The apartment was great - exactly as we had expected but even more convenient for exploring New York - restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy all just round the corner and easy walk to major shopping areas and subway for exploring further afield.
David was also very prompt and helpful in every way - great recommendations for restaurants, helpful about arrival and departure. He also bought an air mattress so that our teenagers didn't have to share the sofabed. We would definitely stay again.

My husband, my 3 year old son and I planned a family vacation to NYC for our summer holiday. I had a lot of questions as to location, parking, etc... and David went above and beyond to help make our stay a memorable one. As with most holidays, there were minor hiccups but David was always only a phone call away and was able to clear up any issues we had with prompt response.
The area was great - in fact it is my favorite area of NYC. The apartment in a short walk to Washington Square park, close to subways, steps to Bleeker street and great shopping. The rest of the city is easily accessible by subway.
There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, but it certainly did not have an impact on our holiday.
I will definitely be staying here again, in fact we are heading back soon and were hoping to stay here again, but unfortunately it was booked.

The owner was so nice! He was helpful and gave us great advice. The charm of staying in a local place was much more relaxing than a hotel experience.

Fantastic location for a stay in NYC, walking distance to Soho, West & East Village and only a couple of blocks from the subway. Apartment was as shown in the pictures and was as described, clean, well maintained and with fresh linen and towels provided. We had to move apartments halfway through our stay, however the owner was very accommodating and flexible and replied to our messages promptly. Quiet building meant we were able to get some peace and quiet too! Would recommend to anyone visiting NYC as the perfect place from which to base yourselves whilst you explore the city!

Great Location in the heart of SOHO

Right from the booking process David was amazing to work with, prompt with response and sharing knowledge of the area.
Upon arrival David and his assistant made sure we were happy and checked in to see if we needed anything.
We were beyond thrilled as we realized how great of an area we were in. Constantly finding ourselves around the corner from the condo, This condo is in walking distance to the main shopping drag in SOHO (15 minute walk to DASH,top shop, etc) Also around the corner from Blecker street which is packed with amazing restraunts and bakerys, coffee and gelato)
We would recommened this condo to anyone wanting to get a true NYC experience. Already have recommened this place to many friends and coworkers due to location and pricing

The apartment was as promised - clean, quiet and convenient to all transportation. Lots of good restaurants and David was accommodating, quickly providing extra towels and sheets when a guess stayed overnight. I would definitely consider this apartment for an anxiety free stay in NYC.

David's apartment was quiet, clean and convenient. He was happy to quickly accommodate my needs for extra towels and sheets when a relative stayed overnight. It was easy to navigate transportation and there are many good restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, wi fi was reliable.
I will surely try to book this rental in future NYC visits.

Very cute and cozy apartment with a comfortable bed and remodeled bathroom on the 3rd floor. The owner is very nice and a pleasure to work with. Very good communication and was flexible with the check in time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place close to awesome shopping and good restaurants.

This bright, airy and spotless apartment is the perfect place for anyone who wants to be in the center of it all in Greenwich Village. On a quiet street just steps from Houston Street, Washington Square, subways and some of the best (and affordable) restaurants the city has to offer. For anyone who's visiting NYC and wants to avoid that touristy feeling, we'd recommend this apt. The price was reasonable, apartment well-maintained and David the owner was great during the reservation process.
