This beautiful Executive House, located in Osage Beach, is an exquisite property in a great location!  Enjoy a gated, private drive to one of the best vacation homes at the lake with enough parking for up to 6 cars.  The executive house sits on a bluff overlooking the main channell and offers an unbelievable view in all directions, including beautiful sunsets that make postcards jealous.  Outside, you will find an upstairs deck with tables and chairs as well as a downstairs deck with chairs for entertaining, dining, sunbathing, or just enjoying the weather and views.  Every private bedroom also offers its own private deck.

Inside the house offers an unbelievable setting to both families and executives.  There are two living areas with flatscreens adorning the walls and downstairs offering a bar with three (3) flatscreens above the bar with seating to watch your favorite game or entertainment.

There are 5 bedrooms, each offering their own private bathroom and private deck. Additionally, the master bedroom offers its own sunroom with flatscreen tv and 2 in-mirror tvs to watch as you're getting ready for a day on the lake. 

By boat the house is located around the 22 mile marker and by land is located off of KK hwy on Baydy Peak Rd.  

To keep the property in immaculate condition we maintain a strict no smoking and no pet policy.  

The property is private but offers the amenties of the Knolls Association for all the guest's benefit.  The amenties are located up the private steps and gate of the Executive House and include:
