I rented this condo, along with two other families. Upon entering the unit, I immediately noticed that the pictures did not do the reoperty justice. The condo is in impeccable condition and is extremey spacious. The view of the Marina is gorgeous, especially at sunset. Despite the building being rather large, it is relatively quiet. Overall, the condo had everything that we needed to make us feel at "home". The two items that were missing and much needed were an iron and ironing board.
The condo is relatively close to the Boardwalk, but would be a relatively long walk. There were a few restaurants in the area, but we cooked most of our meals. I would highly recommend this condo to future renters. It is convenient to the highway and the owner is friendly and responsive to questions and/or concerns.
Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway

We understand why the lack of an iron and ironing board could be inconvenient, so we are fixing that, and these things will be available for future renters.

This place is amazing! When we pulled up the kids said it looked like just another cement building, but after they saw the pool and the hot tub and the beautiful condo, their mouths were dropped open. The view and everything that comes with this vacation home away from home is amazing, good for the very young and the very old and the young at heart. We never wanted to leave balcony and most of the pictures we took were on the balcony. The place is decorated beautifully, very comfortable and cozy, this was our most enjoyed vacation stay, more than Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and Lancaster, PA. Would recommend your family give it a try for some much deserved R&R!
Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
