The nightly rate is $175.00. The weekly rate is $1050.00. There is a $50.00 booking fee and an 11% San Luis Obispo County vacation rental tax, as well as a $125.00 cleaning fee. For your convenience we take Visa and Master Card (3% fee).
We require a Visa or MasterCard on file as a security deposit in lieu of a refundable cash deposit. We are a pet-friendly property and require an additional pet security deposit of $250.00 if applicable.
