from the pier in the back yard.  Enjoy beautiful sunsets and have  
your camera ready if dolphin or manatee swim within feet of the

Hernando Beach is a quaint boating/fishing community 5  
minutes from Spring Hill, 50 minutes North of Tampa.   
 
This house is convenient to everything yet tucked away on a quiet  
and safe street of waterfront homes. Restaurants, shopping, grocery  
and drug stores are all within a short distance.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Home is fully furnished and we provide linens, iron, ironing board,  
blow dryer and all kitchen items. Home has central heat/air  
conditioning and all utilities are included. 
There is a gas grill and outdoor furniture for your use in the  
(right-on-the-water!)backyard. House has recently been recarpeted  
and is fresh and clean! 
Master bedroom has a new memory foam King size bed for the best  
nights sleep you've had in a while! We all know how important a  
comfortable bed is!  The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and   
its own private bathroom. Enjoy comfy pillows and designer  
comforters. 
Third bedroom has full size Murphy bed.   
 
Large size washer/dryer.... dishwasher.... microwave... 2 color TV's  
with Cable TV ...  wireless Hi-Speed internet ...DVD player ... and  
telephone for local calls, or direct dialed calls anywhere in the  
US and Canada!

Hernando Beach is on Florida's Nature Coast which boasts miles of  
unspoiled coastline. Either bring your boat, or rent one from the  
local marina.  This canal is DIRECT access so you can be in the   
Gulf of Mexico in just minutes... no bridges or boat lifts to  
contend with. 
 
Local activities include fishing, swimming and boating in canals,  
the Gulf of Mexico, and the beautiful Weeki Wachee River. 
 
Several golf courses are convenient for your enjoyment.  
 
Shopping on your agenda? Whether you prefer local stores, malls or a  
treasure find at flea markets this is the place for you.  
 
Pine Island Beach is minutes away by boat or car. This is a public  
beach with gorgeous sand, concession stands, pavilions, bathrooms,  
playground etc. A must see!
