This charming two bedroom condo is located on the third floor in the small condo development Alba, which is situated just 3 blocks from the popular Mamitas Beach and one and a half block from 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. The cozy outdoor deck has a thatched roof and is complete with outdoor furniture. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. The living room area has a satellite TV with DVD/CD player and a sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two adults. The kitchen is small but fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove-top, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water.
