Located on Balboa Blvd between Adams and Palm street, this home is walking distance to shops, the Balboa Pier, restaurants and bike rentals. This home features a private rooftop deck, updated furnishings, spacious bedrooms, hardwood floors and beautiful views!
The living room has couches, a coffee table, a chair with an ottoman, fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a dining room table that seats 4 with additional seating up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has a dishwasher, built in microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The rooftop deck has a table, lounge chairs, umbrella, gorgeous views and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!
The spacious master bedroom has a king bed with beautiful decor and new bedding and an adjoining bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are also huge with queen beds and adjoining bathrooms.
