This condo is loacted on the beautiful Comal River in New Braunfels Texas. It is a one bedroom condo that has recently been updated. It sleeps 4 adults and 1 child having a queen size bed, sleeper sofa and 1 bunk bed! It comes complete with flat screen TV's, cable TV, DVD player, full kitchen, cooking utinsils, linens, pillows, bath towels, WI FI access and balcony. "Winter Texans" there are laundry facilities and even a fire place to enjoy!

We have over 400 feet of Comal River frontage with picnic tables, BBQ pits and benches by the river! There are tube rental companies next to our property! Rent your tube from them and enjoy the exciting Comal River tube chute. You will be picked up at the end of your float and brought back to the complex! You don't drive anywhere! We are minutes from Schlitterbahn and Lands Park Golf course..

Rates do not include applicable hotel tax of 13%. No tax on stays of 30 days or longer.

$250 deposit on all reservations.
