Contemporary and spacious describes this two-bedroom condo located on the second floor in the condo development named, Pelicanos. You will find that this condominium offers many wonderful features such as a good quiet location with a large relaxing pool area to fit your vacation needs.
Pelicanos is situated only five blocks from the beach and three blocks from 5th Avenue with shops, restaurants and nightlife. The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet, second bedroom has two twin-size beds, while the living room can sleep two more guests on the comfy futon. The dining and living room areas accommodate six persons, has a satellite 32” flat screen TV, DVD player and Ipod station. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances including refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, blender and drinkable water. There are three balconies, one of which over-looks the pool area and welcomes in nice cool breezes.
