It’s located on a walk street, (that’s a street cars don’t drive on… only walking) and it is 13 properties away form the sand, beach, strand and volleyball.

This property is a few blocks walk to Starbucks. You can walk along the ocean to get your coffee every morning and around a four-block walk to the Pier for boutique style dining and nightlife…day life too!

Foam Surfboard, Boggie Board and 2 bicycles available for use with your stay.

This is a one of a kind trophy property. It is rare to find a property so close to the water with a spectacular private yard and gardens.

It was recently remodeled with a granite countertop in the kitchen.

There is a microwave and a Bosch dishwasher.

Cabinets are full of pots, pans dishes…

Above the wineglass holder there is a shelf containing everything one might need.

A picnic basket, crock-pot, margarita blender, turkey roaster…

The chandelier in the kitchen is handmade with crystal and has shells from Costa Rica.

The floors are Saltillo tile.

The apartment has newer dual glazed windows and is very bright

There is a flat screen TV in the living room and both bedrooms.

The living room features an oversized chair and a fold out sleeper sofa.

Along with a desk, marble table etc… All very Create and Barrel.

The bathroom has a tub and shower combo.

Both beds are double sized and there are floor to ceiling mirrored closet doors.

Linens and towels included.

The doors in the apartment are knotty alder and there is crown molding through out.

The windows have very tasteful treatments.

Now the yard is killer….

Without a doubt the most beautiful yard in all of Hermosa Beach.

Steps to wide sandy beaches.

You can walk to the restaurants, bars, dancing, and rent bikes…

It’s a vibrant little beach city that is full of life.

There is a coin operated washer and dryer and the property comes with one spot in the garage.

We are around a 15-minute drive from the Los Angeles Airport.

We have easy access to Palos Verdes to climb around the rocks at Abalone Cove, play golf…Visit Wayfarers Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes… That’s my favorite. It’s about the size of a 2-car garage made completely out of glass over looking the ocean and cliffs. Frank Lloyd Write designed it.

Absolutely beautiful. We also have easy access to Disneyland, Hollywood, and Malibu…. Or just walk to the Comedy and Magic Club a few minutes away. Jay Leno performs there a lot.

Payment Terms

50% of Rental Fees are due upon Booking.  The remaining 50% of Rental Fees + Cleaning Fee are due 30 days prior to Arrival. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the Arrival Date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
