Location, location, location! This modern condo is in the heart of Government Camp right above the Government Camp General Store so it is convenient to all of the action in town. The condo even features views of Mt Hood on a clear day!

The home is finely appointed with tasteful furnishings. You are greeted with a large open living space with vaulted ceilings that features a gas fireplace and an armoire with a cable TV and a DVD player. The living room flows nicely into the kitchen where there is a dining table for four and four more bar stools so everyone can join together for a nice meal. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and it is fully stocked with utensils and cooking supplies for your enjoyment.

The main level of the home features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed so it is perfect for two couples to share. There is a full bathroom on the main floor with a steam shower as well. The loft offers a bunk bed and a sleeper sofa so there is plenty of room for the kids or a few more adults. The loft also has a full bathroom.

The entrance to the large deck is off the loft so you get the finest views from the center of Government Camp! You can see Mt Hood on a clear day or you can see the ski slopes at Skibowl in the other direction. There is a gas grill on the deck as well so it is the perfect spot for summer barbecues!

Government Camp is full of history. Timberline Lodge, Barlow Trail, Glade Trail and other places have unique histories you can learn about at the Mount Hood Cultural Center.  And Government Camp isn't just for winter. In summer, there are about 25 hiking trails of varying difficulty in the area, not to mention the fishing and rafting on the Sandy and great golfing up the road in Welches, about twenty minutes away.
