Our newly 2005 built home has 5 bedrooms, 1 den, and 4 bathrooms. Our home is a family home located on a quiet residential street in beautiful Penticton, British Columbia. Our home can sleep 12 people comfortably. Sit back and relax with a good book on one of our three decks/patios. Enjoy that late night relaxation with our 7 person hot tub and stereo system. Or just take in the cool breeze of our air conditioned home while watching an afternoon movie.

Master bedroom - includes a King size bed and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaker tub and glass shower. Complete open kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Washer, Dryer, Plasma TV's, DVD players, and stereo system. The newly developed downstairs boasts a wet bar, two bedrooms and bathroom with a six headed shower.

Wineries are only a 15 minute drive along the scenic Naramata road which winds through beautiful orchards with Okanagan Lake by your side. Sun seekers can enjoy miles of warm, sandy beaches while water sport enthusiasts will find their every need catered to. Come and enjoy many of the local golf courses.
