the information we needed.

Overall, we had a good time and would return and recommend the property to others seeking nice accommodations in a beautiful setting.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, romantic getaway

The stay was great. The kids were disapointed that there was not putters in the cabin so that they could play putt-putt but overall it was a great place to stay. Very clean and secluded. I would definately stay again. I would suggest that the owners put together an inventory list of what is supplied so future visitors can plan accordingly.

Recommended for: families with teenagers, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Loved the cabin

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean log home. Nicely decorated for the holidays. The owners did a nice job following up with us to make sure everything was in order. Our boys loved the foosball table and video game console. The hot tub was nice on a chill fall night. Nice big screen TVs in each room). Very convenient location to Pigeon Forge. It was nice and quiet where we were.
