Nice, clean property. Great for our party of four. Good location in Cherry Grove. We had an elderly relative with us, so the first floor setting was perfect, but you are so close to the beach so that even if stairs are not an issue, it is still a great place to rent. Both the owners and renters we encountered were friendly.
Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

What an amazing little condo in the heart of Cherry Grove Beach. This condo was so nice, clean and well kept. As noted on a previous review, the pictures do not show just how nice it is.The condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies and family games.
You step out on the patio and the beach is right there. The boardwalk leads you right to the beach! There is a nice shower to keep the sand out. The pool was very refreshing, clean and not crowded. We also loved the 2 lifeguard chairs on the patio, a neat touch.
My husband and son spent a lot of time fishing at the Cherry Grove pier as well as the Nature Reserve Pier off of 53rd street. Both within a 1/2 mile of the condo. My husband also took golf lessons right up the road at the State line driving range. Great people there!
Cherry Grove is an awesome vacation spot that we have visited for years and we are so thrilled to have found this gem of a condo. We have stayed in several other condos and homes in Cherry Grove and this condo highly exceeded all of them as well as our expectations.We look forward ro staying here again next summer.

We had a fantastic week staying in this condo! It is very clean and well-kept. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed for meals...in fact, we ate most meals there during the week. We had a party of 4 and the 2 bedrooms were perfect for our needs. Kingsview Villas are in a perfect location on Ocean Boulevard between Sea Mountain Highway and the north point of Cherry Grove...a great starting point for beach walks in either direction! This condo is on the first floor which makes it very convenient for moving in and out and for getting out on the beach. There is an outdoor shower conveniently located on the boardwalk outside the condos and an adequate swimming pool on the roadside of the condos.
There are so many fun activities and fine restaurants in the Cherry Grove section, it is a wonderful destination for a family vacation. Besides all the shopping and entertainment attractions in nearby North Myrtle Beach, there are also wonderful dining opportunities in nearby Calabash, NC, famous for its seafood tradition. Our family particularly enjoyed shopping at Barefoot Landing and eating at Ella's of Calabash.
Our family highly recommends a stay in this condo for families who are looking for a good beach experience at Cherry Grove! It is a popular beach, but is well-maintained and not overrun with traffic and crowds like some other places along the Grand Strand.

This was my actual 2nd time staying at this condo. I Loved it! the pictures doesn't do this condo justice. This condo is well maintained...in excellent condition! I'm a clean freak so to speak, & I was very pleased. I love just walking out the back onto the deck (bottom floor & on the end which was great) then to the beach. My daughter & her friend loved that they had 2 Life Guard chairs out there for them to sit on & had their coffee. The large walk way to the beach is very nice too, with the outdoor shower to wash off from out on the beach. The pool is great too, never really crowded. Boulineaus(grocery & everything you can think of is here),and ice cream places are in walking distant. I can't say enough how much I love staying here, & plan to stay every summer.
