We've been renting condos for the last 20 years or more. So we saw all kind of them. But this one is special. It has everything you can imagine or hope for. After looking around when you get in, the first that you notice it's the place is spotless. It is equipped with appliances and furniture of high quality. The linens were super, beds very comfortable and the kitchenware was classy. And the view on the sea is fantastic. From both bedrooms and the living room, the windows are straight front. No side view. Balcony is wide and large, facing the sea.
If you're looking for cleanliness, tranquility and luxury at an affordable price, this the place to go. Pricewise it has to be the best deal around.
For Juan, the owner, my friend, you have transformed our holiday in Daytona Beach into a marvellous experience.

Great place to stay

This is the first time ever renting from an individual but was very easy and Juan was very helpful. Everything was awesome!From the condo to the people we met there. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything a home would have.We couldn't of dreamed of a nicer place

We loved this place, great views and excellent location. We wanted to be in Daytona without the crowds so we picked early Feb. We would go back same time again.

Great Location and Amenities

My wife and I rented the condo for a week in late January. Our youngest son joined us to attend the Rolex 24 race at Daytona Speedway. All three of us greatly enjoyed our first visit to Daytona Beach. The condo is well located in a quiet area of the beach but with easy access to places like Ocean Walk and the Boardwalk and pier. It was also a quick and easy drive to the speedway. The condo was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We ate lunch most every day on the balcony. Both the condo and building was very clean and well maintained.

Felt like home

I have to admit I was a little hesitant at first to rent a privately owned home, I searched and read many reviews before finally selecting this unit. Juan made this experience wonderful and worth all the effort on my part. He was honest and nice to deal with. The property is every bit as wonderful as the photo's portray and than some. It was clean and well stocked with almost everything you would need, from a popcorn machine, movies, books, boogie boards, spices, blender, etc. we really didn't want for anything. Juan really pays attention to detail. The building was very secure and quiet and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the balcony and enjoying the incredible view of the ocean and the city view was nice too. It was nicely located near to some good restaurants and a wonderful grocery store. Our only complaint is that we don't live here, the kids were a little disappointed that the pool wasn't heated so it was a little on the cool side, secretly we were happy because it meant more beach time. It really did feel like home. I would highly recommend this unit.

Great Condo! Great location!

We were pleased the minute we arrived in front of the buildiing, everything was as promised.
Wonderfull ocean view with a huge balcony. Very clean and well decorated condo with everything you would need:fully equiped kitchen,beach chairs and towels,dvd movies and my son loved the gym for him morning tranings witm mom.

What a wonderful place to stay !!! Alot of thought went in to the amenities of this condo. We felt so safe and secure and like we were at home !! We have vacationed in Daytona for over 25 years and this was the best !!! Thanks to the owners !!

We just stayed at the condo for our yearly vacation in Daytona Beach. It is very well equipped with all the extras that you will want. It has great views of the ocean, nothing to obscure your view! We had a rainy day, so the movies and card games really were an added touch. The kitchen has everything that you need if you need to cook ( or crock pot.) I would recommend the condo. We have really enjoyed our vacation!

So unexpected and beautiful

We rented this place over Spring Break because we wanted a place with easy access to the beach and a kitchen so we could cook our own meals while we were there. I expected the usual rental with sub par furniture, kitchen items and bedding and sheets. I was surprised and how comfortable and beautiful it was. It felt like a 5 star hotel and like the owners really must like treating the guests. We want to come back every year if possible. The beach was super easy to get to and our kids loved the pool. We were also far enough away from the real craziness of Spring Break that we were able to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. The other things we loved was the master bathroom with double shower heads and the huge deck where we could watch the sunrises and moonrises. Thank you!

Spring Break 2012

This place is beautiful!! The inside of the condo was very clean. The kitchen had every thing a person would need to cook a meal or even entertain. The views from the balcony was stunning. The building and grounds were well kept, exceptionally clean. The linens were plentiful. The staff and other owners were very friendly. The only issue (and reason why I did not give five stars) was the outside maintenance. They were working on the balconies facing the ocean. Every day the chipping hammer was running....all day long. The only break was the hour the workers took for lunch. It was difficult to relax or even here the sounds of the ocean. We were not made aware of this before we arrived. Other than that, it was perfect!

Daytona 500

We stayed at the resort during the Speedweeks and worked at the track daily and the accomadations were the best experience we have ever had in the Daytona area and the owner was a great person and Juan was attentive to our needs and checked with us during the visit if we needed anything. Great ADULT surroundings and perfect for a quite get-away or action packed busy vacation.

This place was amazing! We were in Daytona on business and it had all the amenities you could want! Beautiful place right on the beach, wonderful views off the balcony, also a very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Owners are easy to work with and really take care of their place. Definitely will book again! Thanks!!
