This 3-bedroom keyless entry house includes 1 king and 2 full beds on the second floor, along with a full bathroom (linens & towels provided). There is an additional full bath on the main floor with an open dining & family room area. The tile floor kitchen includes updated appliances with granite counter tops and bar seating. A wall-mounted flat screen TV above the fireplace offers basic local channels and DVD player. Washer & dryer are also provided for any laundry needs during your stay. Outside there is a deck & patio with seating to unwind and gas grill for dinner at the house, if you should choose a quiet night in. Attached 2-car garage and street parking are available, along with a hoop in the driveway for shooting baskets.

vacation rental rates
$2,100-$2,500 per week during peak season (June-August). Prefer rental week to start/end on Friday or Sunday. Check-out at 10:00AM, Check-in at 4:00pm. Additional $100 fee for cleaning services.
Non-peak season (September-May) weekly rates negotiable.
Any damage to the property is the responsibility of the Renter.
