This 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home borders the Hills Golf Course and is located in the Oakland Hills Section of Rotonda.

Tastefully furnished, decorated and well maintained and is located in a quiet neighboorhood but close to golf courses, beaches, shopping and restaurants.

The master bedroom (the green room) has a queen bed, walk-in closet, full bath with oversized shower, 2 dressers and a TV.

The 2 other bedrooms (the blue room and the peach room) have double beds, dressers, bookcases, good size closets with shelves, & large mirrors.

The open floor plan of the living room, dining area and kitchen offers a bright, roomy area.  There is always a fresh air breeze.

Our well supplied kitchen has all the comforts of home.  And we have a separate laundry room with an ironing board and steam iron.

All areas are carpeted except for the kitchen and the laundry room.

Relax on the screened lanai and watch the golfers go by or use the gas grill for your evening barbecue.

We have a large shade tree in the backyard and several fruit trees.  Help yourself to a juicy grapefruit or lemon due to ripen in Jan/Feb.

There is a 1 car garage with shelf space.

We have 2 bicycles to explore the neighborhood or try out the Rotonda bike trail.

• Our Special Feature:  
• I have a membership to The Englewood Gardens Club private beach area.  As our guests,  use our pass to this gated parking area, private restrooms and an outdoor shower.  There are picnic tables, charcoal grills and lots of shade.  Or walk thru to the un-crowded beach area.  A nice alternative to the public beaches.
• We have boogy boards, noodles, beach chairs and more for your beach days.
• The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, electric range, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, blender, coffee grinder and every dish and pan you could need.  Lots of cupboard space and a large work space counter.
• Living room has TV, DVD, VCR, and large stero radio.  Free WiFi internet and cable TV provided from December to April.
• Lots of games, puzzles and books for your leisure time.
• I have a handyman on call just in case something "needs fixing".  He also mows the lawn. He's a peach.
• Gas grill, &  bikes. 

• Rotonda itself has 6 golf courses (9 & 18 holes) and there are many more close by.
• Minutes to our Publix supermarket or Primetime restaurant, 2 banks, a liquor store, a pizza house and more.
• 10 min to Boca Grande and Englewood beaches.
• 15 min to Port Charlotte, with many shopping area and restaurants.
• 15 min to Charlotte Sports Park to enjoy a baseball game or spring training!
• 45 min to Fort Myers Airport and about 1.5 hrs to Tampa Airport.
• Less than 1 hr to Venice or Sarasota.
• Ringling Brothers Museum in Sarasota
• About 1 hr to Sanibel/Captiva Island
• 2.5-3 hrs to Orlando
