Each stunning bathroom is decorated in its own motif with colorful
Italian mosaic tiles that emphasize the Italianate feel of the
property. Each of the 7 bedrooms is large and spacious with custom
made California closets in each. The upstairs has been laid with
glowingly sumptuous Brazilian Cherry flooring throughout and the
ceilings are a stunning eleven feel high. The walls and ceiling are
painted flat white to emphasize the iridescent natural light. All
the interior doors are a monolithic 8 feet tall and have been
lovingly hand crafted from solid Santos Mahogany.

The kitchen, a chef's dream, spares no amenity. A double Wolf Stove/
Convection oven, a Sub-Zero Refrigerator, a Wolf 4 burner cook top
with griddle, a wine fridge, and a Dish / washer are all clad in
stainless steel to enhance the modern feeling of the space. The

The Villa's heated pool is paired with an immense Jacuzzi that seats
15 people comfortably (or 18 even more comfortably!!). The
