As you enter the home you are greeted with elegant artwork and a large open family room that has plenty of space for everyone to gather together. There is a chef's kitchen with a great amount of counter space so you can prepare those big meals for the retreat! There are two dining tables for 4 and a large eating bar with 8 stools so everyone can eat together. The area opens into the living room which features three couches, a large wood fireplace and a TV with a DVD player. There is a half bathroom on the main floor as well so it is a convenient space for all to gather.

This beautiful is situated in an ideal location in the Kiwanda Shores community.  The home is a very short block walk to the sand and you can walk along to the beach to Cape Kiwanda and the shops and restaurants that are in the area including the famous Pelican Pub where you can sample a microbrew as you watch the sunset hide behind the waves.  Pacific City is also known as one of the best surf spots on the coast so it is a great spot to people watch!
