Not Cleaned

My only complaint is,when we arrived at 3:45,(check in is 3:00) our condo had not been cleaned.Bed linens & comforters had been taken off the beds. Comforters were left balled up on the beds,decorative pillows thrown on the floor,sheets in the washer. Then we discovered the bathrooms & kitchen were dirty. It was VERY disappointing. With each email we received prior to our arrival from VRBO, they were adamant about not arriving before 3:00 to insure we did not disturb the housekeeping crew, or the quality assurance crew who inspect the condo before our arrival.Housekeeping was called. 30 minutes later when no one showed up, I called Rosie, the Property Manager. She had a 2 person crew there within 15 minutes. They were very thorough, apologetic, and courteous. They were also there for 3 1/2 hours. Fortunately our children had rented #365 right next door. So we went over there for a while.Regardless, it was uncomfortable for us and the crew. (upon the 10:00 a.m. checkout time,a different cleaning crew arrived at 9:50, standing in the doorway,as though we were running late. I did Not appreciate this) <br/><br/>The condo itself is beautiful. Tastefully decorated,yet homey. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. ( we brought the roasting pan)<br/>The bedrooms are a nice size ( the master bedroom is huge!)& the beds are comfy. The view is great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, relaxing. The pools & beach are within walking distance if you have no disabilities. Both pools are well kept. The kids enjoyed the pool & kid zone. We would definitely go back, but call first to make sure our condo HAD truly been cleaned.

Great place

My family had a great time. It is a great place...family friendly and wonderful beach. The only downside is no grills on the property and the unit we stayed in didn't have all that we needed to cook some nights like casserole dishes and cookie sheets. But all in all a great place. We are looking at going back in 2 years.

Great beach vacation

The beach is pristine and uncrowded. Pools are nice - we used both the "quiet" pool and the more family oriented pool. Property manager Justin was very helpful and professional with the minor cleaning (bed sheets) and maintenance (minor washing machine leak) issues we had. We'll likely be back next year for another visit!

Great Place to Stay but very difficult to get booked.

We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach area very much. The location was great, pools and accommodations were very nice and clean. We felt very safe and secure. However, the problems we incurred with booking the reservation and the changes that were made along the way with the dates being changed on our agreement and having to move to a different condo the day before we were to leave were very frustrating to where I don't know if we will visit again even though we loved the area. We book places on a regular basis for business trips and vacation almost every month and I have never experienced such an ordeal. Teresa was very good at trying to fix the problems that arose and I don't fault her at all. I do feel like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in your office though. We found this not only true for us but other guest that were staying also had problems with reservations as well. I hope this has helped and that the next time, if we decide to revisit it will be hassle free. Thank you.

Quiet, clean and relaxing condo with a beautiful view.

The kitchen was not "fully equipped". It needed adequate silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, and bakingware. I literrally had to wash dishes after every meal or use paper plates. I was told the property manager would check on our situation but never received a call from him or her. So I spent more time in the kitchen than I should have just because of dirty utensils. The decor was rather bare. But I did love the location, cleanliness and quietness.

Relaxing vacation

The only complaint is the no cooler rule at the pool, as well as no splashing in the pool. I understanding no diving, running, or even jumping, but no splashing? If the property owners don't want kids, then advertise the property that way. My complaint may also stem from the "pool police", as we came to call him. I don't know his name, but it seemed he felt compelled to correct someone's behavior each time he walked through the pool area. Otherwise, great vacation.

Loved the condo - top notch. When we arrived the elevator was out - but they did get it fixed. Other than that, loved everything about our stay. Will definately be back!!!

We found the unit to be neat and clean except for the stove top (cooking surface) which was dirty. Also, for the two bathrooms, we could find only ONE bar of bath/shower soap in the whole unit.

A great place to stay. We'll specifically request for 364 again in the future. But it needs a hook to hang clothes on in the master bathroom.

Overall, very enjoyable vacation. The only thing I would like to see changed is the policy of no coolers at the pool. I did notice the policy was not really enforced, but it would have made me upset if it had been. I believe with dehydration issues it's not a reasonable policy. I could see no glass containers. Also, it would be nice to be able to buy a week pass at a reasonable rate for the toll bridge, but I assume that is a state issue.

As always, our vacation was wonderful. The condo was tastfully decorated, and the view was awesome. We have never been dissatisfied at Cinnamon Beach, and cannot wait for our next vacation!

Not having the ability to grill was a huge negative. I knew you couldnt grill on the patios but I asumed there would be grill on property to use. <br/>Also, being responsible for stripping the beds and doing all but two loads of laundry was a huge negative. Probably would keep me from coming back/<br/>The unit itself was beautiful and the location was perfect.

Dissappointing Beach

An overall great vacation...the beach was not too crowded, the ocean was wonderful. A short trip to St. Augustine if you need a day away from the beach. BEAUTIFUL condo. Thanks!!!
