Low season (November 1st to March 31st) 600 Euros per wk. (300 Euros
per weekend)
Mid season (April 1st to June 30th, October 1st - 30th) 700 Euros
per week (350 Euros per weekend)
High season (July 1st to September 30th) 800 Euros per week (no
weekend only rentals)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
As agreed at time of reservation or:
Catastrophic Event: 100% of deposit up to 60 days before arrival;
50% of deposit up to 30 days before arrival; Within 30 days, no
refund. Non-catastrophic Event: No refund (but deposit may be
applied to a future reservation)
