I would like to thank Jeff and his family for sharing his beautiful condo with us. We got home last night and I am already missing the condo and the beach. Jeff's condo has beautiful and just as described. We have been staying in Destin for years and I really like where his condo is located. It is within a mile of the outlet mall and probably 5 minutes to Destin Commons. Just a short drive to anywhere you want to go. Don't ever be fooled because it doesn' sit on the beach. You walk out of the pool and are on the beach in less than one minute. About 10 steps and you are touching sand on the beach. The view is amazing. Hope to stay at this condo again next year. Great stay,Awsome view from condo

We had a great time. This condo was really nice everything you could need to make stay relaxing. Views from balcony were just perfect. This place is well kept and super clean. We will being giving Jeff a call again to stay again.

A Great place to Stay!

We just stayed in the Coliers' condo in early June and had a great time. Majestic Sun is in an ideal location and the Gulf view from the tenth floor condo was fantastic. The unit was very clean and perfectly spacious for our family (couple plus 2 ten-year olds). Jeff was extremely nice and easy to work with. We will definitely stay there again!

Recommended for: families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car

Great beach view!

The view of the ocean was great! Also a short walk to the beach (less than 2 minutes without little ones). Blender, ice maker, microwave, dinnerware, silverware, and cookware were available for use. We loved it. Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. Outlet mall less than 5 minutes away for Wife. Definitely will do this again if available for the next vacation.
