ADULTS and FAMILIES ONLY!! If you are a parent renting a place for your kids please go to another unit. We will remove groups without Adults on site and NO REFUND will be given. 

This is an absolute NON SMOKING Resort! There will be a $300 FINE charged to the renters if there is any smoking detected inside or outside of the condominium (including the balcony and front door area). =======================================================================?=======================================================================??

May 25 - Aug 17     $1850/week or a total of $2194 plus a $300 deposit, Saturday - Saturday  4th of July total is $2475

Aug 17 - Oct 05     $1200/week or a total of $1462 plus $300 deposit, Saturday - Saturday 

Oct 05 - Feb 22     $169/night    $899/week or a total of $1124 plus $300 deposit.   

Oct  1 - Feb 15       $1677/MONTH or a total of $1999 plus $300 deposit.

Feb 22 - Apr 13     $1499/week or a total of $1799 plus $300 deposit, Saturday - Saturday

Rates and nightly rates do not include 12.5% tax, $100 cleaning fee and a $300 refundable deposit. Total rates include cleaning and tax;

Security deposit is due at reservation,  50% advance payment is due 60 days before arrival and the final payment is due 14 days ahead of arrival date.

The reservation is not complete till the signed rental agreement and deposit and/or payment has been received and confirmed.
