Beacon House Bed and Breakfast Vacation Cottage Rentals in Carolina Beach

We offer two 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom Beach Cottage Vacation Rentals that allows pets!  Cottage 1 features a queen bed and a double bed and Cottage 2 features a queen bed, and 2 XL twin beds. Other amenities include a  kitchenette with basic cookware and dishes, *a start up kit of essentials, a satellite TV, a small deck, a microwave and A/C.

We are located on the same grounds as The Beacon House Inn Bed and Breakfast and managed by the owners, but are operated strictly as vacation rentals and not part of the Bed and Breakfast.  We are less than a minute's walk across the street to a beautiful stretch of sandy beach and within walking distance of the boardwalk, numerous restaurants, the marina and shopping area. 

Carolina Beach, one of North Carolina's best beaches, boasts 5 miles of pristine beach and is close enough to easily enjoy historic Wilmington, Fort Fisher, the North Carolina Aquarium, Southport and Bald Head Island. We are surrounded by numerous other outdoor activities, including fishing, golf, sailing, surfing, kayaking and bird watching. We're in the heart of Carolina Beach, NC, just 7 blocks from the Boardwalk and center of town. We're 20 minutes from the Wilmington Airport and not far from others such as Myrtle Beach, Jacksonville, and Raleigh-Durham. Our cottages are very cozy and are great for small families with pets. Maximum Occupancy 4 people (including any children).  We also have a massage therapist on-site where appointments can be scheduled for an additional fee.

Please note: BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED IN BEACH COTTAGE RENTALS. LINENS (sheets, towels and blankets) ARE NOT INCLUDED. (Linens are available for an additional flat fee of $40)

Up to two pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet per day. No vicious breeds.

Check in is between 4:00 and 7:00pm.  Check out is 11 a.m. Minimum stay of 2 night is required.

All renters must be 21 or older and provide a major credit card. This is a family vacation rental, and is not suitable for parties.

This is a non-smoking vacation cottage rental.  Cleaning fee of $500 for smoking inside the cottage.
