A beautiful 15th Century apartment painstakingly restored to a very 
exacting standard, consisting of 2 large bedrooms (one "king" 
one "twin"); a full and modern shower room (plus an additional w/c); 
a large open-plan kitchen / dining / living room (complete with a working 
fireplace and authentic Etruscan stone carving); and a brilliant sun-soaked patio. 

Live as the Locals live as you walk to all of Cortona's magnificent 
historic sights, museums, churches, shops and fabulous restaurants. 
Learn why Cortona was the inspiration for Frances Mayes' classic 
book / film "Under the Tuscan Sun". This is the real Tuscany!

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rates 

Low season (November 1st to March 31st) 600 Euros per wk. (300 Euros 
per weekend)

Mid season (April 1st to June 30th, October 1st - 30th) 700 Euros 
per week (350 Euros per weekend)

High season (July 1st to September 30th) 800 Euros per week (no 
weekend only rentals)

SPECIAL OFFER - Approx. 50% Discount for 10 Year "Ownership" (ask for details!)

Above prices are exclusive of a 100 Euro cleaning and laundry fee 
per stay

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
As agreed at time of reservation or:
Catastrophic Event: 100% of deposit up to 60 days before arrival; 
50% of deposit up to 30 days before arrival; Within 30 days, no 
refund. Non-catastrophic Event: No refund (but deposit may be 
applied to a future reservation)
