Conveniently located near the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, this condo features a large balcony with ocean and pool views, direct private access to the beach, two spacious comfortable bedrooms, an upgraded kitchen, a large swimming pool and minigolf yard, and on-site maintenance.
To get to the beautiful sandy beach, simply walk two flights of stairs, the private gate is just around the corner. The Cocoa Beach Pier with its many shops and restaurantsis just a short walk away down the beach, and you are always sure to find a perfect spot on the beach to enjoy the sun and the waves.
The condo features a comfortable living room with a flat-screen tv/dvd/stereo and formal dining, a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV/DVD set and master bathroom, a second bedroom with two queen beds and a TV/DVD set, a full kitchen with a fridge, electric range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, and free phone and WiFi internet access.
All linens, towels, dishes and kitchen utensils are provided, as well as numerous beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc). There is a laundry room on site. The condo also includes an assigned covered parking space.
Cocoa Beach Club is a quiet and clean non-smoking family-oriented complex that features a large swimming pool and tanning area, and a beautiful courtyard with a minigolf field. You will also appreciate our completely pest-free environment (unlike most properties in Florida).
