Fun on the River in Bullhead City

This Vacation Home is located in Mohave Valley AZ across the Colorado
River from Needles CA  Off Interstate 40 Cross the Needles Bridge, Turn off your GPS it will tell you to turn right...and it is WRONG.
At the end of the Bridge turn Left on Dike
Road, go to the 4th. Lot. 1268 E Dike Rd.                                                            We are located on 2 lots so there is room for all your Toys & Parking.

Dock-Deck-Gazebo-Sandy Beach- Shad-Grass, Gazebo . The Gozebo is a COOOL place over the water, you will love it!
Ramp extends 30ft beyond the Dock.                                                                     Safe beach for children.                                                                                   Your dog is welcome, they are family too.                                                         The Beach is a short walk, down the Launch ramp. Dock has Shade under it.  Gazebo is built on a Rock outcrop,has shade over it, with two sets of stairs. You will have a good view up & down the Colorado River from the Gazebo.
The Colorado River here provides some of the finest Boating & Water
Skiing anywhere. With a current
of 4 to 8 miles an hour, wakes disappear rapidly, leaving the smooth,
(Glass) that all water skiers
are looking for.
Needles has a Supermarket, Golf Course & Drugstore.

House has 3 Bedrooms 2 Baths.
Master bedroom has a Queen bed Dish Network & Private Bath.
#2 Bedroom has Queen Bed
#3 Bed room has 2 Twin Beds.
2nd bath is off the laundry room.
Living room has a Couch Bed, Recliner & Chairs. Dish Network.
Kitchen has Ice & Water in door Refrigerator, Glass top stove,
walk-in pantry. Dining room has table & chairs.

There is a Large Porch across the front of the house with Table & Chairs. You can see the River from there.  Also has a side sun porch, good for storing extra stuff.
All cooking & serving utensils furnished. Linens provided. Gas BBQ Air
Condition & Fans
The House is a short walk down the ramp to the River. Yes we live in
the house on the river.

There are 3 Golf Course 1 to 12 miles from the house. Old Mining Town
of Oatman is 15 miles. Don’t
miss the shoot-out at noon. You can also feed the Murrells.
The AZ Small Casino, Sprite Mountain is 4 miles. Avi Casino 12 mils NV.
The Laughlin 9 other Casinos are 25 miles away
Safeway & Smith Markets 11 mile. Bullhead City 22 miles

May to October $1750.00 per week, $300.00 nights
Nov. to April $1400.00 per month. $200.00   Cleanning fee 50.00

With rent of house RV self-contain dry camping is $30.00 night.
There is a $500.00 refundable deposit to hold your dates.
Deposit is refundable if unit is left Clean & Undamaged.
Full payment is due 15 days before your Arrival date.
